Awful place, my parter ordered food at 8:00pm on Just eat and didn’t recieve until 11pm. He recieved one update to say it was delayed by an hour which does warrant for the remaining 2 hours that went by! When I called up they didn’t answer the first call and then I called again finally got through and the lady was extremely quick to speak to me as if she was rushing me off of the phone, no refund offered for the inconvenience. Just a rude response and 3 hour wait. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!

frozen donut that is the first. we have ordered desserts from everywhere but I'm sorry to say this is a massive dissapointment. if your going to be late atleast make it worth the wait. Blue lagoon taste like mouth wash. cheesecake was okay

Waffles were cold and not fresh like they were not cooked today

Donuts used to be fried, fluffy and delicious. Now they are baked, chewy and bland. So disappointing.

There should be an option “never” for how late my order was delivered and contact number doesn’t even work

3 ice blasts and a mint mojito mocktail that turned out to be lemonade. Would order the Blasts again though

First time ordering the red velvet cake is actually a cheesecake if I’d of known I wouldn’t have ordered it. Donutmadness was a rock hard stale donut covered in whipped cream with just turned into a creamy mess went in the bin and all forks provided broke which my daughter almost swallowed. Drinks were nice. And cookie dough was ok but stuck completely to the paper

very nice foods as aways some times take time to get delivery but worth for waiting to get quality food as always. very nice so soft not oily donut. my children love it sooo much

Wow, where do I begin with how bad this experience was? First of all, they deliver over an hour later than they should have. And then when it arrives, it’s an absolute mess. No care given over how the takeaway was handled. Bag was dripping with melted ice cream. So I’ll be sure to send a cleaning bill along with a complaint about how rubbish this was. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you have been warned

Really enjoyed the cookie dough and donuts! Really, really nice food!! Highly recommend giving them a try! I'll be back ordering again for sure! Great deserts for a very reasonable price.

I booked the food for 6.30pm for my son's birthday get-together and it turned up at 7.30pm. I tried ringing several times to ask about my order and just kept getting an answer machine to leave a message, which I left 3 and no one got back to me! The time it arrived was very disappointing! Pudding however, was very nice.

Disappointed!! You have changed the way you make your milkshakes! The quality and taste has dropped massively!! It used to be thick and tasty, now it’s completely watered down almost just milk!! Why change something that was fine? Used to order milkshakes regularly from here but that was the last time.

The order was delayed twice and still turned up late with milkshakes spilt all over the bag sticky mess and watery milkshake cream melted horrible, called and spoke to manager was promised a refund that i still havent received
