Dragon Fly Tea Rooms in Solihull

One of my favourite parks ! I attended the sixth form by the park so I used to go through it every morning & it was quite peaceful ! I love walking round to the lake area and watching the sunset - it was quite relaxing ! There is a nice scenic route - perfect for dog owners/ nature lovers , or anyone really :)

Great Park for good walk. We went to Warwickshire Wildlife Trust Parkridge Centre in the midst of the park which is also great.

Great walking. At this time of year the grass is muddy and water logged, so stick to the paths.

Used to visit as a child every Sunday afternoon, so went on a memory trip still wonderful, didn't realise what a massive park it is.

Lovely walk around this park. Only thing letting it down were the dog owners with dogs off the lead not cleaning up their dog's mess, it was everywhere!!

Met up with some friends. It seems like a nice enough place with nothing to rave about.

This is a really beautiful spot close to the heart of Solihull Town centre and very close to the junction of the M42. Have a lovely walk around the lake, play pooh sticks over either of the 2 bridges, look for the wooden bear in the middle woods and watch out for the crocodile! You can visit the Parkridge centre for a cuppa and a delicious cake and a look around the nature centre. This park joins up with Malvern Park where, by the large horse statue, there is a children's play area. Also, if you walk around to Malvern Park, you can easily walk up to Solihull. On Saturdays, the park run takes place at 9am, it's hugely popular and a great, scenic route. It's definitely worth a visit.

Lovely area to walk the dog, especially when you have the weather.

Beautiful park, not too big so doesn’t take too long to get around. You can just go round the pond or some paths lead to another area closer to the town centre. Good sized car park. Little cafe for tea and coffee etc it really nice as well.

Very nice park, very large, open with gorgeous views, hire bikes, tennis court, playground climbable trees of all different species.

An expensive visit to a local park with grandchildren. Car park was busy and we parked reasonably and not obstructing anything, but got a parking ticket in a free 3 hour car park. Solihull council making more money out of honest people.

Very pleasant place to take a grandchild to feed ducks and maybe visit the cafe and playground if open

Nice nature park, just get a free 🅿 ticket from machine for 3 hours and display on car dashboard and enjoy the beauty of the nature!

Very nice park we stopped off had a walk, grabbed a drink. The car park was also free for 3 hours which was an added bonus.

Nice to see vegan options in the cafe...could do with signs saying not to feed ducks bread, well known fact now.

Peaceful, big, clean and decent. Upto 3 hrs free parking and free after 6pm. Ducks in the lake keep the children occupied. Children play area is big enough to handle a crowd. Like it defo.

Wonderful experience took my 3 year old granddaughter. Anna the instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. Well worth a visit. We will return.

Great place something for everyone

Lovely park where they do race for life events on a yearly basis. The park consists of a large playground for children of all ages, picnic areas, hire a bike station, lake to feed the ducks and a centre with a free play area and a cafe with toilets inside. A good day out for the kids just a five minute walk from Touchwood shopping centre and on sunny days you can find an ice cream man.

Excellent play area and fun wooded and grass areas for children and adults to explore.

A reasonable Public Park experience. Lucky to have acces to so much open public space. Wild bird life slightly out of control on the now over crowded lake. Nothing special really

Beautiful lake with lots of wildlife in the heart of solihull...it's well kept and has a calm friendly feel to it. Of all the parks with lakes in Solihull this must be the best

Excellent place to go for a walk. There is a cafe to have a drink. Good playing area and picnic tables. Parking area.

A very peaceful environment. Free parking for 3 Hours (but remember to display the ticket). There's a dog-friendly cafe (with toilet inside) in the park too. A perfect place for family and dog lovers.

Spacious and beautiful park, lots of places to explore, very tranquil and plenty for the kids to do.

Good selection of trees path around , good wildlife ducks and swan's also bird enclosure round a pond. With flamingos and other birds

Gone really down hill from when I was a kid. Park used to be very well kept with mowed lawns and lovely flower borders and well maintained trees. Nowadays it feels as though all this is forgotten. The children’s playground is an absolute disgrace with old and decrepit equipment and taped off areas. What a shame Solihull council you should be embarrassed.

Beautiful park, great for exercise and dog walks. You may link to some great public footpaths. Nice cafe for snacks and coffee though the area in front of the cafe now seems to be a car parking zone.

Beautiful and large park with lots of trails. It's actually 2 parks connected as one. The lake was beautiful with a shallow part for wading. The kids loved it.

Park really needs a revamp , kids found it boring quickly.

Brueton Park - solid place for a park. Nice walk, lovely duck pond, nice cafe. The conservation park seems to of shrunk a bit though, although I am thinking from when I was about 13 and I'm triple my age now. 🤷

Unfortunately, the park Cafe is only open 2 days a week. Nice, clean park, ideal for families

Lovely place for a picnic Or a bike ride We also enjoyed a game of football here after a walk around the water feeding the ducks. Had a cheeky ice cream at the nature reserver cafe shop where toilets were located. Playground wad great however needed more swings.

Beautiful hidden gem in Solihull the nature reserve within the park is amazing too.... will definitely come back and explore fully bat walk by Warwickshire wildlife trust was fabulous

Benches have been vandalised by students from 6th form I have some recordings while I exercise on my bike , and why people walk in cycles lane ding crazy and those who walk around in darkness at night need to have a torchlight before they hurt them self, and pot head if you want smoke cannabis do it at home it stinks in park and get torchlight, fing weirdos, stay f out off bike lane there are sings that tell you,!

Free parking (albeit limited), fantastic parklands and terrain, a great place for a walk either with or without your dog!

Amazing curries the lamb shank is an experience to die for. Also the apricot chicken is very delicious and interesting

This is a beautiful place to walk, especially during the week when it's not very busy. A lovely cafe was a blessing in the cold weather. My dogs loved being off the lead and exploring.

Lovely park to go on a Sunday afternoon,have a stroll round the lake see the wildlife and have a coffee in the cafe. Always a great place.

It's a great park to take a stroll or grab a cup of coffee at the visitors center, the parking is free but you must get a ticket and it's busy on Saturday mornings with the parkrun from 8.30am to 10.00am .

This is beautiful and well kept park. Ideal for everyone with plenty of space for walking with children or dogs or bikes. Lots of trees which are glowing with autumn colours.

Lovely park, good parking facilities and an excellent (if another were needed!) reason to choose to live in the centre of Solihull. This large park is combined with Malvern park, making for a very large area in total. In summer the parks are very well attended with many events based in the parks. Well policed and kept in excellent order.
