Drury’s Coffees and teas are quite exceptional. The eclectic, exclusive, excellent range of both teas and coffees is awesome. I’ve never seen anything like it. Once found, about 10 years ago, there’s been no going back! We love the Ethiopian and other lighter coffees from Africa as well as the smoky Monsoon Malabar. Now we’ve decided that Honduras coffee is also lovely and intend to try those promoted at the coffee show too. We also enjoy a range of teas and I particularly like the Imperial Earl Grey while my partner likes the Assam and Darjeeling. There’s plenty more to explore as well, which we intend to. Service is second to none. Order on line and often it’s with us within two days! Thanks to Karen and Lucien for their years of superb service.

Drury's range if teas is exemplary. The delivery is prompt and efficient. I partially like the Ceylon Orange Pekoe,a wonderfully light yet full-bodied tea.

I have been an online customer of Drury tea since 2020. I buy the non tagged English breakfast tea bags for my husband as it’s his favourite tea. It is top quality tea and delivery is very quick, so why have I given only 4 stars when the tea and delivery service is excellent?…….It’s because trying to actually do an order online is quite frankly a long winded frustrating experience due to the way the setup and format operates, it’s not so simple and straight forward. If Paypal was accepted it would be a lot better. It has you going over and over, round and round wondering what you’ve missed and why the hell you’re not able checkout, ( I do A LOT of shopping online and I’m no rookie). When you’ve finally managed to “find and tick all requirements” to qualify you to buy anything and access checkout, you’re then asked to enter a 6 digit code sent to sms on your phone to verify it’s really you……all for the total of £18.60. Come on guys, don’t make your site like trying to break through a “firewall” to buy your lovely merchandise!

Firstly no relation, and no special drury to drury discount either (always open to that suggestion) great tea, best breakfast tea on the market [hence why I and also the Regency Cafe use it as standard] 4 stars because I had an email that sounded like my tra should have arrived yesterday and in fact it arrived today. Great tea, buy it, drink it, you won't regret it! 😋

I've been buying tea and coffee from Drury fo over 40 years, starting when I used to pass their shop near Waterloo station. After moving to West Devon I found the local supplies very limited so I returned to Drury with mail orders. The staff at Drury are the nicest people I have ever had to deal with. On one occasion I had run out of coffee and the lady at Drury put a pound of coffee into the post immediately so that I would have it the next morning while she completed the rest of my order. In a way I felt sad when they created their excellent web site because it meant that I would no longer need to deal with anyone on the phone. The quality of their teas and coffees is top notch with prices that are very competitive. I could not recommend them more. I wish there were more companies like Drury.

The guy that works there always helps me out with with types I haven't tried before and has mentioned in the past that they have an online shop too. I what the online service would be like. Well, I thought I'd give it a go. I picked up my favourites tea and free delivery from their super-friendly delivery guy and they . I ordered at about 11am yesterday and my order was with me by 11.30am today. I am so pleased that their online service matched the in-shop experience. The best tea & coffee found with wicked customer service. You've got a seriously loyal customer here! Thank you.

Very good tea and international shipping service and one of the very few places where I can find loose leaf lapsang souchong in big quantities. With the lock down, it probably took longer than usual to reach France but everything eventually got there and I could enjoy my morning lapsang again. Thank you!

I have been ordering Drurys teas and coffees for a while now since having a cup of coffee at one of the restaurants I fell in love with the brand! I do like the quality of their coffees, they have got various types of coffee which is amazing, their teas are of a good quality as well and are very different from any average supermarket brand. When you place on order over £ 35 they give you a free pack of English Breakfast tea which is a treat!) I do recommend them!

We've been using Drury for several years for ground coffee, because they do a finer-than-standard-espresso grind for Rancilio Silvia espresso machines. (The alternative is spending as much again on a commercial-quality grinder.) The range of coffees and quality is excellent, (I just drink straight espresso so there's no milk to hide behind), and the price for large bags is better than for a standard supermarket product. We buy enough online to qualify for free delivery and the packaging keeps it fresh up to the time for the next order. We also use them for smaller quantities of leaf tea, with a similar, good experience. Any (extremely rare) problems due to too coarse a grind have been dealt with immediately - Drury seem very keen to protect their reputation and customer service has been good. They've continued to keep us going through the coronavirus lockdown. Overall, very happy to recommend them.

Great range of teas to choose from, with friendly, helpful staff who have a good knowledge of their products. Ordered online recently and the order arrived in less than 24 hours. Recommended, especially the Ceylon OP.

Have been buying my coffee beans from them for the last couple of years, their quality and price is difficult to match. The exact opposite of the overpriced hipster coffee scene. They deliver very fast and have been great to deal with. Give them a try. ☕

Tea & Coffee Shop in Norway has had a more than 20 years business relationship with Drury Tea & Coffee and purchased more than 300 tons of coffee during those years. We are aming for the toppest quality only, and thus still remaining a faithful customer says more than a million words I guess. Uncompromising quality and a fantastic staff are the keywords! Come regularly to do work on my laptop as find it a comfortable setting, tried many different coffees by all the people who work there, Rosie is by far the friendliest and serves the best flat white, always spend more and stay longer when she’s there (ask for her to make your coffee!) Everyone else is good but would be nice if they took time to smile a bit more and ask customers about their day, I like that personal touch ! Tried a couple of their specials , soup is always fantastic and their drury bagel is to die for! Will keep returning, thanks for the best coffee in hove.

They give a loyalty card for beverages including excellent smoothies. WiFi. Well located. Good stop for snacks. Highly recommended. Hove writers group meet here the first Saturday of the month after their group meeting at Hove library across the road 11-1. Then at this Drury cafe 1-3.

Came in for the first time on Thursday 11th October in the afternoon with friends. Was given perfect service and coffee with beautiful latte art ( I own a coffee shop) , lady was fairly busy but did not fail to bring our coffees and cakes over quickly. Would highly reccomend , especially with the Smiley, attentive girl working there! Shame I do not live in the area, but if I’m passing I will be sure to pop in for a takeaway. The only negative there was lots of noise coming from the hairdressers next door and all the buggy’s were parked in the walkway! However doesn’t not bring down the quality of service and drinks/cakes which were given.

My family and I visited Drury a few days ago and were very happy with the big range of lunch, breakfast and homemade cake options, all of which were all delicious! They even do smaller portions for kids which is amazing! Their coffee is lovely and a good value for money, and they do a good variety of tasty milkshakes and smoothies made with fresh fruit which is great for the summer. The shop has a great atmosphere and has a lovely outside seating area which is perfect for a sunny day with an iced coffee. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

I am vegan. I went in here and was delighted to see a couple of vegan options for lunch including some tasty "sausage" rolls and some vegan cakes. I has a brownie one day sand then a flapjack the next day; both delicious.. I also had a smoothie, which was advertised as using "premium" ingredients. So I was very disappointed to see the server pouring some "value" mango juice into my drink. I hope the other ingredients were more authentic!

Welcoming staff and my little dog tucks under the table love sitting there watching people pass by outside food is always served nicely and good to be able to have something hot as well as cakes

I don't know if people reading this have ever done a marathon but you fuel on water , electrolytes, energy bars and the sweets that people generously hand out along the way. Last Sunday I was running on empty but couldn't bear the thought of yet another sweet so I saw Drury Tea and coffee and popped in with no money , sore legs and an empty tummy - I think it was about mile 15 . They generously gave me a banana and a peanut butter sandwich. I wanted to go back to thank them in person but sadly was unable. Thank you so very much ... I did finish the marathon thanks to you Dr R Osman

I often come to Drury on my lunch break to have a latté and a sandwich. The coffee's are of a very high standard, the staff know what they are doing. The sandwiches are freshly prepared and you can taste quality in the ingredients. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Be sure to pay it a visit.

My husband our baby and I visited and enjoyed a beautifully made latte ,hot chocolate and some sandwiches . All delicious and friendly service in a cheerful and clean atmosphere :)

i usually go few times a week and the coffees is always be great. i usual have a flat white "not to hot " and is always very good. thank you guys

This is a fantastic cafe - much better than some of the others in the immediate area. It's clean, the staff are very attentive, it's reasonable and the food is fantastic. I walked past it a couple of times as it didn't look as inviting as it is. Don't make my mistake - walk right in! You won't be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem in hove, lovely coffee and cake, also do sandwiches etc if you want something bigger. Great for kids and they can get their hair done next door! Will definitely be visiting again :)

I went to Drury for iced coffee last weekend. They served me coffee in a dirty glass and when I asked for a spoon they gave me a dirty spoon as well. I won't go there anymore.

Drury coffee has been going since the days in the 50s when my parents ran one of the first coffee bars in London. The coffee is consistently fab. Lovely to have 2 cafes in hove, lively ambience in both. Not for the latte drinkers!!

I go to this Drury and the other one in Hove both very nice this one smaller but i think its new. Both have very friendly staff and know how to make a good cup of coffee! Food is very nice freshly prepared for you, things like jacket potatoes, toasties baguettes. My wife was also very happy to see they had gluten free bread and cakes.

Good coffee spot or afternoon tea option but their lunch offering is a little basic and run of the mill.

Place to go for your morning coffee or an all day breakfast! Lovely staff and nice selection of cakes especially the homemade brownies!

Met a couple of friends for a coffee at Drury's in Church road. Very close to the gorgeous wide roads of Princes square and Vallance gardens. The coffee was excellent, I had a cappuccino, my friends both had lattes. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere was friendly and laid back.

Having visited Drurys in Church Road , the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Lovely decor. All the staff are friendly, efficient, we enjoyed coffee and toasted sandwiches. It was fab, good luck to all at Drurys, highly recommend it... see you all soon.
