Awful customer care. Order never arrived phoned them to complain it hadn't arrived and was told its not their problem the food hadn't been delivered and it was down to me to contact Uber and complain to them. Will never order from their again.

...don't go for a sit down (dine-in) meal on a wednesday evening - as apparently they only do take-aways (wish we'd know that before setting off out) ...don't know which days they let you have a sit down meal or what the food was like as we walked out and went somewhere else that did allow dine-in

ORDERED £60 worth of food for us and neighbours 4 of us intotal all 4 of us have been up all night with food poisoning. Being sick and un-pleasant toilets . My personal opinion i will never order from their again its over priced for one to be getting ill like that off their food is just mind blowing .

Love this place - best Chinese takeaway! Order from the chef’s specials for some delicious authentic food, up there with my favourite London Chinese restaurants! Beef ho fun, belly pork and beef stew are incredible dishes!

This place is just amazing, never disappointed NEVER. Counter staff are always friendly & polite & will always help with suggestions if you want something new to try. I asked what Dumplings apparently ALWAYS PORK, 😁 they were tasty, let me tell you. Food is usually ready within 20 minute's but they do get awfully busy, so call your order through save you some time.

ZERO stars for these THIEVES. They messed up my order then didn’t even have the decency to replace it. Called up to inform them I’ll be coming to collect it and spoke to this rude woman who couldn’t care less and was clearly just trying to get me off the phone. But of course they were happy to collect the money weren’t they? Ridiculous. Won’t be purchasing from here again and no one else should either.

This was the food that I received today and is not fair after I spent £50 on my order.

I haven’t tried a lot dishes from Dragon & Phoenix but chicken fried noodles is my all time favourite. Great test on Reasonable price. Guy is very polite.

Was excited to try this place out but was disappointed. The chow mein tasted like charcoal, perhaps because it was burnt. Spring rolls were good, but on the expensive side compared to most Chinese takeouts

I don’t even know where to start…Singapore Ho Fun is so damn delicious that I would want to carry it with me to my grave when I die, lol. The Special Fried Rice is so scrumptious. I feel like this restaurant was invaded by aliens because the food and customer service are so out of this world! Please try Dragon and Phoenix, you will never be disappointed!

First time I’ve ordered from here and it was great, good customer service from the man taking my order over the phone and delivery man was friendly. Can’t fault food or the restaurant it was lovely!

Not very good; About on par with other local options, unfortunately sichuan chicken had no sichuan taste to speak of, and many dishes are a vague soupy consistency, desperately needs spicy options. Needlessly expensive cost of rice. Please get higher quality ingredients if you charge more than the usual neighborhood offerings.

Delicious food and lovely container with a very generous portion!! Hight standard new menu the food is not greesy or heavy either. Best chinese food I have ordered in a long time and this was my first time here. Cannot wait to go to the restaurant when will ope n again. The guy that take the orders is very kind and professional. Strongly advise this place.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area with the most competitive price. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Recommend the ho fun, shredded crispy beef, any duck dish, the large spring rolls and you can't beat a sweet and sour.

I think they r under new management as it taste different from before. The service is better, however the chicken fried rice I bought for the kids had lots of sharp bone inside. Very dangerous

Seems like they just reopened under new management having been closed the last few months. Food was delicious and very reasonable price. Our new go to takeaway for lockdown it seems!

Good food and beer , good value .

The chicken chow mein is by far the best I’ve ever had! A lot of items on the menu are great and at a reasonable price! However, wouldn’t rate the chicken balls too much as it just seemed really doughy there seemed hardly any chicken inside of them. But apart from that highly recommend this place!

My go-to Chinese takeout place in Charlton area. Food is okay, didn’t expect much and didn’t disappoint! It’s not very authentic but the flavors are okay. So I keep coming back when I feel like having Chinese food, I always order beef and tomato and chicken sweet corn soup. Recommend these two dishes.

Sometimes the food just feels bland, but sometimes it good. Its a hit and miss type of takeaway restaurant. The menu range is good but most curry items taste similar to each other. Theres also a 50p charge for card payment under £10 and delivery is free for order above £15.

The prices range is reasonable. The delivery is quick. The customer service is not the best. The quality of food is excellent.

Food had good flavours, but the plates was so cold it was as if they had been bought in from outside! So the food went cold within 4-5 mins n ruined the meal as well as the place being cold with no heating on so sat shivering with no customer interaction at all.. thoroughly disappointed in the the whole experience! Lucky to get the 3stars!!!

No está mal. Una buena sopa agridulce y una carne fresca y sabrosa con jengibre y cebolla de primavera para seguir. Se vuelve popular cuando los Addicks están jugando en un fin de semana. Mejor que el Phoenix en Sidmouth que también he revisado por un margen considerable.

Lovely service, the lady is a well organise person that can deal with takeaway's and sitdown meals so calmly and delivers at a perfect time. My wife and myself can't recommend this restaurant so strongly we have never been let down with sitdown meals and takeaway meals good on the person that deals with all this . The food to us is great we never been disappointed .

Myself and daughter stopped by had sit down sweet n sour with egg fried rice. It was clean, pleasant enough, licenced too. The rice portion was quite large probably would do 2 people. Busy with take away trade, reasonably priced.

Pretty decent. Visited for an evening game at Charlton Athletic. Chips and Satay Skewers were well cooked and tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices reasonable. Wish they did salt and chilli chips though.

Yo estaba muy contento de que la calidad de la comida era extraordinaria y el tiempo de entrega fue muy rápido. Por la cantidad y calidad de la comida que yo diría que es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Recomiendo encarecidamente el chili fritos de calamar. Estaba fuera de crujientes y tiernas por dentro! !

Habiendo probado 3 restaurantes chinos de la zona, éste tiene la mejor comida de lejos. En raras ocasiones la comida no es tan buena en viernes o sábados por la noche (no sé por qué), pero en general se sabe muy bien y el personal es muy amable y educado. Los precios han subido un poco demasiado para mi gusto, pero todavía se usan este lugar cuando quiera llevar un chino.

occasionally use the dragon and phoenix as they are walking distance from where i live. Food is generally good, on the odd occasion we have had to return as food had been reheated or was tough and difficult to enjoy.
