It was awful they forgot my drinks and the saveloy was a mess the pie was cold inside

pies were nearly cold had to heat them up in microwave chips were awful and bitty will not order from these people again

Completely messed up order, wrong items & missing items! Tried to call them & got no answer! 100% not ordering here again

Just wish food would turn up hotter

Pie was freezing cold like it had just come out of the fridge, ordered a battered sausage but received a savoly, place has gone down hill.

Food never came when phoned shop they said it’s not there problem they only cook it and give it to the courier. Phone just eat it’s their problem. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Great tasting food but tells you it’s time to collect and then still waiting for 30 minutes in the shop to actually cook it, only ordered 2 large chips to go with my food that I’d already cooked, by the time I got the chips the food I’d already cooked was stone cold, first time I thought it was just a busy night but twice they’ve done it now, shocking wait times

No idea what’s happened but this place is not the same as it used to be. Since it opened as a new place with the same name and address but a different picture. Bad taste, rubbery, cold.

The chips where all brown and the food was cold we all had stomachache won't be ordering there again

Ordered 5.30pm for 6.15pm food arrived 7.45pm no call and no way of calling them. Food arrived cold with no opology

food was ok but chip didn't really have that fish and chips shop or a fresh potato flavour, it tasted a bit too fast food like macdonalds fries. Just giving my honest opinion. I think chips should be the star of a fish and chips shop considering they pairs with almost all the meals.

Not mentioning they would not refund or apologise..Second time when I try to order from them, second time when I've had a bad experience. I would not recommend!

Doner kebab meat horrible taste stale. No tomato in salad . Chip covered in salt. If I want salt I will put it on myself. Won’t be ordering any more.

Sausages disgusting, asked for salt and vinegar and there was none on there, asked for sauces and none on there

Such a shame, ordered a second time to give it a second chance and still disappointed. Ordered six wings meal and only sent 3 wings and no drink yet charged full price still. No option to chose the drinks you want with your meals and more section ignored. Won’t be ordering again

Hall uni was cold and the pie was cold it’s normally good when ordering from here but not tonight and the chicken burger was burnt

Please do not order from here if you want that classic fish and chips feeling. The fish was clearly the frozen kind from Iceland and the batter was gram flour (pakora) based - tasteless. The chips were not cooked properly too, such a waste of money.

Just ordered via just eat and can only say it is such a shame that the food was so bad. Our delivery time kept being put back and we had to call and chase up because our kids were hungry. The food arrived much later and the kebab was burned meat, barely any salad and a dry pitta. The chips were at least a day old as they were like rubber. We used to order cod bites when this store first established and they were lovely, not sure whether it’s management or owner change but it is nothing like it was. Won’t be ordering from here again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

The whole order had to be binned. Yesterdays chips and rock hard Donna meat. Savaloys were tasteless and stone cold. Such a shame. I unfortunately will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here for a couple years, I understand pricing goes up etc but removing the reward system and charging delivery is just not on. Plus now the sauce pots are the price as before but the size of the pot x2 smaller than before all portions have gotten smaller.

No idea what happened, lost all stamp card points as this is a “new” place. Same name and menu, different photo and higher delivery. Chips not cooked, batter soggy, mushy peas fridge cold. Shame as it was by far the best in Lewisham, not anymore

Haddock and chips superb tho chips were a bit on the thin side.👍

Get on very well with the owner an honest owner even if he has messed up. Reviews read bear in mind staff are human and are also allowed to make a mistake. Overall my favourite chippy 👍

Ordered food part of order was missing waited half an hour nothing turned up will never use this place again. having used this place for 12 months I would never use it again and I waited over half an hour. This review is fair and based on the service or lack of it I received. Just confirm nothing was ever refunded so if you like short deliveries and a complete lack of customer service and no refunds this is the place for you.

Probably the best chippy in my area, have only been let down once when they sent me a saveloy which seemed old and was very tough. Usually amazing though

The food is amazing. Can’t wait to order again. They have a great variety and the fish is so fresh. The food is good quality and good value for money. I just wish you were open at lunch time. I’ll be back soon though !x

Freshly cooked food, very welcoming a decent fish and chippy

Half cold half hot put them on stop if not in food keep hot window then they go to pot and everything is as fresh as when it came out the fridge or freezer nice but hmmmm

Prices are ridiculously over priced. Small portions, food isn't even that good . Not worth the money, will never return!!!
