Used to use this branch a lot but it’s now a complete joke. Awful customer service, have even been told to come in and order and wait for the pizza as opposed to ordering over the phone and paying cash on collection. If there was an IQ test given out amongst staff in this store the results would come back negative.

We added extra cheese to our pizza came out with less cheese it’s like the workers see extra cheese and add less to annoy the customer. Top of that got there little late and the lady at the till trying to force me to do a review. Like my food is sitting there getting cold if I like the food I’ll do a review. first time going there and will be my last legit you people are crazy who like Dominos go to Spicy chicken in bury park there pizza is amazing like heaven these guys pizza is nasty especially when they being stingy with the cheese.

Terrible experience with this Domino’s location. The delivery time was completely unacceptable, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. On top of that, the staff, including the branch manager, were extremely rude and had no understanding of customer service. It’s clear that this location needs better management. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere else. Stay away from this place!

Awful as always with delivery times - do they not use sat nav? Call to find out what is happening as the driver was going all over the shop and was told I would get a call - which I did - from the driver when he eventually turned up. Wouldn't mind but they have been here before! The person in the shop was very abrupt and the driver obvs hacked off as getting it in the neck - sort your routes out guys please as we do like your food in the main (although the wings are tiny).

I ordered veg pizza buy 1 get 1 free for 15.99£ . I requested him to let me know any offers about this .The person who is at the counter( manager) while we was ordering he was answering very rude and was giving rude answers to us. Very worst customer service.

Delivery status was changed to delivered... After 10 minutes delivery man arrived with pizza for my daughter. She ordered pizza, cookie and drink, but delivery man forgot about the drink and when I told him about it, he said "you need to confirm drink, before I give it to you" seriously??? I paid for it already)) it is my... And you was tried to take it with you... Unbelievable...

The delivery time was stated as 30 minutes, but it took about 1 hour. The courier was fast but I ate a cold pizza for £26. This was the last time I ordered from here.

Most worst Domino’s that i ever had in my life. We ordered pizza with two big dips we paid extras for dips but we haven’t got any dips. They delivered dips after 20 minutes meanwhile pizza was got very cold. I never recommend this domino to my any of the known person.

Ordered pizza and followed the app which tells you each step of the production and delivery process. When our pizza was out for delivery the driver went off grid for close to half an hour. On contacting the store, they said he only had our order to deliver. When he eventually showed up, I asked him what the hold up was, he replied he was stuck in traffic!?..this was just after 12am..what traffic???... The roads are empty at this time! Hence very cold food.

my wife was craving pizza and we decided to take a stroll there rather than order. it's good place and they have a nice customer service. the attendant attended to is well and made us understand the best offers. we planned buying for my wife but we ended up getting for two (at the price of one). the ISH is they don't have chairs, so we had to wait standing but it's understandable. The waiting space is small, and they probably do not want people staying too long.

I ordered at 2:00am in store their shift manager named GHULAM was very rude. All remaining staff was helpful everytime. I am regular customer but this was first time i saw such behaviour. Head office should take notice on it as he is affecting other team as well.

I'm glad the wraps are back, therefore I changed my review from 1 star to 3. However, it's still not worth it of 5 stars because they've implemented a minimum order, and the prices are just too high. On top of a delivery charge too. It used to be a good takeaway place, but now it just seems greedy. I don't like the forced minimum order requirement, because you always end ordering more than you need,and it's a waste.

Ordered from just eat delayed by an hour arrived cold. Called the restaurant 3 times to be abused by staff and hung up and told it was my own fault as they called me which they did not. Was vile and in the bin. This place should be shut down and the staff need not just a little training but a whole adjustment. Avoid at all costs you will just lose money time and be spoken down to. On the app it says pick up for £11.49 for a large pizza but won't let me order while I was in the store. Then I asked the guy at the counter how much for a large pizza? Bro told me £14. Basically dominos want me to order online and pay more or pay more at the counter SMH

I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza that I recently ordered from your restaurant. Unfortunately, I found a hair inside the pizza, which was not only unappetizing but also a health concern. Aside from the issue with the hair, I also found the pizza to be not tasty. The toppings seemed to be haphazardly placed, and the crust was dry and overcooked. Overall, the pizza did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price I paid for it. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene when it comes to food, and I feel that my experience fell short of that standard.

Worst experience I had ordered 2 pizzas one of the pizza was over baked and was sticking to the cardboard and atleast need to have a paper underneath the pizza and less cheese ,toppings better to go tops pizza or pizza junction

Pizzas deals are confusing and can't explain properly. Little bluffing for buy 1 get 1 free. Pizzas taste good. Pick up customers service very poor...

Dominos will not do door delivery if you live in flats after 6pm...trouble is I've ordered before during the day, and before that it was policy not to delivery to flats...what a waste of time...First time ordering since July and can't be bothered now...especially when every other food delivery brings straight to the door...FIREAWAY PIZZA do a better service and don't come up with random policies to get out of walking up a couple of flights of stairs.

Twice in a row I got wrong order already, and information who to contact is well hidden, so I ask for contact here. I understand you can run out of something, but then you should have CALLED ME, not just trown whatever you want on my pizza. My number is there for a reason. I ordered 4 items last night they delivered only 3.the delivery guy said he would come back with the 4th pizza and he never did. Really disappointed about the quality of customer service you provide. After paying the whole amount they didn't even bother to apologise for their mistake.

Stone cold when I got delivered

On the 18th of NOVEMBER 2022 approximately 0340 HRS I placed an order for me and my friend on dominos website for a total of £30 (after discount) worth of food that meant to be delivered from Luton- Central store. Central store was open for online orders and delivery at the time. At 0403HRS as my phone needed a charge, my friend called dominos central to confirm that they have received our order. Just in case if they couldn’t make it we would order from another store. The female who picked the phone assured us that the order was received and it’s being prepared (we produced the order number and address). We waited patiently but the pizza was not arriving from a store located nearby. At 0441HRS we made another call to ask how long it would be (again gave the order number and address) we were told this time by a male ‘it’s on its way! 3 minutes’. At 0507HRS we called again as the order was still not with us and the same male on shift said that the store it’s now closed and that we need to find a number online for a refund department. We complained and asked for an immediate refund as our movie night was ruined and we have been lied too by incompetent staff! So we asked for the male’s name and after he refused to give his name he hanged the phone up on us in the middle of a sentence after we tried to settle. Checked dominos policy online and it states that if you need a refund, you call the store first…. Seems that staff at dominos Luton Central does not know what they are talking about… Called again next day and spoke to the manager that gave his name as Adhil/ Adil. He politely explained that he only works part- time and he is unable to process a refund. Called back again today, explained the situation and provided all the relevant details. Male on the phone who introduced himself as a manager (male with Indian accent- no name at this point) said that he needs to investigate it and that he would call me back as he cannot find my order. When I said that I am not happy as I don’t have all the time in the world to be keep calling Domino’s to ask for my money back, the money I need to work hard on to earn…the male than said in the rudest way possible ‘you can complain if you want. BYE!’ and he hanged the phone up on me! I then knew that he was probably the same male who lied to us the day I made the order! I called back to get his name this time and a female picked up the phone. I explained that I called 5 minutes ago and that I need a name of the male manager that I spoke to. I could hear the manager with the Indian accent in the background telling the female what to say! She said his name was Adhil/Adil…!!! I said that I spoke to the manager who said his name was Adhil/Adil yesterday and he had Luton accent!! I said to give me the manager to the phone as I can hear him in the background. The male with the Indian accent said then his name was Joah? And he hanged the phone up again. Just thought I will share this with everyone as this is actually ridiculous situation, lack of customer service and no respect to persons money. Why do I as a customer need to waste my free time calling someone to get the money back that I payed for a service which I have not received!

We ordered our dinner from here and asked them to ring on the number given in profile. They marked my order delivered after an hour saying (rudely) your number didn’t work so pay us more for redelivery, when I said them to check the number again he went aggressively rude and said give me right number then even though my profile got my right number on it It’s been more than 70 minutes still no delivery. Horrible service Better not waste your money and time

I preferred this place before when there were more choices. But apart from this, the staff is nice.

We had a meeting taking place in our offices and ordered a total of 23 pizza's. They arrived on time and nice & hot. The driver was polite and friendly. We will definitely use them again and would recommend.

Awful service in store. Ordered for collection and went in to collect. Didn't even get acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes while they were all pacing around mumbling to eachother. Could see my order on the side ready for collection but no one spoke to me. A disgrace to the brand.

Ordered a tandoori chicken large pizza… during eating found there were 4-5 slices of chiken on it and rest all rubbish green peeper making a taste like dessert. Shame on your generosity. Went in to do an order as BOGOF on any size pizza for walk ins. And tasted great. A bit of a wait but definitely worth it. Allergy information is placed on the counter as well to see for allergy information 😉

Excellent pizza... Specially the dough has a unique taste (fibre rich) nd feels good....... I only tried their tandoori wbich is halal as well by the way, i m sure other flavors are as good too.

I have ordered my pizza and DOMINOS did not deliver that!! After the call they said ''we were trying to deliver''. That's joke or what?! Im at home waiting for them and they don't care about customer at all. During the phone call person just hang up and never respond anymore. They steal my money and they don;t want to give it back!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Bad Customer service! Ordered online on the deal buy one get one free pizza. Paid full price for both pizzas. Rang them to say I paid for both pizzas when one should of been free, man told me not a problem next time I order I will be delivered a free pizza, called next day to try and get the pizza different man on the phone, told me no he will have to speak to co worker. Said can I speak to the manager no manger about to talk to. Said he’s manger won’t be in till 6 and he will call me at 6. No call. Called next day to see if I’m able to revive my free pizza was told no asked if I can speak to manger, no manager till Thursday. He said this is not my matter and hung up the phone ! Very very poor customer service. Whoever was working on phones at Luton store and around half 8 27/01/2020 are very rude !
