Amazing food as normal great time to wait and amazing, friendly staff including the driver.

That’s really all the chicken I get. Come on guys for £12. Pathetic

Really good except the cod was still frozen. Chicken Kebab was divine. We got pizza, kebabs and fish and chips. Everything fab except the fish which we cooked in the oven and was fine.

Ordered scampi as previous orders were delicious, today awful, tasted like potato croquette, phoned them and they said they were scampi bites, do not order as you will be so disappointed as I was.

The quality of the food was exceptional, and it is undoubtedly the finest kebab establishment from which I have ever ordered. However, the delivery service was severely lacking. It took an unacceptable one hour and forty minutes for my food to arrive, and it was delivered in a cold state. Consequently, I was compelled to discard the food due to the subpar delivery service. Regrettably, this experience has dissuaded me from placing future orders from this establishment. It is important to note that my dissatisfaction is solely directed towards the delivery service, as the food itself was of the highest calibre.

The owner is so friendly and goes out of his way to provide top-quality food with an endless menu, definitely a must for food and prices!

Writing this as I'm eating the food I just ordered, kebab is cooked perfectly. Not sure if the supplier has changed for the chips but they are amazing. You can tell the owner buys quality ingredients. Kids are always happy with the food. The owner is very friendly and personal.

This use to be one of the best but back in October we ordered 2 kebabs the large donner turned up as kit form in a pizza box and was told they had run out of containers OK we thought no problem recently ordered again pre ordered via the app for 1800 turned up at 1700!! Both kebabs and chips were stone cold again the large kebab was thrown in a pizza box and the meat was hard and over kooked the chicken kebab had just a few dry chunks in it absolutely shocking will now be avoiding this restaurant!

We have had lots of very nice, very big kebabs, chicken and doner. We tried the pizza today but was not over impressed. Going back to kebabs next time.

Durrington kebab house has been our go to take away now for 2 years, they are always so speedy with delivery, huge portion sizes and excellent food! Not to mention every staff member is so polite and friendly.

Chicken shish kebab over cooked dried out and burnt, and why are they slicing it up, it should not be served like this.

10 years this guy has been working at the Kebab house and he is a top fella, always friend and cooks great food. I love in Porton which is quite far and they still deliver the food on time and hot. 5 star plus

Nice food good portion sizes for price

Probably does the best Kebabs i have had, never greasy and just the right amount of spices, i would throughly recommend them in the near future

Lovely friendly service and the food is always good

I was very disappointed this evening when I went to the kebab house to find that it was closed. Online it said it was open and opened at 3 o’clock but unfortunately the door sign said closed this meant that my father had to walk home without his dinner for this evening. Although the food is usually very nice this error in updating online information has made me think twice about whether to visit this establishment again.

Such a wonderful takeaway service, so friendly and great value! Food is nicely done and generous portions. Highly recommend

Most food ok, some, no. wouldn't use again

Probably the best Doner Kebabs in the local area. Very good. Chips are OK but not the best. Could be better. Other menu items are disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend anything else from here. Delivery can be very slow, sometimes over 90 minutes. This is despite me living only 4 miles away from the restaurant. They only appear to have 1 “capable” delivery driver, the others always get lost or take forever to deliver. 4 stars for the very good Doner Kebabs, but they could improve the other menu items and hire more effective delivery drivers.

Made an order and it was missing the chicken when it arrived, I informed them within 5 minutes of the order being being delivered and the lady said they would send out the missing chicken skewer, it’s now 11’35 and no sign or a phone call. Will not use again

..Has always been good until tonight (pre-called and collected) but tonight was delivered. It was charred kabab meat (un-eattable) also they didn't listen to any notes I put for delivery that was to have things separated due to our household being some vegetarians/allergic.. aswell has not picked the phone up when called and still no reply.. don't waste your money or time

Their food is lovely and they always deliver on time ... The staff are always lovely both on the phone and the delivery person too xxx

I have used this establishment now three times in three weeks and have to say the experience has been good. Everytime I have been in there it has been excellent. The gentleman has always remembered my previous order and I never mind waiting for anything to be cooked as it's fresh and the portion size I spot on.

Heard good things about the Kebab House, so while down on the plain I thought I'd give it a try. Super food really enjoyed it, I would reccomend the Durrington Kebab House.

First time id used the Kebab shop and was good, taste and portion size.

I really don't recommend these tried 3 times different times always turned up very late one-hour plus always cold customer serservice extremely poor to dame right rude

Nice kebab, working away from London tried lamb shish and would rate in my top 5. Good quality pitta, nice sauce garlic mao soft meat. Will go back.

Extremely poor for tonights order.....2 hours for delivery!!! Doubt ill be using them again Edit 16/1/21 We thought we would give them a try again last night. Quoted 60 mins via ordering app. Called after 1 1/2 and they hadn't even started cooking!!! I suggest if you are busy you bring more people in to cope with the demand. Its a real shame your service is so poor as the food is pretty good, and probably the best garlic sauce in the area. However after 2 extremely poor orders and not even an apology we will NOT be using again! I advise people to be very wary of estimated delivery times as you will be disappointed 😞

I have only given this place 1 bubble as it won’t let me put zero!!! After waiting an hour and a half for our food and calling to ask if we had been forgotten, we were extremely disappointed. All three wraps were tiny, and I mean tiny. Not to mention, one of the doner wraps was literally dripping fat. The doner with chips and cheese was actually a doner with chips - where is the cheese? We had items that we didn’t order and the whole thing was just a mess. Maybe they should try getting a delivery driver who actually knows how to use a SAT NAV. As a regular customer I am shocked at the standard of service and standard of food. Will be taking my custom to the kebab shop in amesbury from now on.

Can’t fault the food, it’s lovely, been ordering from here for years, because whenever we order we are left waiting for 2 hours (I’m currently waiting 2 hours as I write this) for our food, we try and ring but can never get through and just get told they are really busy, but I’ve orderd on Mondays, mid-week and at weekends and all different times and it’s always the same, it’s such a shame, we orderd at 6:30pm tonight and as I Type this it is 8:50pm and still waiting for food. I’m absolutely starving.

The best kabab house in the local and surrounding area its better then larkhill, tidworth,amesbury, and salisbury, the food is fantastic, the portions are huge and for the price highly reccomended carlos is amazing

Had to wait over an hour when told 10mins

The large mixed special kebab was massive. All came hot and with salad in a different container to keep it nice. Chips were crispy and curry sauce proper fish and chip shop type and massive ammount. Me and wife couldnt finish all of either of ours. For under 25 quid for what we had it was mega. Gutted i havent ordered from here before

As people who are working from home every day then cooking dinner every evening for us and the kids, sometimes it’s nice to take the night off and treat ourselves to a nice takeaway. During these unprecedented times, many places are closed but we are fortunate to have Durrington Kebab House open and delivering. Firstly, the delivery driver was very polite, safe, and kept to the social distancing protocols that are currently in place. He was wearing gloves and did everything he could to be safe and courteous. Bravo fella. The food, just what was needed after what felt like a very long week. Delicious kebab meat, fresh, crispy salad, luscious helpings of garlic mayo and chilli sauce, and a generous portion of chillies, with cheesy chips on the side. Best lockdown meal ever. Alway friendly, always prompt, always delicious.

Moved here 2 years ago thought food and price was fantastic tonight ordered same food as normal told the bye one pizza get one free was not on anymore despite website said it was meal was 5pound more than normal with 1 less pizza thought the owner was great food was your late never again same on who ever is running it now avoid it like the plague

Good easy, reliable kebab house. My hint would be to have the sauce as addon if getting delivered. Never skimps on quantity.

Always get served fast, staff are friendly. And food it's fab for the price. Their chips are just the best.

Been a loyal customer for years, but now seems like the quality of service has declined, dry chicken, chips that taste like the oil needs to be changed. Skimpy portions, but a box full of salad to compliment. Not good. The man who served me had dirty finger nails! A complimentary can of coke doesn't buy my loyal custom.👎 Nearly £13 for two regular chicken kebabs and fries and salad!!- Extortionate! I’ll not be back and hope others follow suit. Please spread the word, I will!!

When visiting my daughter we occasionally have a take out from this kebab house.It is very clean and the food is superb and plenty of it.I recommend this kebab house.

Was ok doner meat was abit dry and I don't know what was going on with the mayo. Asked for garlic mayo and it was more like mint sauce mayo and wasn't nice. The pizza was really good tho.

ATMOSPHERE: Score 5 When I entered the kebab house, there was a warm and friendly greeting, the atmosphere was very comfortable and I knew straight away I was in good hands. DÉCOR/FACILITIES: Score 5 There is an opportunity to eat your meal inside as seating is provided. Phone coverage was great, I had 4g coverage. MENU: Score 5 The presentation of food in the counter was fresh and really appetising. Today I chose the 1/2 pound cheese burger, it was quickly prepared, presented well and tasted amazing. This is the third time I have eaten from Durrington Kebab House and I have not be disappointed on any occasion. I have only one criticism however this is of personal preference therefor does not contribute to my overall rating, I would love to see chicken kebab meat on the menu as currently I can only get this from sub standard alternatives. Perfectly good chicken kebab cooked fresh to order but didn't take long. Lots of options with a variety of meats. They also so burgers chips and pizza. Not disappointed.

The food is excellent, the chicken shish is real breast not the goujons you get everywhere else. Gorkan the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for him. The pizzas are beautiful the dough is cooked so well, lovely and fluffy. Absolutely 5 star place in every way.

I previously rated this 4 stars but my recent visit was terrible. My first order took quite a while to make but was completely mixed up - wrong size kebabs, wrong sauce on them - so I had to go back to get it sorted. After another long wait I got the correct order. However, their idea of serving kebabs was to put the meat and sauce in a tray, then give a separate tray of salad and separate pitta breads. We had to put them together ourselves. The donar meat was nice but the chicken was in huge chunks and not particularly nice. I will not be rushing back again.

I have visited the kebab house on many occasions as I live locally. Always fast, friendly service and the mixed kebabs are huge! They will always willing to cater for your needs. A really great service for a small place.

good clean quick service, kebabs freshly cooked and plent of salad, only down point lumpy chilli sauce, not good. i miss out the sauce and add bottled from home, sort the chilli out and you get a 5*
