Despite a rather grand name, this is basically a standard cafe, serving regular meals at regular prices. Which it does very well. Looks small from the outside but is roomy inside, with plush vinyl booths and waitress service. Very good waitress too--dyed blonde hair, early 50s. Nothing too much trouble. Cuppa was average. But my Spanish omelette was ace. Contained cheese, tomato, and peas and came with generous amounts of salad and chips. The waitress offered me mayonnaise just as I was about to ask for it--mind reader. It made for a substantial plate, which I topped off with a bottle of Peroni. (They sell Efes beer here too, so I guess this was a Turkish cafe.) Loved Durans.

I have been visiting Farham Common once a week since late March, and I discovered Duran's on my first trip. Now I pop in for lunch on each visit. The service is excellent and speedy, the staff charming and polite, the prices are very reasonable. I'm about to leave on my next trip, and am looking forward to omelette and chips, with a tasty latte. I can recommend Duran's in the highest terms.

I was actually after a takeaway as the pub nearby (where my friends were) no longer offers food. No problem: plenty of choice and not kept waiting long. Tasty and piping hot. Not local but would happily return if in the area again.

Stopped in the village for a lunch whilst on a lovely walk around the surrounding villages. The cafe offers a good selection of food for lunch - I had a sausage baguette, my wife a ham and cheese toast. Both served with nice coffee. Good quality food, excellent service and very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Lovely food at a very good price. Cooked breakfast was spot on and staff are all very welcoming. It was our first visit here but will definitely be back more often now.

We’ve eaten here before (usually take away) as we live nearby. Whilst self isolating, we selected Duran’s breakfasts for home delivery instead. The food arrived fast, was well presented, well cooked and was super tasty! Good value for money too. I recommend the Nutella/banana pancakes-amazing!

Have visited Duran's on a regular basis recently on way home from looking after horses so needed a good breakfast and never disappointed. Loads of choice, brilliant welcome always, lovely food, cooked to perfection and enjoyable.

Doing take away teas & coffees- great during this lockdown when out doing the allowed exercise & walk in the park & it’s cold so a hot drink good for warming up. Less queues than the chain coffee shop

Nice cafe. Range of all day breakfasts (including 2 vegetarian options & a Turkish breakfast option). Cafe meals like burgers, filled rolls & sandwiches omelette, jacket potatoes pasta kids meals etc also do pancakes & milkshakes. I had breakfast £7,20 but a big plate and with toast & hot when it came to the table ) also a mug of tea again piping hot. Service good & cheery staff. Public pay car park opposite and within walking distance of Burnham Beeches - to walk of the breakfast. Tables inside & some outdoor seats roadside.
