Eastbourne Cocktail Club in Eastbourne

Had an absolutely amazing time at The Cocktail Club! Compared to the other bars in the area this place was an absolute diamond to find! The amazing bartender with the red hair made us all feel so welcomed and very safe. The staff on the door were incredibly welcoming and all had great banter. The cocktail masterclass was absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be recommending it to everyone who wants a great night out!

Charlotte the red head bartender is amazing! We booked the cocktail masterclass with her and she was amazing more knowledgeable than any other cocktail class I have ever taken including in Brighton. Charlotte was amazing all staff were friendly and helpful! Carl was also amazing!

Charlotte, the red headed beauty, is the greatest manager that I have ever experienced from a bar. So sweet and kind, and an expert of all things cocktails. Would 100% recommend the cocktail master class as it has been the most entertaining evening of my life. You would be missing out if you don’t come here as all the staff have been fabulous!

Came here to do a cocktail class and would 100% come back and recommend to everyone I know. Had a great evening, lovely atmosphere and Charlotte the owner was amazing, best place I've been to in a long time.

Went in here briefly Friday night with some girlfriends for birthday drinks.. was empty, so decided to go elsewhere, as we were walking out past the bouncers, we were called A BUNCH OF SLUTS!!!!! absolutely disgusting behaviour would NOT recommend. As a 55yr old lady I did not expect to be spoken to with such disrespect !! Maybe chose bouncers that respect women!!!! Bad management obviously

If you're going to call yourselves eastbourne cocktail club at least put some effort into your cocktails.

Not sure how this place is called a cocktail club ! Awful cocktails , wrong ingredients, just no no no. Not a cocktail bar, club , etc. friendly bar staff , good dj , but door staff obnoxious sadly. Could be a great venue , but just isn't .

Alex is always especially attentive when we come in. The atmosphere is always amazing and we love the feel of the upstairs of ECC. Amazing staff & amazing drinks recommendations. We’ll be back every time we’re out in EBN.

Another fab night at ECC. The staff are friendly, the security are friendly and Ella (bar staff) always ensured I had a fresh drink. Will be back next week 😂

Downstairs on Saturday evening was very poor, the staff had a can't do attitude, half were on their phones, vaping behind the bar, 2 needed to get a room and the other lad who served me did his best, but was poorly trained and he received bad attitude and no help from the girl who was seemingly in charge. What happened to this place? It was great when I was in a few years back

Always great fun at ECC. Last went in February and the dj was amazing, listened and played our requests without having to wait a long time. The queue to be served wasn't long either and loved the new seating area!

Went there on a Friday night, stayed till 1am and it was half empty. Not the vibe we were hoping for, it wasn't busy like it used to be. We'd go there all the time and it was heaving, such a shame.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable drink in the Bear above with excellent staff. At closing we moved downstairs to ECC, door staff were excellent, but once at the Bar it was a nightmare. Staff were not interested in serving even though they were doing nothing. I spoke to the Manageress who couldn’t care less and was extremely arrogant. Appalling service , we left. #customerservice-whatsthat?

Drinks are a bit pricey, but this is a fun little club to go to when you're out for the night in Eastbourne.

Hmmm Wood have put 4 stars but the toilets were very dirty. Cocktails were lovely but a bit pricey.

If I was a young, cool person, this would probably be my favourite bar in Eastbourne. However, I'm not young and/or cool, I'm just a weary, old cripple in my mid-30's, so this isn't my favourite bar in Eastbourne. The cocktail menu is decent enough, the music is cool (if you like that stuff) and the crowd seemed hip enough there, therefore, I'll give this place 3 stars.

A secret hideaway worth finding. This little cocktail bar is tucked away but once found, never forgotten. Great cocktails that will blow your mind, if it's not on the menu, ask, the staff will go above and beyond to make your request. Fantastic staff, so attentive. Seriously worth a visit. The best cocktail bar I have ever been to.

Almost brilliant. Great atmosphere and decor. Very reasonable and polite staff but I have had to chop of one star (arguably it should be more given the name) because of a lack of understanding of basic cocktails! For example; a Black Russian is normally 5 parts vodka to two parts Kahlua (or similar). There is no cola in it (and let’s not even mention TM). Even if that is what customers usually ask for! No excuse and a cocktail bar needs to get basics right first!

This is not a review of the place but a review of the managers comments to other reviews. The sarcasm of the managers replies is neither funny nor needed, immature and unprofessional.

It's OK, completely different to what I had expected for a cocktail club. more of a cowboy saloon. But staff where helpful and nice.

Nice surroundings and venue but employing good staff can make or break a business. Unfortunately this place can be confrontational. There are better places in Eastbourne for a good night out.

Great venue, fab decor, but promo drinks ran out and instead of offering a similar substitute, staff became confused and unhelpful and we left feeling ripped off. A shame. We had an excellent night but left feeling disappointed. We had spent a lot of money and were planning on coming again next week and spending even more. Now we feel we will probably go elsewhere.

A great place to pop in for a cheeky cocktail straight after work! Mind you that sometimes that turns into 2 or 3! I would recommend some of the signature drinks fron specific bar tenders and the new low cal mango be happy is a little winter warmer!

Cocktails ware nice, but staff were very rude when a glass was accidentally broken. One of our party cut their ankle, staff were more interested in serving customers than dealing with the incident. When we offered to clear up the broken glass ourselves if they could give us a dustpan & brush, we were told that WE were being difficult!! Unbelievable considering there was about 10 in out party and we'd spent a considerable amount of money there. Expect better customer service frankly, unlikely to return after that experience!

Ive been here on the weekend a few times now and I can say it's got good atmosphere, music and cocktails, and polite staff who serve you in a good period of time. Bouncers about and polite so you feel pretty safe too. Overall a great place to go for cocktails over the weekend!

Great place to go for a drink. Good surroundings, relaxed and chic. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the drinks are a bit over priced for Eastbourne.

Amazing service. Great cocktails and to die for food the spicy ribs were the most amazing ribs I have ever tasted. Sean was very helpful and have great suggestions of drinks loves everyone of them. Thanks for a good night ECC
