Always a friendly greeting and service, great choice, food always freshly cooked and hot, very efficiently run, and very fair prices - what's not to like? I'm off there to get my lunch just now...

I visit the cafe regularly for a drink and always get a decent cup nice and hot. Staff are always very friendly and service exemplary can’t recommend it enough

We had omelette and flat white. They were excellent. The rear garden area was very pleasant. Alina was very helpful. A great breakfast!

I come here regularly! The value but also quality of the food is phenomenal and the service is speedy and just what you need after a few drinks the night before. Alena is here whenever I come here and her service is always impeccable!!

Breakfast here is amazing, choose your own 5 items is a brilliant idea for a good price for £6.75 compared to other cafes charging over £10 for the same thing. Panini’s are also amazing!! Staff are very friendly and offer brilliant service. They also offer vegan milk options which is fab, their oat milk hot chocolates are to die for! It’s a must visit.

It's OK. Better than a Pot Noodle for breakfast but the prices are pretty high considering its average sausages, cheap multipack chips and quite tasteless bacon. Not the best in the area but not the worst

Slow service, no order to how they handed out food and drink. Waited ten minutes for my latte to arrive after my partner's tea, to be served what resembled hot milk. Barely any coffee. If that wasn't bad enough, I take a sip and the milk was rancid. Literally off. Made me heave. Then his food arrived- a big plate of multiple breakfast items, yet my simple bacon sandwich? Another ten minutes. So I'm waiting with rancid milk, other people who have been there quite some time after us already served up food, and I'm waiting for a sandwich. When it arrived it was cold. Serving up off milk is just inexcusable. No attempt to ask was everything OK and considering how long it took to be served it, and the apparent language barrier of the servers I just left the drink I'd paid for. Will not be visiting again, used to be handy for a cheap and cheerful breakfast, not anymore.

I have visited both Earley and Early Cafe a numerous amount of times. The breakfast menu is full of a variety of omelettes, sandwiches, paninis and traditional English breakfast! The food served is always so fresh and warm and the quality never fails to impress me! Their ice coffees and hot chocolate are my personal favourites. No other coffee shops that do hot and cold beverages better than them! Overall, really great service and the staff are just too kind! Will continue going there, as I never get tired of their tasty food and homely atmosphere!

Loved the new outdoor seating, it was perfect for a family brunch. I'm a regular customer and always come back for the amazing hash browns! Would definitely recommend.

Been on many occasions while working in the area. Hearty breakfast cooked very well each time. Good service and friendly staff. Only downside is locals who not respect covid rules and walk in no mask before they are seated and eating or drinking. Not cafes fault but manners and respect cost nothing to staff and other customers.

So me and my friend ordered, a Spanish omelette, sausages beans and chips, with toast, I have had a Spanish omelette before and this was most certainly not one, the half burnt omelette had dry potatoes and burnt onions inside it, beans were hard and cold, and instead of chips, we were given hard stale fries, and the toast was soggy with no crunch, these guys are using very cheap ingredients, I cook a better breakfast than this at home, will never visit again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Visited on Sunday morning and ordered a breakfast baguette, food was served with blood on the plate ! Apparently somebody had cut their finger in the kitchen. It was bad enough having blood on my plate, but it was made worse when it was also on my young daughters plate too ! Cups were also filthy around the handles especially. Was given a refund and a muttered apologise - will not be ever visiting again. Find it absolutely repulsive 😡🤮and felt so sick after the incident. Hygiene and accident procedures need to be followed correctly before the place is shut down.

Popped in here first time ever after living relatively local for many years for a breakfast midweek. Service was quick and I had the 5 items breakfast which also includes toast and a tea or coffee for £6.50 so a good price. I did feel the breakfast items lacked a bit of flavour but overall it was OK and the cafe is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The mug of tea I had was way too weak for my liking but lesson learned I'll ask for a strong cup next time. Would definitely visit again.

The people complaining are the ones who are very rude to the staff. My experience was lovely and I felt very much at home. The staff go through so much torture per day and they deserve better. I ordered a cheese toastie and boy was it tasty. Loved everything and I hope no more rude customers come

I have been going here fairly regularly for years and it's just such a good cafe. Always clean, friendly staff and good food with good portions. It's one of the few places where the full 5 circles are deserved.

Lovely local cafe which we visit at least once per month. Great freshly cooked breakfast options (I like the set breakfast option) and they also serve nice lunches for a reasonable price. If we are travelling we get the takeaway bacon and egg (or just plain egg) baguettes. Takes 4-5 minutes, but it is cooked to order.

This place is an amazing breakfast joint with consistent and always delicious service. You can create your breakfast of choice for a very reasonable price.

Este café es muy popular entre los residentes de la zona y a veces puede ser tan lleno que sentarse fuera. El servicio es bueno y la comida es preparada rápidamente. Es ideal para las personas que buscan comida rápida en un presupuesto.

We go to Early Cafe often for a breakfast and it's always been great,the food,the price and the staff,all good. Would recommend it.

Had a takeaway baguette.The baguette was warm and taste alright. The price is also reasonable. However, the lady at the counter was quite grumpy and seem not f really riendly. Don't think I will come back again because of the poor customer services.

En primer lugar, mi experiencia fue muy bien. El desayuno era bueno y pedí sabía muy bien y parecía bastante fresco. Sin embargo que un ajetreado lunes por la mañana. Estaba luchando para conseguirlo. La señora que trabajaba en la recepción no podía soportar. Ella no parece entender la orden de nadie. Me debe haber sido una suerte. No es culpa de ella, pero un miembro más personal hubiera sido genial para mesas al menos clara. Varias personas estaban empujando jadeando y puffing sobre pedidos equivocados y bebidas perder, etc. No pude sino temer lo peor para mi desayuno. Pero me sorprendió gratamente. Fue buena. No hay quejas. Muy desanime la mayoría de la gente que tenía una experiencia peor que yo con eso en mente que probablemente no volveremos. O al menos no cuando está lleno. Lástima es que fue muy agradable. Pero yo no quería el riesgo de una mala experiencia allí.

Yo pedí una tortilla con patatas fritas, y me trajeron una tortilla con frijoles. Esto está bien, entiendo que la cocina puede a veces se equivocan, especialmente durante las mañanas.

I love the food here but the hygiene is very poor. From jacket potatoes with lovely toppings to delicious paninis. The only thing is, when I went there I was A but appalled at the cutlery cleanliness. There were still bits of food stuck to them. I also found the toilet quite atrocious aswell.

This cafe is a frequent spot for lunch; or meetings. The food is in good portions; tasty not too complicated.Space is a bit at a premium but the owners did well to utilize all areas.If you want a cheap and cheerful meal with the locals; this place is perfect.If you are a student and on the budget it is perfect.Staff are always friendly and even if you don't go i for a few weeks they still remember you as a "regular" only after a few visits.

Wnet in one Sunday with teenage daughter. Always looks nice and clean from outside and I've always been a sucker for a greasy spoon. Young woman behind the counter was the most miserable individual I've met for a while, bordering on the hostile. Ordered a couple of fry-ups and tea and orange juice. It arrived eventually and was served by a different grumpy woman. Food was very greasy and tasteless. Could do a better fry-up myself. Bacon was flaccid and undercooked. Nothing to recommend meal at all. Tea was tolerable. Not even especially cheap. Still, lovely view of the filthy Wokingham Road outside, so that was nice. Won't be going back since if I want open hostility, I can get it for free from my ex-wife.

Great value breakfasts and lunches! Today I had a BLT baguette (~£3) and a coffee. The BLT was tasty! The lettuce was fresh and crisp and tomatoes ripe, which is a refreshing change from tired overly salty shop bought sandwiches!.

Excellent place to have quick breakfast and lunch. I had the opportunity to try the number 2 vegetarian breakfast and i just loved the sausages, there are the best ever. Thinking about going back there to try other veggie options.

Typical greasy spoon cafe. Price is average around £6.00. Staff are really friendly but I prefer to go elsewhere such as Cafe Yolk

A well located and clean cafe. Always popular with locals and English. I often eat a veggie breakfast here. Its well cooked and not too greasy. The tea and bread are great. Although i wouldn't drink the coffee here, i'm a bit fussy about my coffee.

Clean and tidy place, decent prices and nice staff. Cozy and warm, not too big location, but you won't feel uncomfortable because of that.

been going regularly since opened always guarantee a good breakfast at a great price ,not biggest place but always full food to a very good standard at a excellent price. Owners superb very friendly , waitress are a bit hit or miss depending on who you get but for value don't miss this one

This is a quaint little cafe, very well done out and always clean and tidy with no plates left on the tables at any time I've been in.I would have given top marks but one waitress can be a bit slow on the uptake and has twice messed up an order. The food though is exceptionally good cheap fayre, and they do a very nice latte which beats Starbucks hands down.
