Fraudster high five sub of the day incorrectly billed! Staff extremely unfriendly. Never, never again! The chain will never be visited again!

The food was just as usual, but the service wasn't still 3 stars

Employee says coupons only work in paper format and not digitally, just bad, honest, very bad service

Unfortunately you can't get the food in the picture.

We paid over €9 for a poorly topped baguette. The bun was extremely wobbly and soft, as if it hadn't come out of the oven at the right time. Then the employee carelessly cut it open or plucked it out. The baguette was already completely broken and ugly. We had to eat it in the store because the baguette completely fell apart. A complete mess to eat. Luckily the soap in the toilet was also empty. Never again Subway! 2-3 hours later we all had severe stomach pains.

The girl who served today (02.02.2025 around 5pm) was super duper kind and friendly. Kudos to her and she deserves to be recognized for her service!

Went to Subway this week and it was a real disappointment. The shop was pretty dirty, crumbs everywhere and smeared tables. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and wasn't exactly friendly. My sandwich was carelessly cobbled together – the bread was dry, the meat was cold. There was also a long wait, even though there were hardly any guests there. For the prices I definitely expect better quality. I'll think twice about going here again in the future

I can't recommend this subway because it is slow and I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a Footlong Nacho Box with only cheese and got jalapenos and sauce on it. In the subway in Wetzlar it's faster and you get what you order

Ridiculously bad!! Coupons don't work, even though they state that you can purchase them at the location. Quality isn't right either! It's better to go to the subway on Frankfurter Strasse!

I went today evening for the first time to subway and i ordered a sandwich and it was really delicious, the worker was really nett and patient because i didnt know the sauces and kind of breads. I will definitely go ther more often. The toilet needs more care though.

I have been working in the catering industry for 15 years, so I expect at least a basic standard of service and quality from a restaurant. Unfortunately, my visit to this Subway branch was a big disappointment. The staff was extremely slow, seemed listless and had no enthusiasm for their work. No “bon appetit”, no smile, nothing. Everyone seemed as if they were rehearsing work for the first time today. The new “Footlong Dippers” option was also disappointing. Apparently they weren't left in the oven long enough so the tortilla tasted like raw dough. That doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store in this condition. There is an urgent need to catch up in terms of service and preparation quality.

Ordered: 2 sandwiches, one mini fries, 1 drink. Apart from us only 1 other guest. 15 minutes later: supposedly finished. But the fries were forgotten! The person preparing the food seemed in a bad mood, was incredibly distracted and slow. The warm sandwich wasn't really warm, and neither were the fries. The portion size is completely ridiculous. 20 € for a snack that would hardly have fed anyone.

At 7:45 p.m. I wanted to eat there, it was open until 8 p.m., I was told they were already closed, that can't be true

I would give absolutely no stars here 14 euros for a burnt sub I asked to make a new one because the bread wasn't eaten. The employee refused, saying I had received the most beautiful bread. I went to the other subway in town and they said that the bread was old and burnt I'll never enter this store again

I would recommend the great food

Does not fully participate in the reward program from the Subway app. If you want to use vouchers, you have to pre-order in the app. You can't redeem it spontaneously in a restaurant, although you could basically set it up for collection in the cash register, but the button was grayed out (I was actually allowed to take a look at the cash register display). Absolute impudence, artificial harassment and making fun of the customer. Until something changes here, I won't go there anymore!

I was there yesterday and I think the food is actually quite good, but the problem is that the employees are really disrespectful and hectic. They should change something and maybe clean the tables more often. There were crumbs almost everywhere.

I was eating there 20 minutes ago today, the food was really disgusting and there was a hair on it from a female person🤮. The tables were dirty and there were crumbs there and let's not even talk about the employees, they were so hectic and aggressive. It was my first time there and it will be the last time. Oh God, I almost forgot about the loud music, unbelievable !

The food wasn't warmed up properly, I was there at 3:00-3:40 p.m., the music was really loud like a disco, you come to eat outside to relax but there was no peace at all, really restless and unfriendly, the employees are really at home there, they do what they want 😅. I've been here many times but this was the last time

The shop is 1000 times better than Frankfurter Str subway. If the bread is old and has green stains, you can also get poisoning. I recommend everyone to get their sandwich from Petersberg or Bahnhofstr 👍

Drinks were not refilled, baguettes were not filled as offered (tortillas were missing). The price is insane. Was definitely my last visit.

Bad service, the waitress sits in the restaurant and eats and says there is nothing! But that didn't look like a staff meeting to me; in my company, staff meetings don't take place in public. The restaurant was open and accessible to everyone. The statements look fake to me.

3rd time horrible experience. Probably the worst subway outlet to eat. The workers are very rude and impolite. We usually eat subway regularly but today, he was literally throwing veggies in the bread to finish it quicker. The sauces were spilling everywhere on the paper, did not give us time to tell which sauces we want. Wrapped the subway, starting looking into their phones. We politely told them that they should make it a little slower so that we could at least explain the veggies and sauces. He didn’t care about the feedback. Nicht zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Der Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke spielt über die Anlage seine Musik von Amazon Music in der jedes 3.Wort entweder das N-Wort, F-Wort oder etwas sexistisches ist. So nicht zu empfehlen. Man sollte sich schämen.

Subway halt. Lecker aber mittlerweile sehr teuer. Daher nur Sterne. Das Personal war aber sehr gut.

Angenehmes Ambiente, ruhig in ansich belebter Lauflage in Fulda und sauber im Gastraum. Die Speisen kennt man ja allenthalben ...

Nach wirklich langer langer Zeit ging ich mal wieder zu Subway und zum ersten mal in den an der Bahnhofstraße. Da Ich mich nicht entscheiden konnte, meinte ich man solle mich überraschen. Okay gesagt, getan die Verkäuferin (Julia) machte mir ein Sub wovon ich gleich 2 hätte Essen können. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen bei solch freundlichem Service.

An sich ein guter Subway, richtig viel Belag und ordentlich Soße - gut zubereitet. Lokal ist auch sauber aber die unangenehm laute „Dönerbuden Musik“ machte den Aufenthalt kürzer als erwartet.

Essen: ok, etwas unter dem Durchschnitt anderer Subway-Filialen. Service: Personal ist planlos und unaufmerksam. Ambiente: schmucklos, nüchtern. Von außen unauffällig und leicht zu übersehen.

Standard normaler Subway mitten in der City. Sauber, alles in Ordnung.

Mega schlecht, absolut unfreundliches Personal nicht lohnenswert Habe nach Ketchup und mayo als soße gefragt, entgegnet wurde mir mit: "Ketchup und mayo haben wir nicht, abgesehen davon wer mit gutem Geschmack will sowas auf nen sub?!" Auf meine Frage was das solle hat er sich angegriffen gefühlt. Pathetic.. Sorry aber da hat jemand nicht gelernt, mit Kunden zu reden. 😉

Nettes Personal, sauber, gutes Essen, gute Lage in der Fußgängerzone, Sitzmlglichkeiten drinnen und draußen

!Sonntags geschlossen! Abweichend der, vom Betreiber bereitgestellten Infos ist das subway Sonntags geschlossen. Ein entsprechender Änderubgsantrag würde seitens Google abgelehnt, deswegen möchte Ich Sie hier darauf hinweisen. An allen anderen Wochentagen erwartet Sie allerdings ein Sauberes Lokal und sehr nettes Personal. Ein vor Ort Essen ist aktuell aber nicht möglich

Einfach nur top. Es wurde bei nichts an den zutaten gegeizt und es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und umgesetzt. Personal war freundlich und es war alles sauber 👌

Freundliches Personal und gut gemacht subs

Personal unnormal nett und freundlich. Konnte uns perfekt beraten, auch bei etwas schwierigeren Angelegenheiten. Perfekte Menge an Zutaten für den Sub. Nichts ist aufgeweicht oder hat zu trocken geschmeckt. P.S. die Trüffelsoße muss man unbedingt probieren!

Es schmeckt zwar echt gut aber die Bestellung ist die reinste Katastrophen. Und wegen den Masken versteht man halt echt nicht viel und man muss immer noch mal nach fragen was sie jetzt noch mal von dir jetzt wollten. Purer Stress ! Aber am Ende lohnt es sich trotzdem :)

Subway beste geht schnell und hat kompetentes Personal.

Wurde diesmal aber wirklich Positiv überrascht! Ich gehe aktuell gerne zu Subway, Attraktives Punkte System, Gute Auswahl und angenehme Preise. Aber hier hat das gestimmt was in dem meisten Subway's eher durchschnittlich ist und zwar die Bedienung/Service der Mitarbeiter von dem wir bedient wurden war so Nett und zuvorkommend das ich den laden Lächelnd verlassen durfte, klar wegen Corona war drinnen essen nicht möglich aber keine 5m entfernt sind zum Glück einige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Vom rest her Konnte auch überzeugt werden, die Sandwiches waren gut Belegt und haben super geschmeckt, der laden gehört also wirklich zu den besseren der Kette und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Weiter so Subway!

Große Auswahl, schmeckt super. Man kann nach Bedarf auch Vegan oder Vegetarisch. In Zeiten von Corona natürlich keine Sitzplätze im Geschäft, sonst schon. Verpackung ohne Plastik.
