Duver Cafe in Isle of Wight

A lovely peaceful yet interesting spot by the Duver.

Just had a gorgeous Specials bap and coffee from the Duver cafe. Staff were friendlyand the food was great. Just what we needed before setting off on a long journey back home to Wales.

My wife + I ate there for the first time today + loved it. Lovely setting, friendly staff, reasonable prices + couldn’t fault the food. Highly recommended

Sunday breakfast overlooking Bembridge Harbour. Best sausage and bacon baps ever! Covered area if raining.

An open air café with Steve’s bar. A good place to have a pint and a sandwich or bap.

This place does not open at 8.30 on a Sunday, as advertised. Waited til gone 9 then went to Harbour View Cafe which was fantastic

Enjoyed a cold shandy at this idiotic setting overlooking Bembridge Bay. Certainly worth a visit.

Went for breakfast, we had the Duver Special and tea or coffee. The breakfast bap was great, tasty, filling and reasonably priced, the tea and coffee were good, but expensive. It was a cold damp, windy morning so there weren't many people about. I imagine that on a warm sunny evening it might be more lively.

We had a lovely breakfast there this morning. My husband had a Duver Special and I had the American pancakes with a sausage. It was a good treat before our bike ride on the island. Friendly staff. Hopefully we will be back for an early evening drink later on.

Staff are warm, welcoming, professional and efficient. Both food and coffee were excellent. Spotlessly clean. Lovely place to sit, either in the sun or in shade. More choices in food and drink available as the day goes on, through until evening. There are other places on the Duver to eat but I think this is the best.

Tasty breakfast bap and good coffee from friendly staff in a lovely spot. Just moved the location slightly, got a great spot on the edge of the harbour. Reasonably priced too.

Ordered pizza 2 hours ahead. No confirmation of the order or rather the fact that they didn't see the order. By the time we arrived to reconfirm the order they have run out. Shocking service! As an aside the bacon rolls in the morning are rubbish and the coffee is over priced!

Waited 30mins for the burgers to arrive, but this was expected as it was a busy time. The 3 burgers were a total disappointment. They were hard and chewy. My daughter joked that it was a Jurassic burger. I ate mine as I was starving, eventually. My wife and daughter didn’t eat theirs, just picked at the buns. So for 3 burgers and 3 hot drinks it was over £30. There was a lovely sticker saying “ Thankyou for supporting my small business” however we won’t be supporting it in the future.

Nice cafe in Duver marina serving drinks and ice cream and some basic hot food. Weekends they do pizza. Lots of outdoor seating on picnic benches.

Early morning bacon sandwich and a cuppa brilliant, great breakfast aswell.

Situated in an interesting setting next to Bembridge Harbour, friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of drinks and snacks.

A spectacular way to start your day in the morning with one of their breakfast baps. The music playing in the bar next door also adds to the vibrant environment.

Bacon, sausage and egg baps are to die for. That Bekka is a right fitty too ❤ xx

Friendly service perfect setting to sit and relax while enjoying a beverage lovely watching the oystercatcher love this little place especially as I grew up as a child here i have wonderful memories if days on the beach with my mother as a child and now with my husband relaxing ❤

This nice little café only has outside seating - both the parking and the toilet facilities appear to be reserved for the yatching and power boat classes which rather reduced our enjoyment.

Great setting and new bar next door makes it a great place to stop and watch the harbour life. We arrived after 4.00 and the only choice was “Fresh Pizza”. We were very disappointed as they were clearly frozen pizzas with a crunchy base and lacking in flavour. At £9.00 each, they were disappointing value for money and taste. Perhaps the “Fresh” refers to freshly defrosted or freshly heated? Would go back and try daytime menu but will avoid the pizzas

We enjoyed chocolate brownie, triple chocolate ice cream, black and white americano and a doggy ice cream. All was yummy and we love it here in Bembridge.

This outdoor venue offers freshly cooked snacks and refreshments overlooking the bustling Bembridge Harbour. The friendly owners provide a warm, welcoming and charming service. Their filled baps and coffee are most tasty.

This place is really nice and good value. When we saw how cheap the sandwiches were - our expectation was low - But not only are the sandwiches, coffee and tea great - but they do gluten free rolls (and sausages), the coffee cups and lids are all biodegradable, and the service is very friendly. It's a hut with no inside seating - so it's weather dependent but for a takeaway, or a snack by the sea - this is a great place.

Whilst staying at Old Mill, it’s a nice walk across the Duver and on our last visit we stopped here for a breakfast bap and coffee. Very fresh and tasty and a good price.

Stayed in the marina and was such a treat to be able to pick up a ‘proper’ coffee first thing in the morning! Really friendly staff.

after hearing good reviews, we thought we would stop of here for lunch, but wish we had not, the burgers and chicken bap, was very poor, maybe thats why its cheap. and i understand it was busy, but had to wait a fair time to top it off. sorry , wont be back

found the food and ingredients to be poor, but understand its not expensive, so would not put my self out to go back. but it is a nice setting .

Honestly 10/10 could have more bacon to sausage ratio but over all pe g styll xx

Delicious baps and coffee sitting outside with views of the harbour. The food is cooked to order and good quality so worth the cost. Friendly staff and clean and tidy with sanitiser available. Definitely recommend.

Had a lovely coffee and breakfast bap, with stunning views. Lovely staff to welcome you. There was quite a good election of food and drinks and plenty of seating .

Very friendly simple drinks/ light bites stop on the end of Duver Marina. Food all freshly prepared.Not worth a journey but if you are in the area and you fancy a coffee or a quick simple sandwich or similar pop in.Lovely service with a smile.

We really like coming down to the Duver Cafe and the food is nice and good value. Staff are friendly and the vista is good especially when the tide is in. Plenty going on and very dog friendly. Love the Duver Special bap sausage/bacon and egg!

Great Place for a Snack & Drink

Very small but very friendly. Even has hot food available from the tiny kitchen; as well as cakes, muffins, biscuits, snack bars and very welcome cold drinks (when you've ridden around most of the island already). Great location when the sun is shining. But note if it's not then there's no indoor seating.

Deze eenvoudige havenkroeg ligt naast de opgang naar de lange ponton van Duvar harbour die tevens als Bembridge Marina visitorsponton functioneert. Er komen dus vele potentiële gasten voorbij doch slechts enkele stoppen hier voor een hapje of een drankje. Hert blijft bij basic hot food en drinks zoals het bord aangeeft. Dus toch maar aan boord gegeten....

And lovely peaceful views. Can't beat it! Little tables outside overlooking the yachts at berth, and nearby to the water taxi.

Lovely little cafe on the waters edge. Off the beaten track but a lovely place to relax and see the view. Nothing exceptional about the limited menu. However staff very welcoming and worth looking for if you want a cuppa and some peace and quiet.

Great tea, coffee and sandwiches at a little know marina on the tucked away Duver. The unknown side of Bembridge Harbour, a lovely little escape from the beach, on the marina and by the boatyard.

Friendly staff and and a Bacon bap with a treat for the dogs make this place a convenient stopover if you feel the hunger pangs nice location and view of the boats in the harbour

Just a quick food stop whilst cycling the island

Popped in today with my mother and son. Between us we had a bacon roll, sausage and egg roll and a slice of Victoria sponge and everything was fantastic! The staff were serving with a smile and were very friendly. They have only been open a few days and have everything running smoothly already. Their outdoor tables are a great spot to sit out, I did notice they also had indoor tables as well for if it is a little chiller or wet. We will all definitely return ASAP!

We visited this lovely little cafe twice in our week there, it is tucked away but a really nice place to go. They also do dog friendly ice cream.

Lovely coffee and cakes and best of all doggy ice cream which our pair gobbled down. Nice surroundings but bring your coat!

Popped in here for a coffee while kids were doing watersports nearby, lovely coffee. So we then returned for lunch. A great place to stop.

This is a great little find if you want an alternative to the baywatch in St.Helens.

This cafe could be great....good location, but often not open when advertising boards are left out.....the cost of some drinks are much too high....eg £3. for capuchino....that’s higher than some high street establishments including M&S....could; be they are trying to attract yachties in the marina, but they are missing a trick by not enticing locals in to quench their thirst on the way home from the beach or long walks....it seems confused
