Celebrating a birthday asked for dinner not to be put on a bed of onions due to my medical disorder and it came on a bed of onions. Sent it back and waited over half an hour in end got money back due to wait don't visit

Las comidas estaban bien, las hamburguesas eran preciosas, pero las patatas fritas eran duras, baratas, así que no se quejaron. Nota para la administración: ¿hay alguna manera de ayudar a la generación sin teléfonos inteligentes a obtener £ 5 de descuento en sus comidas también? Mi abuela a menudo come sola y pierde muchas oportunidades y ahorros? : ) El personal era genial: servicio rápido, amable y atento. Gritar a Tony por su naturaleza cariñosa hacia mi abuela y también el buen sentido del humor 😊

Nuestro grupo de 8 visitó el puente levadizo esta noche y tuvo una experiencia fantástica. Tony era un servidor tan atento, haciendo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que éramos felices y teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Steve el chef hizo un excelente trabajo de la comida. Todos disfrutaron mucho lo que ordenaron y devoraron hasta el último pedazo.

Tuvimos una gran fiesta para atender y fue encantador. Muy buen personal, muy amable y la comida era genial. Volveremos

The food was good, good value pub fare with a BBQ twist. We ate the ultimate feast, chicken mix and beyond meat burger and all were great. But Tony our waiter was the star. Lovely, welcoming and happy to help with anything. Worth his weight in chicken wings!

Had a 12 mile paddle down the canal behind the pub, ended with some food and a couple of pints in the pub. Food was great, good beer on tao, staff were friendly, a great experience all round.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Drawbridge Inn! We were served by Victoria, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. By mistake, we initially ordered a non-veg dish but realized our error and requested a change to a veg-based dish. Victoria handled it smoothly, ensuring our new order was prepared and served on time without any hassle. Her friendly attitude and efficiency truly made our visit enjoyable. Very happy with our evening at the drawbridge. We reserved a table for 9 on a busy Friday evening. We were greeted by a lovely waiter called Tony. He kept checking on us throughout the evening. Mac cheese was what you would expect from a chain but nice as I love mac cheese! Husbands steak pie was huge. Nice place plenty of space to eat, loud bar but quiet dedicated eating area if that's what you like. Shout out to Tony very good service.

Whenever I have been to the Drawbridge Solihull with my friends, we always recieve excellent service. It is usually from the same gentleman . His name is Tony. I don't know how he mananges it but he is really excellent at his job. The whole place is very well run and managed.

I booked Christmas day for myself and my elderly mother at the Drawbridge as it offered the best menu to accommodate both of us. All staff were very attentive, special mention to our server Tony who went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Food was great quality and the very plentiful. After needing to get my mum back home, Tony put our mince pie and brownie in a box to take home. Would book again and hopefully come back and some point during the year.
