If you want to top up your energy, do pop in to Dolce Patisserie. We were spoiled for choice with the deserts. Some very familiar, some- exotic but enticing. Service was impeccable all the way through. The food - delicious.

My husband and I popped into Dulce's for the first time having been lured in by the attractive shop front. The experience only got better inside! It truly felt like a Parisian patisserie. We were warmly welcomed by the manager. We had only intended to get coffee and cake to takeaway but couldn't resist the macarons. Everything was so beautifully boxed up for us and we took home to enjoy with family. The macarons and cake were absolutely exceptional. We'll be back again soon.

12-Mar-23: Visited for afternoon tea, which was pre booked. The seating is fairly basic and tight for space. Afternoon tea on a stand was very nice. Tasty sandwiches, scones and cake. My friend has a nut allergy, which was handled well. Tea (loose leaf) was nice but very strong, maybe a bit much per pot. Plenty of food. We couldn't finish it.

We had a slice of the carrot cake, a cinnamon bun, and some macarons along with a pot of tea and a cup of coffee . All were exceptionally delicious. Service was friendly. We took home a doughnut and wished we got more. We will definitely return.

We went for a Cream Tea but was surprised that at £7 per head the cream tea was one single scone, cream and jam and a pot of tea! We opted for cake and a pot of tea tea instead but the chocolate cake was dry though coffee and walnut cake okay. Disappointing would not recommend.

Please mark your products clearly as most cakes contain alcohol. Please bear in mind that it is not the fault of the customer if they do not know this and request a replacement when they realise. Please be kinder about this matter in future and do not make other customers feel as uncomfortable as you made me. It was a £4 cake, it should have been changed with a smile, apology and the minimum of fuss. For the sake of customers like me who cannot ingest alcohol, people with children or religious beliefs which forbid alcohol - please update your product descriptions asap. Thank you

This was my first visit there and I popped in for an early breakfast coffee and pastries - very inviting, attentive staff, attractive cakes on display, clean tables and good coffee. The breakfast pastries (pain au raisin and almond croissant) were poor, however, tasting as if they'd been made the night before - they were certainly not fresh. I also bought a loaf of bread and, again, an hour later when I ate some of it, it appeared that it was a leftover from the day before and only suitable for toasting. Oh well, there are far better coffee shops in Sevenoaks.

We went there for the afternoon tea as it was showed on the website but apparently you have to book it two days in advance. Like for real? You can’t pop up and decide to have an afternoon tea on spot but you have to arrange your agenda for it? The tea set was nice and the tea was tasting good but when we poured the milk in the tea, it had some effect like when the milk is expired and the waitress justified herself saying that it was because we took a fruity tea and the lemon was having a side effect but when she brought another milk, everything was okay. We showed her and she didn’t even apologised, she just said “oh it’s strange!”. Of course it is, it was expired! Also we tried to order the only scones available (the ones with fruit) but they didn’t have any jam, only butter. And so we preferred not to take any.

A really special treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary during lockdown! Yummy sandwiches, huge buttery scones and light macarons. The cake was a little dry and could have done with more clotted cream to go with our scones, but overall a lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Hi Alain and DulceThank you for such a wonderful afternoon tea experience today. It was a delight with amazing quality and selection of sweets, scones and savouries with my favourite Mocha, perfectly made as always. It could easily compete with some high end afternoon teas in London. Good quality, reasonably priced and attentive & friendly service. I was very pleased with my vegetarian sandwich selection too. Visit to Dulce's Pattisserie is always a delight and one we always look forward to as afamily. Its purpose favourite cafe to go. Thank you for having us. Many thanksMeghana

Lovely sandwiches and quiches and beautiful patisserie desserts for 50 people, as well as the biggest branded victoria sponge cake we had ever seen. Whenever I am in Sevenoaks I always pop into the Patisserie for one of their delicious cakes. At the moment my favourite is New York cheesecake but they have so many I want to work my way through them all! It is a very bijou cafe with seats outside for the warm weather. It is very similar to Patisserie Valerie which isn't in Sevenoaks but a very welcome addition to the country town.

I liked the friendly service and great range of cakes in Dulce's patisserie. My wife and I stopped for a cup of coffee a few weeks ago and the place is quiet and a good place for coffee and cakes. It is located opposite Pantiles Cameras in the Blighs shopping area and is a bit different from most coffee shops in the wide range of home made cakes, biscuits and savouries they make. But it is expensive! If you buy a package of home made biscuits it can set you back quite a lot. So nice to visit - but many better priced alternatives are close by!

We've been buying Dulce's products for some years now, even before they opened the shop and we're delighted to see they've been able to take their service up to another level since occupying this lovely premises. Dulce & Alain, the owners, are both naturally lovely, friendly people and you're always assured of a warm welcome in this comfortable, spotlessly clean establishment. The toilets are also spacious and wheelchair-friendly. As for the food, it's all out of this world, from Dulce's renowned macarons, through a range of spectacular cakes, to the delicious quiches. The quiches are the best we've ever had anywhere and our particular favourite is the 3-cheese & caramelised red onion, but they're all great. We'd confidently recommend Dulce's to anyone.

Really well made delicate cakes and biscuit as well as macaroons . They do seem confused about the law regarding dogs on the premises and made a cute little dog leave . The law is , no dogs in areas where food is being prepared . Dogs CAN be in places where the food is served and/or eaten . Therefore the dog could easily have stayed quietly under the table ! Open Sundays 9-5 at time of writing .

I really want to rate this place higher as I love the decor and what food we have had was nice but the way too frothy cappuccino has ruined our experiences at Dulce's which is a shame. We have visited 3 times now on our recent trips to Sevenoaks and on the last two occasions our coffee cups had way too much foam and not enough coffee. My cup actually felt quite light as a result of this. The coffee tastes lovely but to have that much froth and the fact that two cappuccino's cost almost £6 makes you feel a little ripped off. The service has always been welcoming and as I've said the food was very nice (if a little pricey) but I'm not sure how often we will now return because of these issues.

I've come here quite a few times now... It's always busy and the owners are really friendly. I'd say it's a bit pricey though, but then so are most of the cake shops in Sevenoaks. The macaroons are really nice, especially the chocolate/ orange ones! Has high chairs and baby change facility here, so it does accomodate for babies.

Had this place recommended last week so decided to give it a go as in Sevenoaks. Tucked away in a place with good quirky-looking shops. Club sandwich a bit average but filled a hole nicely. Great cup of Americano and even better was the Orio chocolate cheesecake! Not the cheapest though.

I do love this place and our team have been so many times for lunch. The last two times though were slightly disappointing. We were offered salad with our quiches, but thought they came with the quiche. 6 pieces of rocket with a tiny drizzle of oil. Quiche was lovely but didn’t expect to see on my bill £2.00 for these 6 pieces. We weren’t advised this was an extra. And if so certainly wouldn’t suffice as a “salad”. Today along lunch I ordered a piece of takeaway cake. I buy the same cake twice weekly (carrot cake) and the portion was nearly half of the normal. We normally share a slice as it was a really generous portion previously, and it should be for close to £4. I may consider going back with my team but if they are beginning to cut portions then I may well choose one of the other new cake and coffee shops around town

Popped in here for lunch with a friend and both opted for tuna paninis and coffee. It was almost full which is always a good sign. Lovely decor, nicely spaced out tables and great ambience. Paninis were delish and coffee was strong and well flavoured. We also had a salted caramel pud which, I have to say, was outstanding. And I took a millionaires shortbread home...yummy! Really pleased to see something new in place of the old Joules shop. Walked past this last weekend and was impressed by the selection of cakes and macarons in the window. I visited this weekend and wasn’t disappointed! The inside is really nicely decorated and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy tea and cake. My friend and I had a tea, coffee and pastries. The loose leaf tea had lots of flavour and the pastry was fresh. The service is good, although my only feedback would be to make it clear where to queue for macarons or for ordering drinks as my friend appeared to be in the wrong queue and waited longer than she needed to. Although on a positive the place was bustling which is always a great advert for somewhere new!

Visited this cute little patisserie with a friend who had a baby in a buggy. Plenty of space for buggies which is very welcomed. Very family friendly. The display of cakes, macaroons, desserts and savouries was amazing and took us some time to decide on what to order! In fact we couldn’t decide so we got cake to take away as well as have a delious treat in shop! I have sampled the offerings previously at tonbridge farmers market and they still live up to expectations. The fact that everything is made in small batches throughout the day ensures maximum freshness and flavour. Some teething problems with clearing tables etc but such a new venture for this lovely couple They can be forgiven. Be sure to pop in if your passing! Or even if your not.

We really liked it, the service was spot on and the food was great. The only complaint was the volume of the TV. Perhaps we are just getting old! The menu was quite small, but they also had two specials on offer on top of the standard menu. All food, I believe, is home cooked, so the smaller menu is completely forgiven on that score. One of us had the burger and the other the chilli. Both meals were excellent and really nicely presented. We also shared a starter, which was equally as good as the mains. All the staff were really good and the pub had a lovely atmosphere, really traditional which we love. The rugby was on the television in the area where we were seated, and there was just one person watching it. On full blast, it was difficult to have a conversation at all, which did slightly spoil the occasion, we did mention it to the man as he had the remote, but he was obviously a rugby fan, having said that we did enjoy it and would like to return. Thank you.
