Overpriced for chips. Although it's our local takeaway, we would rather drive to other places where portions are better value and same/better quality. Can't comment on other food as I can't eat it due to an allergy. Look at other reviews for quality and cost judgement on the Chinese...this is purely based on chips and sauce.

I Bought sweet & sour chicken balls, egg fried rice and chips £12.50, very expensive, chicken balls tasted of fish and no egg in the egg fried rice, it tasted that bad couldn’t eat it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cash only, really? So I have to go to a cash point just to get a bag of chips when I can use my card in a bloody vending machine these days, come on!

Have spent £80 in there to then be told that they wouldn't give crackers on the house complete and utter shambles wouldn't recommend

I can see why so many people say this is the best Chinese in Bristol. I had crispy chilli beef and Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken a couple of days ago. The crispy chilli beef was the best I've ever had. I agree. It's the best Chinese in Bristol. Personally I think it would be even better if you guys accepted card. It's not convenient for everyone to pay cash.

A family member got unwell on the food from here and also was treated very rudely when asked if could pay with cash, they said they would not except cards of any sort , makes me think it’s a tax dodge , but don’t know this . But al l in all bit good and egg fried rice made a family member very unwell indeed . Can’t say any more than that in 100 words

cant cook fish for toffee dont buy

We were quite desperate on a Monday evening and despite this being a 15 minute drive it was totally worth it. The aromatic duck - perfect, special rice - perfect, crispy beef - perfect. Don’t be put off by its looks, great food.

Good place for a Chinese but the latest prices are taking the Mickey tbh. It all adds up in the end and for price paid you may as well go out for a meal and be served on. I can’t justify the cost here, that’s my only negative. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Food takes like dry. Would avoid. Wrong order. Cold food. Only takes cash? Tax avoiding much. Would never return. Refused to give refund.

Hay muchos restaurantes chinos en esta zona y este es el mejor con diferencia. El pato crujiente es perfecto! Todos los platos que he tenido han sido acertados. Muy recomendable y siempre ordenamos desde aquí cuando tenemos amigos también.

I absolutely love thier shredded chilli chicken, best in Bristol I reckon. Getting a tad expensive tho, if it wasn't for that I would have given them 5 stats as I have not once bought a meal from here I have not been impressed with. Thanks dragon city for not wasting my money ☺

He intentado muchas salidas diferentes y tengo que decir que esta es la mejor. La comida siempre está caliente y sabe muy bien, tienen un gran menú y siempre están muy ocupados.

Best Chinese and chippy in the area! Lovely friendly staff.

We always go here for our takeaways and are never disappointed. The spring rolls are the best around and the curry is always really tasty with a lovely thick sauce.

Our local takeaway - always tasty food and good prices. Even on a weekend when it's busy with customers queuing out of the door it doesn't take long for our order to be ready (we never phone to order either we just show up)

Always friendly lovely food consistent every time , have been going to Sophie's for years, she remembers you when you arrive and the service is quick.

I've been going here since I was a child there very friendly they even know my name lol, the food is amazing very fast but the Chinese is the best around its a shame they don't deliver but seeing as I only live around the corner it doesn't affect me they are absolutely amazing and would highly recommend this Chinese.
