Shocking customer experience. Lady on the counter is so rude. Ordered a delivery one hour ago and she cancelled it without communicating. Called three times and was hung up on every time. The lady on the counter shouted in my face. Told me the manger was a man but when I arrived it was a woman who refused to talk to me and hid out the back. I asked for her name which she refused and when I viewed the hygiene certificate she turned it around, however Winnie woo is the name stated on the certificate which she felt to hide as you can see in the picture. Disgusting customer service and appalling to think it’s acceptable to cancel an order after an hour without communicating and shouting in the customers face. No apology. Shame on them.

One of the most popular takeaways in the area, Double Happy is a great Chinese, with friendly staff and amazing food. I am ALLWAYS happy when the food comes, although be prepared to wait an hour at least at busy times - it is only because they are so popular! And free chicken wings or spring rolls, plus free prawn crackers! That really is double happy!! :)

Amazing Chinese food! Absolutely love it! Salt and Chilli Prawns... yumbo jumbo. We always go here, live around the corner it's the best in the Midlands.

Forecast waiting time 25 mins in reality 1-30... rubbish service , get another chief...And don't fabricate waiting time,Not happy ..never again

Superb quality food and there was a lot of it , our first time using this takeaway and we will be using it again...5☆

Staying nearby in Kingswinford, opted to try the local Chinese takeaway Double Happy on Charterfield Drive. Ordered Duck in sauce with Fried Rice with the coughing girl on the front desk. Only when i got back to the hotel when i checked the receipt did i find that they charged for extras without my permission and without asking - not good customer service. Given that payment is only in cash, no comeback against them. Food was very average - cooked to a budget to say the least. Definitely a takeaway i won't be using again!
