I had potato noodles with pork belly. Tasted divine. I don't think you need any side dish but if you have a good appetite then do try their dumplings too. They also serve hotpot. Ambiance is okayish. A little bit cramped. They have extra space upstairs. Also, they serve a bit slow because I think they get too many orders (both online and takeaway). Overall great Chinese restaurant and very pocket friendly ✨

Wow are the noodles amazing! The spicy Chinese soup base is packed full of that flavoursome type of heat. Mouth watering! And the noodles were the best texture I ever had. After the first bite, you know those noodles are cooked to a satisfyingly chewy texture. Need to check this place out if you want Chinese noodles! So legit.

Very tough rival with ChillyDaddy if it comes to hot pot soup. They have few more options to choose from. Also, you can mix up adds as you fancy. My favourite is kimchi, tom yum and chilli hot soup. Also fish hot pot looked amazing but you have to take few more people as is quite big. Certainly I’ll try other stuff from here. Thanks

Three reasons you need to go to this restaurant. Super nice boss which is rare. Flavour is extremely good. The portion can make you full even if you have a big appetite.

I've lived in Bristol for over 10 years, eaten at tonnes of places but this is hands down the tastiest place I've eaten at. It's so good! Usually get roast duck with rice, and twice cooked pork belly, but also had the beef hot pot and the RIBS. The ribs are ridiculously good. The main guy is super friendly too. 100% recommended.

Lovely food. Space is a bit tight on bottom floor but manageable , it looks very traditional inside. I’ve rated serviced 4 as they don’t have card payment, it’s only cash or you need to transfer money using online banking to send to their bank account.

Exceptional food which way surpassed my expectations. The salt and chilli squid is a must-try in my opinion (and also my favourite). For main if highly suggest their hot beef noodle soup - very flavourful broth with tasty noodle.

Great shop for our quick stopover in Bristol. We were very hungry and were not disappointed. Super good, freshly prepared Pad Thai and the best Egg Fried Rice I've ever eaten.

Crispy chilli beef and Sichuan beef tripe are amazing, it’s my quick stop Chinese restaurant if I’m ever craving anything of that sort. Some of the food is quite authentic (such as the beef tripe) and some are Chinese-British classics which everyone likes. Honestly might be the best Chinese in the area. I love this place, cheerful, often not quite sure what I've ordered but it's fresh and tasty.

So the overall taste was great! Everything except from the chicken was really great. The chicken had a flavor of a staled meat. It is very usual in places where they reheat cooked meat. The noodles and the rest of the ingredients was great though!

We came here very hungry after watching some fireworks. The food is traditional and a good price! The char Sui pork was the star of the show and we can’t wait to try more of the menu. Service is incredibly quick and friendly.

For £10-£11 you get a huge bowl of rice or noodles. From sweet and sour sweet potato soup noodles to ramen and chow mein, there's a wide selection of noodles, spice levels and protein options (beef, chicken, seafood, tofu etc). Then slurp away in the simply decked out ten-seater cafe. There's no card machine, so bring cash (or you can bank transfer).

I like the food. Atmosphere is ok. But cant pay by card. And signal was not so good to transfer. Food is good.

Food is overpriced for what it is. Also, better stick to the Chinese food which seemed better than what I ordered. I asked for a Pad Thai, and it was not even close to what it should be. Worse part was that the noodles were soaked in sweet n sour sauce. Almost £12 for the worst Pad Thai ever

It’s really average, the noodles are too soft, the meat is okay, I won’t come back. I gave the boss lady a bunch of coins and I didn't know if she could use them, but there happened to be no coins left. Is it such a coincidence? I was too lazy to take it seriously. There is an indoor parking lot nearby, which is also a strange design. Be careful with large cars.

The food were only warm to touch which means clearly they have been out of the kitchen for a long time. When I complained to the owner, he didn’t apologise at all and made up excuse why it was acceptable to be an hour late. He also moaned to me that he’s so busy with the business from Uni students that he has no time and doesn’t care or need business from others! Outrageous! That’s awful customer service that I’ve never experienced before. The cuisine here is authentic but the taste is very average comparing to other Chinese restaurants. The portion size is also smaller than before, at least for the takeaway size. Perhaps under the cost of living crisis they reduced portion size as well as increasing prices. It’s considered quite pricy given the size and interior of this restaurant is merely a canteen style. There is another reason to avoid this restaurant on moral ground. They prefer cash and accept payment in Chinese currency in order to reduce UK tax liability! And guess what, owner’s kids go to private school! There are many other tasty authentic Chinese restaurants to chose from. Avoid this one who doesn’t value you as a customer!

A very satisfying meal! I ordered minced pepper fish, dried lentils, and Wenzhou sticky rice. After finishing the meal, I realized that I didn’t take any photos! The best Chinese food I’ve had in Bristol so far! Proud of our great Wenzhou! This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in Bristol! Highly recommended!

The light show on the upstairs ceiling had caught our eye and we wanted to check it out for a while now. Very tasty casual dine in experience Chinese. I'll definitely go again. Upstairs is a lot brighter than it looks from the street. Service was very lax but didn't mind that so much. Had the sweet and sour Chinese chicken. Chicken pieces had a lovely crisp and crunch to them. Just how I like my Chinese chicken to be.

I have walked past this place so many times and finally found a moment to go in and WOW it did not disappoint. Brisnoodles serves such delicious authentic Chinese food - I can not recommend highly enough.

How did this place survive that long, having “Great Chongquing” as a neighbour is beyond me. Small, overpriced and frankly speaking tasteless noodle. Just after having a “dinner” here we had to eat something else, just to feel a flavour. I am very rarely THAT disappointed with a restaurant. I’ve no idea how come this place has 4.5 rating.

Went to this restaurant because of tons of good reviews. But it's absolutely disappointing! First, the spicy beef noodle is overpriced, which has not much favor at all, and the soup is not broth, just water with chilly oil. Secondly, portion is small! Won't visit again!

Excellent gear. A short but broad menu. During our 1 hour there we were the only non-East Asian customers, which speaks volumes! No alcohol sold which is a shame as a cold lager goes very well with spicy food.

Delicious food. I loved the fungus dish! Yum!! Friendly staff and very busy! I've now been coming here fairly often. This time my best friend, who lives in Taiwan was homesick for delicious Asian food and I was so happy I knew the perfect place to go!!

Really good food in an unfussy environment. The volcano ribs are nuts. Half a pig in a yummy tangy sauce akin the the sauce on dong po pork knuckle. Squid was awesome. Spicy soup was delish. Fried dumplings were overdone mind. Only thing that let this meal down x

Unexpectedly very, very good, was the only place in the centre that seemed open past nine on a Tuesday night. Big portions, big flavours, big chilli kicks (depending on dish ordered). Furnishings are a bit knackered and cramped but worth persevering with.

Volcano Ribs Volcano Ribs Need to book in advance Braised pork ribs with soy sauce, but the plate looks like a "volcano" My sister and I both felt it was too salty. We didn’t eat much meat and a lot of rice, and we drank a lot of water when we got home.

I saw that most of the food reviews were from local people, so I was worried that the food would not be spicy enough, so I specifically ordered it to be spicy. The cashier said that the Standard on the menu is medium spicy, but I think it is medium spicy after adding spicy food (I use the spicy taste of Hong Kong people as a definition, you can refer to it) It’s called Spicy Beef Noodles and Beef Hot and Sour Noodles. These two dishes are made from beef. Most of the beef noodles I’ve eaten in Birmingham or Manchester City before are made from beef brisket or beef slices, so this dish uses beef. The department is quite disappointed. The soup bases of these two noodles basically have no taste. There are no levels of spiciness. I can smell the sesame oil smell but agree that it is just spicy oil. The chili pepper flavor is also relatively weak. The soup base is light, so it becomes a noodle soup. The layers don’t stand out at all, so it’s called spicy. The spicy beef noodle ramen has a nice chewy texture and a moderate portion. The portions of beef and hot and sour noodles and potato noodles are quite large. Basically, the girl's food can be divided into two bowls. You may not be satisfied if you want to taste the authentic Sichuan spicy taste. I guess the chef was kind enough to see that the owner had not set up the table and put two paper towels back for us. If I were to rate the food purely, I would only give it two stars⭐️⭐️

The service was good and the portions big. I would recommend ordering Chinese food not Japanese and Thai like we did. The green curry was large but was a Chinese curry with no coconut milk instead glistening with MSG and poor quality chicken (lots of it) rubbery with gristle and skin. The rice wasn’t jasmine. Teriyaki chicken tasted ok as grilled, very large, but a pile of iceberg lettuce covered in mayonnaise on the side was unappetizing. Huge sized food, good value for money, customers and staff speaking Mandarin seemed to have ordered better than us. Very disappointing as followed the reviews on here.

The teriyaki chicken is one of the worst I tasted. Rice is soaked by the sauce and it is way too salty. The chicken is bland and dry.

Amazing quality food! The price tag was pretty cheap considering the amount of food that was served. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly too!

The actual ingredients of the black bean chicken dish was very nice and the sauce was delicious but the actual chicken had this underlying taste that wasn’t so nice :/ maybe try fresh chicken if it’s frozen for too long. Portions are really good though!

Although their name is BrisNoodles, their noodle bowls taste terrible. But they have many delicious authentic Chinese dishes.

I had spicy beef noodle soup and the missus had vegetable and tofu pho. Mine was brilliant - full of flavour, with delicious slow cooked beef, and the was plenty of it too, very generous portions. The missus's was very fresh tasting with tons of veg. I'm knocking a star off because it had a little chunk of meat in it - the missus is a vegetarian so this is pretty bad. CASH ONLY! We had to walk to a nearby garage to withdraw some.

Been several times, the food is always good, the dry pot （干锅）was very tasty and more than enough food for 2 people although a bit spicy. The cumin lamb is excellent however only 4 stars as we have had to wait a long time for our food every time we have visited.

Wonderful atmosphere, really tasty food, and the loveliest staff - we lost something belonging to my son there a few weeks ago and hadn't realised. As soon as we arrived, it was returned to us with a beaming smile. A lovely extra surprise.

Service was very slow, but food was pretty good (noodle soup not quite as good as Great Chongqing just down the road). I would definitely recommend the bubble tea.

Fantastic authentic noodle place. Will definitely come here again, really good pricing for some of the best ramen I've had. Believe they've got seating upstairs as well, so good amount of space. Better than Wagas any day.

First time at this restaurant. Most dishes are around between £8.50 - £10.50. The food is freshly cooked. The smells and flavours are amazing. Came away from the restaurant feeling full up and satisfied. If only all restaurants were like this. Will definitely visit again. Awesome place.

First visit. My 9yr old fancied noodles after her hospital visit. The actual restaurant is nothing special to look at. The Food was incredible. The flavours were out of this world. Service was quick. The portions were large. Will definitely be going back.

Nice place, giant portions, they have food similar to chilli daddy that used to be on St Michael's Hill, but regretfully was closed. Price tag for noodle pots is around 7£,which is pretty decent. Will come here again.
