I would recommend you to go and try a little bit of everything and you can get to know what tastes good for you. I tried most of their food, now i know what to eat when i go next time.

We had been there so many times and I can say it's good for everyone even my children really liked this place.

Pretty much a school canteen vibe. Tables very close together. Very loud. Food average. Needs a major deep clean and staff cleaning around stations regularly. Chicken nuggets looked a bit pink. Not great sorry

Very Good value ..went with a large group of children and appreciated the discount for under 10's, and also a good choice of live stations with items such as Dosa, pasta etc being made to order / fresh. With it being a buffet and price point the staff are attentive and friendly (it wasn't so busy when i visited so I don't know about service standard during busy periods). The space and management was also well organised.

The food was delicious,with good range of different items. Atiya was our waitress, she gave us fantastic service. Staff were so helpful and attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Some dishes were good and a few not up to the mark. Please get the recipe for sambar correct - it tasted sweet tamarind water with veggies. Aloo masala lacked salt n taste. Paneer tikka was ok but lacked a bit of touch in spice. Naan was ok. Many dishes lacked the taste.

I had a dinner date with my friends at Jimmy’s, we really enjoyed it and food was really good and staff was friendly.

This is an All you can eat restaurant and with a good spread. The live kitchen is terrific and the staff were very friendly. The lunch was for 23 pounds on a weekend. it is 15 pounds during weekdays and would be a steal.

Worst world buffet I’ve been in! Lunch time lack of food, most was cold even tho taken from the hot pan,only one type of Asian noodles. Staff were unpleasant. Only good side of it, it’s the least expensive I’ve been to.

We were a big group and both Sheela and Sushila were great servers and attended to our needs. Food was delicious as well.

Food was at a very low quality, myself and my friend felt so ill after, started to thrown up after an hour and we barely ate anything . Anything we ate was cold and didn't taste great .The dessert station barely had anything. No fruits, cakes dry. The only think I felt was nice was the ice cream. This place was one of my fave places at the O2 but I hadn't been in years .. as we where in town we decided to go. I think its had a change in management. It just didn't feel or look clean. Food was of a bad standard. the food station smelled of eggs, wasn't clean. I will definitely never go again. Much better budget freindly buffet resturant that cost less and lots more variety at higher quality out there . Very disappointed

This place was very nice looking and clean as soon as you come into the restraunt you are greeted with kind staff who guides you by getting you a table to sit at and giving you a menu to show what type of food there are at JIMMYS .

Have visited here a number of times, the main reason is, obviously a great variety of different cuisines to choose from, but it's all halal. Great for fussy eaters, like my kids. Food being made in front of you from, steaks to naan, Dosa to noodles. They always have it topped up, I would only say maybe dessert can be upgraded a bit, otherwise a defo place to try halal buffet.

Food is not worth for the price.

The waiter called Mrs Sheela was so polite and her hospitality was amazing, the food was delicious and it's worth the cost you paid.

If you are looking for a full of apatite meal then you must go for this. Here you will lot of options like Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Pakistani and all. There are certain items that are very good (Lamb Curry, Lamb Kabab, ChickenWings, Pizza, Pakoda, prawns, peri peri chicken ), and there are some o would say average. Overall, with that price, it's a worth visit.

Great buffet from just about every corner of the globe the staff are attentive we were looked after by Natalie she was fantastic looking after our every need.

Cold food, staff were dull.. just the one of the waiter was kind and nice, the staff in the noodles and pasta area were really unpleasant… moody… never come back again …

The place looks fancy and inviting. BUT the food is disappointing and disgusting most of the food was undercooked or overcooked and had no taste at all. There was more Indian foods then any other cuisine. Barley any dessert options. And also make sure that you bring a body spray or a perfume because after you leave the place u will smell like you been to a cookout 🥲

Customers are picking foods with their barehands. When I gave feedback to one of the staff member that they should not allow customers do this as it is definitely not a good food hygiene practice and the answer I got was that it is because it is Indian’s people way of eating. Please note I did not say any nationality but it was the staff who mentioned the nationality and so I replied that Jimmys restaurant isn’t an Indian restaurant and that others should be considered too. It’s really disgusting view and makes you not want to even try the food. I ended up eating just the pizzas and a bit of dry recipes. Sauces are looking so messy and mixed up too as again customers are walking with their plates and eating with their bare hands at the same time. Very disappointing experience for our group

The food is good but some of the workers are rude and they made me pay first when you normally pay after and I think it has something to me wearing a Nike tech and me being black so they thought I was gonna dine and dash but that my opinion anyways

All the staff are Amazing. I tried the Pasta fusilli with bolognese sauce really good. If i can give a tips they should give more option in the japanese food. All the rest really good. The waiters also a stars, Always ready to clear.

Big group of Somalians with loads of children. 2 screaming children, about 10 of their children were running around the restaurant and touching the food with their hands. Staff asked them to be quiet, but was totally ignored. Complained to manager and he was extremely rude!!

Jimmy's, at the O2, is an all you can eat buffet style restaurant with self-service. They serve a range of cuisines featuring, Mexican dishes, Chinese noodles and stir fry, sushi, steak (only one per person), pizza and pasta dishes, a variety of Pakistani and indian dishes, Thai curries and roast dinners. Fresh naan is made while you wait. Sundries, starters, salads and sauces. It has become my favourite restaurant, however I live quite far to go as often as I'd like to. Now, for desserts , they have a variety of cakes and cheese cakes, trifle, gulab jamon, a chocolate fountain with extras and an ice cream machine. I personally recommend the steak, the lamb rojen josh with fresh naan, which was so succulent and melted in your mouth, and noodles. £23 per adult (drinks not included).

I'm struggling. I had a very poor experience here. I had high hopes, due to location. How very disappointing. Firstly when entering, I noticed how cold the restaurant was. I thought it was because the restaurant had not long been open,,, BUT,, when I sat down I could feel cold air blowing on me, probably from aircon. I asked a member of staff if the aircon could be turned off, I was told the 'climate control' was set to the same temperature every day and was fixed at that setting, and he said "it's not cold". Trust me it was, he obliviously climatized to the temperature... So not a good start. I paid for the buffet, got myself a plate (cold may I add) and decided to go with food from one country at a time. (Chinese, Indian, Mexican etc) OK,, right,,,, Rather than keep going into all the details I will just explain my experience in total. No matter what food I chose, it was 90% cold, some food was lukewarm at best. But it's kind of expected because the restaurant was so cold. But then again, that's no excuse,, , seriously very poor. I can tell you one good thing, even though the meat was cold it was very nice. (except the lamb. Yuck.. Don't touch) The sauces were very watery, very tasteless. Actually some of the sauces had no flavour at all. It looked like the meat was sat in dish water. (tasted like it too). Look.... I may have been unlucky, it may have been a bad day at the office for the kitchen staff. But then, yet again that's another poor excuse,, where is the chef???, should he/she not be doing a quality check before the food leaves the kitchen? Should he/she not be doing a quality check of the food in the buffet area on a regular basis? Should anyone be doing a quality check? Maybe just a temperature check on the food? I am no chef right, but I own a 'No Contact' infrared digital thermometer (£15) and a digital meat thermometer for my bbq (£15) - I don't want to give my guests food poisoning. (Shame the staff a Jimmy's don't apply the same basics.). Well the above is my honest opinion. The feeling I have about this restaurant is very low. The restaurant reminds me of a version of the popular Cosmos/Spoons chain, but far far worse. I've actually been in other buffet type restaurants in Tenerife and paid €9.99 eat all you can. And the food was way way better. If any member at Jimmy's is reading this, please sort yourselves out..... Please....

Me and my friends visited this place for a bday celebration. The place is quite big. There are plenty of items to try from. But almost all taste same. I tried many of them but it is just a waste of money. For example the prawns were not cleaned properly and had their guts and waste on. It was pathetic. Don’t waste your money here. I have tried other buffets as well but this was pathetic.

Went to Jimmy's 20/08/24 after a long time of not visiting there. Last time I couldn't fault it but what has happened???. The food served there now is something I would expect from a poor 2* all inclusive holiday. The chicken tikka masala seemed like it was sauce from the cheapest corner shop. The sushi was nice as long as you pour enough soy sauce on them to take away the taste. The Mongolian prawns still has the prawn poo along the back which meant more than peeling more dissecting. Sorry Jimmy's won't be going there ever again.

Was so happy with this restaurant plenty of food to choose from, the service was great and staff were really attentive. Overall loved it here and would definitely come again. The Buffet was so nice but I have to say the Ice cream was amazing! X

The whole time was very good, food was amazing although the service was pretty mediocre. However the thing that really ruined this for me was when I was shown the bill, the server changed the table number and charged me double for another table’s meal. He server didn’t show me the payment machine until I questioned it then continued to argue with me about the bill. Then was finally refunded after 5 minutes Will not be going back to jimmies at the O2 arena anytime aoon

Leaving 2 starts since I liked the customer service however the food was okayish not good not bad. There are hardly any good options, just few curry and two or three rice options. For the value, you don't get it's worth. The only thing i liked is the customer service. However it's better you spend it somewhere else like GDK, Chopstix or Chipotle where you can get your moneys worth

Very disappointed. Chose to come here as looked like a variety of choices online. Came here to have over 50% Indian style cuisine. What was in the buffet was borderline cold to Luke warm with food that tasted days old. Minimal dessert selection and also cocktails at £ 20 jug that tast like Robinsons juice. Do not recommend at all.

Dull and mediocre, cardboard like. Has anyone seen an episode of Laurel and Hardy, where Hardy forces Laurel to eat his hat with salt and pepper. That's what you'll get ... Cardboard. Also the place is old and dated.

If you're going in a group I would definitely recommend booking in advanced because this place fills up really quickly and there's a lot of people However food was well cooked and there was a good variety range of mains and desserts and the chefs cooking the steaks were polite and cooked really quickly but also easy to point out any allergies and if it's halal friendly all that kind of thing Food cuisines were based off Indian Italian Mexican and American/British

I have to say, when it comes to the food, it was a bit disappointing. Although the menu claimed to offer world cuisine, there wasn't much variety to choose from. The tastes of the dishes were a miss for me, with some being overly salty. They all tastes the same. It's clear that some items were bought in bulk from Costco.

I recently visited this establishment and spent over £150, expecting a high level of service. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, especially the manager Amit and Nat, were incredibly rude and dismissive. Their unprofessional behavior significantly tarnished my experience. Despite having food on my plate, I was rudely asked to leave, which was shocking and unacceptable. I have dined at many restaurants in London, but this was by far my worst experience ever. I believe that as customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when spending a considerable amount of money. Overall, the lack of customer service and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made for a very unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar incidents in the future

Hello foodies! Are you hungry and can not decide what to eat?! Or taste different cuisine, but not sure, what you can try?! Well, then this place will save your money, as well as allow you to taste anything you wish! And trust me, when I say this, I mean the everything about this place has a good vibe, I was surprise to eat quite a amount of food, but it was worth it! Also, do try the Indian as well as Chinese cuisine and if you're thinking of going on date, then bring them here and you'll thank me later. 🤩 Till then, take care. P.S.: I have been to this place for endless time now and I must say, the biryani which they added to their menu is yumm! but they serve it only during lunch ig, never saw in the dinner menu

So put off other foods and it’s been 6 hours never going back food is bad service is bad atmosphere is bad don’t waste your time.

Very nice place, wide variety of food, I am surprised since it has only 3.6 stars but it is really 4.5 from my experience! The food was tasty, fresh, hot. I loved the noodle bar so much too! Would love to go back there! The only con is that it is a bit hot inside!

Best Budget friendly buffet in London. There are plenty of options to choose from. The service was ok but lacked a bit of enthusiasm. The creamy chicken and chicken tikka was the best. The choice of dessert was less and the carrot cake was the weakest in the entire menu. The sunrise pitcher was good but felt more like a packaged drink.

Terrible experience... The atmosphere was sketchy and the service was mediocre. The food was bad... very bad... The restaurant calls itself an "Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican" food restaurant but it is merely a cheap and questionable Indian restaurant with frozen pizzas. I do not advise any reasonable person who expects to eat well to go there: it is quite an experience though... The self-service platters were dirty and the deserts were dry and plain. Had one of the worst buffet. I know we cannot expect the best taste in a budget friendly buffet, but what is the point if all the food are tasteless. My question is why wasting this amount of food by preparing it soon tasteless. The paneer and steak was literally like a rubber sheet.Never again going to visit .One of the worst n the l Tasteless food ever ever had. Only good thing was the service provided by the staff.

3 stars only for the price, as usually the buffets are more expensive these days, but unfortunately taste and quality of food very poor, mostly chicken or random staff. No many desserts

I recently dined at Jimmy’s The O2, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet featured an incredible variety of dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience was superb, with elegant decor creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hospitality was top-notch, and a special shoutout goes to Miss Sushila for her warm welcome and excellent service. Her attentiveness made our visit truly memorable. Overall, Jimmy’s offers fantastic food, a wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

visited jimmys today , spent a total of £50 for 2 people and only stayed for 20 minutes. our food was cold chicken was chewy felt like i was eating a used plaster there was absolutely no flavour in anything we ate , so we got up and left
