Good food quickly served at a good price

Play area was shut for the kids. Didn't have what I wanted from the menu and didn't have the drink I wanted either which was disappointing. That said, what I did have was lovely.

We love this place come from Worksop shame it's closing , Probably won't come to crystal peaks now

Basic pub with average food . We ordered a kiddie meal with ice cream dessert .we ended up leaving without the little one having the ice cream as we had been waiting ages . I even went to the bar and said we were ready for the ice cream when they had 5 mins .she nodded and said she would sort it then her and the other server just stood chatting.

Food was good as always, it's a shame that the drinks didn't arrive until halfway through the meal after reminding the server twice

Come here practically every weekend with my partner, it’s our fave pub. Nice food, good price and always top quality service.

Called in with our niece for a bit of lunch. Quite a big pub, very clean. Landlord was very pleasant, good service,well presented meals. Lovely food,can't fault it. Definitely call again.

Came in last night for drinks with family. The bar staff were lovely. We were served by a lovely young lady called hannah who helped carry our drinks to the table. Very pleasant staff. Thank you Meg Hannah & Ben for your service your all a credit to the pub.

We came to drakehouse mill on Saturday 22/06 for my sons 5th birthday. I spoke to a lovely gentleman a few days before named Jay who was so polite and very helpful on the phone. We booked a table for 15 people in total and everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food. And although the play area outside was closed for maintenance the little ones had lots of fun running around outside in the sun. All the staff were welcoming , lovely and polite and was always on hand if we needed anything, especially Jay! he was brilliant. He even tried to rescue my little boys balloon from the ceiling. All in all we had a fab night, the food and drinks were reasonably priced , super specials were on Saturdays offer at a great price! We will be back soon.

Laura m was amazing and really looked after us. She was so attentive with my niece and for a little girl who is so nervous around new people she completely won her round. Thank you so much!

Called for tea today with my family, had a slight change I wanted with my food which was sorted straight away! Had the loveliest server Beth even my 11 year old commented to us how nice and helpful she was. Thank you 😊

Wed's 12th June at 12 noon. Went here for a curry and wasn't disappointed. The food itself was brilliant, good portions (paid £3 for extras on one curry and got a great deal), well presented, piping hot. The 2 members of staff we spoke to were excellent, Jay the assistant manager at the bar and Laura M our server. Both were professional, courteous, helpful and had a great repartee with us. We thoroughly our experience and would recommend this establishment.

Lovely pub well worth a visit, me and the wife visited after shopping at crystal peaks and had a great experience. Laura M was attentive friendly and provided good service. The food was fantastic we Got a free dessert with a Thursday special and again had no complaints was very satisfying. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side but can’t grumble when you’ve got good offers on food so we would return and recommend

Been here quite a few times, we always fine the food is really nice. The staff are all polite and quick to help and serve. It's all reasonable priced and the place has a nice atmosphere. We would happily recommend this pub to anyone.

Excellent food, we both had a Mix it Up meal which was delicious and the staff were great especially Jay the manager. Would certainly recommend.

Have visited today with my daughter, WOW what can I say from going in we was greeted with smiles, in a relaxed atmosphere by the Assistant Manager Jay, Laura and Elaine, who were prompt to serve and bring the food, and to make we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly and efficiently. What a bargain and come out absolutely piping hot and tasted amazeballs! Thank you to the chefs Dil and Cal for the food. we will be back again, Thank you.

Great value for money and good service too

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Great friendly bar staff. Would recommend if shopping at the nearby retail park or Crystal Peaks shopping centre.

The customer service was brilliant , billy , Beth and Megan were serving. They was polite , and kind and welcome us with a good experience. We was welcomed with a smile, and a friendly hello and how was my day was.The good was great , and tasty. And came quick. Billy asked if we wanted anything else, and told us to have a wonderful meal with a great smile. The atmosphere was great, with great music playing and laughter throughout the pub. Overall it was a joyful experience. And I will be returning g again in the future

Came in with my mum and sister, food was amazing, highly recommend the Korean burger. The staff were amazing and friendly. Will definitely be coming again.

I eat out regularly with my family and I love it here, one day I will have something different from my usual mixed grill 😂. Special thanks to Jay, he was very knowledgeable about the non gluten containing menu, (three of our party are coeliac).

I went on Friday afternoon with a group of friends.. The place was clean, friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help.. The food was great, well cooked and hot.. Didn't have to wait too long either.. Would definitely go again and highly recommend..

This is a nice pub with big carpark. However twice we have been and twice they haven't had bacardi . This meant we went somewhere else. Co.e on get your act together and get bacardi in!!!

Sunday lunch was terrible. Roast potatoes were burnt to a cinder, mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy. Overall not a pleasing experience, won't be rusing back.

The food was perfect the fish n chips need some credit because they are lovely my mum had gluten free food from here she was shocked because there is no other place what has a gluten free menu the service was perfect they arrived in less then 15 mins this place has a wider variety of drinks I just got a normal cola but the deals was great and the atmosphere was perfect they had music on people talking in the background and I could hear that sizzle of the food back in the food making place 10/10 would come again

We live in Scotland but Always come here several times when we are visiting family. We have to stay at a local hotel so we are spending quite a bit of money. Having a good quality eatery, which is also very well priced, makes a huge difference to us. Staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. It’s never over crowded or too noisy. We’ve never been disappointed with any of our choices of meal and to top it all, we can get 2 glasses of Guinness 0.0 for £4…what’s not to like. We will keep coming back.

Called in at the Drakehouse Mill for a meal on Wednesday and were greeted by friendly staff and Management and our food was brought to our table by a young waitress called Emelia who was very efficient and friendly towards us. Reallly enjoyed our visit and will be returning soon.

Just a nice restaurant, plenty of choice, mixture of cuisines. Good service, though you order at the bar or on an app if you're shy. Choice of drinks, if you're not driving, and "zero" drinks if you are.

Brilliant time to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. Table reserved, allowed to decorate. Laura M absolutely fantastic re taking orders, changing of meals no problem, she gave 110% especially with cake and candles and providing doggy bags for leftovers, absolute diamond - thank you Laura M

What's not to like. Great friendly staff that make an effort to get to know you. Service is very good and prompt. Food presented well and if any problems they will go out of there way to sort out any issues.
