Nice food and great service, the guy on the counter was very friendly. Would recommend trying.

Bought 2 steak burger meals today the paper bag broke halfway went to go tell him the bag broke and everything fell out on the floor gave mje a plastic bag like i was going to pick the food off the floor when there bags where not strong enough.

Best shop I go to. The brothers always give a warm welcome, and the food I order is always satisfying. They recommended the tea and pizza from their other shop and now I try and go there after the gym every day with my brothers for a good time. I recommended going here to everyone.

Used to go here a fair bit, then completely went off the food. Last time I went, I had cheesy chips which were like they had been reheated and barely any cheese for the privilege of £5.50, so i returned them and was given a freshly made portion!!! This time I went (against my better judgement! Only as nowhere else was open) for what should have been a grilled chicken wrap, what I ended up with was not grilled at all & it consisted of greasy Fried Chicken, absolutely swimming in mayonnaise with wilted lettuce that looked shriveled up and was absolutely disgusting tasting, I only took one bite and binned it.. Not only was the food horrible, the price was outrageous for a single "grilled" wrap cost me £6 and yet the online menu says £2.80 even all the wrap meals with chips and drinks are at most £5 on the menu !! Although I was pained about the price, I decided just to take the L and bin it to avoid food poisoning!! I will never eat here again..

Made an order through Uber Eats for food to be delivered. The food arrived in a short time but the order was not quite what we wanted. We had ordered a few things but the strips and chips that we ordered were not what we were expecting. See photo of the box of so called strips and chips, box of mush I wouldn't feed to a dog. Our granddaughter could not eat the food as it wasn't the usual thing that she has and was very disappointed. I rang Al Badar to tell them that the strips and chips were not right and they were not interested in my complaint at all. They said that's how they do it. They would not refund me or send or suggest an alternative. In fact they eventually just hung up the phone. Needless to say I will not be using their restaurant again. Terrible customer service!!

Absolute liars, ordered 2 naans of ubers eats by mistake, called to cancel it within 20 seconds of ordering, refused to cancel the naans saying it has already been made. These lot are either a bunch of liars or are probably serving old naan and food to people, for them to say it must be ready within 20 seconds must be old food or lying in Ramadan.

Very tasty and the best chicken pakoras. The chicken pakoras are better priced than all other shops in Bury Park and give you a lot of food for your money. The owner is very friendly and have known him a long time as he has two other shops.

Great briyani and gulab jamun love the taste . definitely worth it .

Dishonest and characterless staff that encourages colleagues to take advantage of customers. Whilst visiting I overhead them making a plan to take advantage of their guests bill in a vulgar and disrespectful manner. When confronted they made many excuses and did not accept responsibility for their own comments. Totally disingenuous people. Make sure you check your bill thoroughly upon paying. We are not first time customers, but for our self respect, we will never come back. 🙏🏻

The food was incredibly tasty, The service was top-notch – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a memorable dining experience. Very rude customer service, went in to order, they had a card machine but said it was not working just to avoid taking card, expected us to take cash out from their cash machine to pay in cash. If they had a sign up fair enough. But was being very rude to me and other customers. His name was Idrees was ironically talking about justice and being honest and has customer service like that. Double standards.

Chicken biriyani that's way below standards. Who puts Chicken on the bone in biriyani If I wanted fried chicken I'd order it 🤑 a waste of money 💰 and a trip to Luton

Absolute rubbish. Asked for £5 hot wings and got given 5 tiny old stale wings . Absolute disgrace

Always enjoy the food, the staff are friendly. Worth a trip from Radlett. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat good tasting food. Their fried chicken is always lovely and fresh, best in luton. Thank you

Very hospitable owner. As we were not local and travelled from a distance the owner treated us as special guests and gave us a starter's, extras and a sweet treat to take with us on our journey. I have visited this place on various journeys passing through since 1997.

This place is by far the best in Luton with a great owner along with very friendly & polite staff, the food quality & taste is just fabulous. First place I think of to eat when I'm in Bury park, keep up the fantastic work guys your the best in town when it comes to serving amazing fresh delicious food. Alhamdulilah!

I come here whenever I’m in the neighbourhood. Always get the lamb Karahi and rotis, perfect every time. The starters (pakoras and samosas) are great too, and they have a big selection of traditional Asian sweets. I’ve come here with some friends and they got fried chicken and kebabs, and they say those were good too. Probably the best casual eatery in Luton, and stays open late even when everything else is shut. Big up Al Badar and big up bossman that runs it

I went here three times and all of them gave me a bad stomach ache. The taste of the chicken and chips was good. Also, try the tea it is very refreshing.

This place rocks. Best takeaway in Bury Park. Friendly staff. Lovely food and well priced. I have recommended this establishment to all of my friends after it was recommended to me. Best chicken pakoras in town. Update 11/08/23. Better than ever, friendly staff, prices have gone up but this is to be expected in today's economy, I still recommend this place to anyone.

Wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal but the food was rather underwhelming. I personally like the loud guy at the front desk. I find him engaging and friendly, the food however wasn’t great. I ordered a doner meat and chips and two pieces of chicken. The doner meat and chips was an okay size and reasonably priced. The chicken was very very dry and bland. Quite disappointed with the chicken was expecting the succulent lemon Krispy style fried chicken style you’d expect from an Asian takeaway In Luton. The standard of food would of probably been the same or worse if I had tried another takeaway in bury park unless it’s KFC or SAMs then I’d expect better quality. Wasn’t too bad for the price but wasn’t amazing either. Average and Underwhelming food if I’m honest.

Cheaters, scammers, Went to them at night and they charged me extra for food when I asked the guy started giving me lame excuses and returned my money. Did the same with another guy he was drunk charged him extra and then started making excuses and gave him his money saying we thought you were asking for extra large biryani which is not even a part of the menu.

Taste is missing and sweets were not fresh at all.

Fantastic brothers, the hospitality is amazing, they will take good care of you and the food is fresh and delicious. Best part is they are open til super late for all of us late night munchers.

I don’t know what went wrong with the Keema prata at this restaurant. Back in the days they use to cook it very well. The internal part of the prata the keema use to be solid. Now it’s just keema stuffed in of very low quality.

If you want a bad stomach and to be on the toilet all day after eating food from here then I highly recommend this place. It will never let you down. It’s very consistent. You will be on the toilet straight after eating the food from this place. The food that’s on display is cooked weeks in advance. Nothing is fresh. The prices have gone up the quality has remained the same and consistent. How can a place still remain open after all these years of appalling standards? So confused. Luton health inspectors are definitely not doing their job but you live and you learn 😅

Really bad customer services. The guy at front shouts and screems at you after making mistake himself. I asked for mild Biryani instead he gave me one with Green Chillies all on top. when I showed him he tells me brother just take it off with your hands it's ok?! Erm it's not ok I didn't want extra chilli infact I asked you twice keep it mild. so u need to start listening more and have better communication with your kitchen and customers coz u will loose lot of customers with your attitude and behaviour. Never seen such a lousy and disgruntled staff. First and last was a shame as the food was quite nice

This place changed hands. Its been 30 years and now it's under new management. A huge change and a huge development on the food and service. It's a solid fast food joint.

Under New Management Avoid at all cost, place has been refurbished but the hygiene is very poor, and they do not deserve any business as you can get better quality clean food at other outlets in the area.

This place is great, they have a variety of food options including traditional asain sweets and tea. The customer service is great staff are caring and hospitable! Food was tasty with the donner meat being better than expected! Food was priced at a reasonable prices also. This place closes late so it's good for those who work late or want a late night meal.

New owners. Not good. Extremely oily food. Over priced. The owner and his brother are trying too hard. They are very loud, over friendly to the extent that I got embarrassed by them. My friend spotted a mouse and walked out. I won't be going here again. Apparently this place has been shut down before due to mice infestation. Seems like mice are still enjoying their food

Today I visited this takeaway. I ordered 2 vegetable samosas and some pakoras but I was served chicken pakoras by error. I appreciate how the owner handled my complaint and did not charge me for the the mistake. He dealt with the complaint with a smile, courteous approach and complete humane approache. The food was okay I do feel once the building is refreshed to a high modern standard, and continuation of good customer service is maintained as demonstrated today then the restaurant could continue to thrive in near future.....keep up the good work.

Top quality takeaway now that it is under new management who know what they are doing. Unique by also offering Pakistani food (fresh kebabs / samosas etc) and also a new range if sweets. So all in one really and the food tastes great

Visited Al Badar for Some Sweet (Rus Gula) but got damaged and expired one. Shop keeper knows about because he did not took money from me and said it is a gift. Very disappointed. I was thinking How and Why he gave me free of cost but the truth is the product was damaged. This damaged product can affact to my health but I through it into Bin. Not recommended for any product.

Having been a visitor to this establishment for approx 20 years now.... Out standing a million times better than KFC. Cheap massive range of products staff always been polite to me open till early hours. Personally bar there second Bedford branch there is no where to compare and yes Bury Park is better than Bedford 😁👍 top marks

Very bad food not tasty and food like seven days older I don't like. I don't buy again.

Disappointing. Ordered two burgers, both looking sad with minimal toppings and squashed. Chips were soggy and greasy, had to guess the flavours of our shakes as there were no way to tell which is which, plus the straws were already in the shakes. Will avoid in the future.
