Driver delivered someone else’s order.

Waffles were extremely dry and not much sauce and to top it off there was no ice cream which made the dessert even drier :-(

What a waste of time. Do not order from here.. complete waited hours then they cancelled my order 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Food was cold and late also cookie dough was wrong

The waffle was cold. They use to be warm. The cookie dough was brunt (rock hard) and the milkshakes was flavourless and really watery. Will not be ordering from here again.

Cake slice was rock solid and milkshake was watery

Food arrived cold and under cooked. Thought we would try as the prices were good but really were too good to be true! Everything was inedible. It was so cold the cheese hadn't even melted on top of the chips and the milkshakes had been put into a bag and tipped over so arrived leaking everywhere. I don't think anything had been cooked to the correct temperature based on how cold it had arrived.

Milkshake was like water with no taste at all

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for it to be delivered rang the store and they were not helpful in the slightest wont use it again

Late and then taken to an address 10mins away as driver clearly hadn’t read address at all. Food was lukewarm. Waffle dry and not very good at all. Cookie dough seemed to be half the size of last time ordered.

We order cookie dough and brownie often from here but this time both were out of this world! Even the chips we couldn’t get enough of. Usually they’re good but today they were AMAZING ⭐️

I was unhappy as my under was late and by the time is came it must of been sat there for awhile before collecting as didn’t look great

Ordered food they didn't deliver,said they would give part refund and never did,absolutely disgusting, just out here taking peoples money and not even getting the food

Waffle was completely stone cold, the milkshake I ordered was practically a cup of milk, no flavour, no thickness. Very disappointed

didnt even deliver my food, and still took the money,and no option for a refund absolutely disgusting how they accept orders and pretend they are on way with it and nothing, never again

Ordered takeaway waffles with ice cream. Both tasted like chemicals. There was also minimal toppings on an £8 waffle! Cookie dough was fine. Won't order again.

Ice cream tasted like gas, as if the machine has a leak. Cookie dough like a concrete block and ice cream pots completely melted, horror show, stopped my daughter eating after one mouthful.

Food was all freezing cold, we ordered warm deserts. Milkshakes had a horrible metallic taste. Delivery was late, no updates from the restaurant. Will definitely not be ordering again.

Ice cream came and was completely melted and had a horrible metalic taste, same as the milkshake , Waffle rock solid stale!!! Chips undercooked. Complete waste of money. And owner didn’t care when I rang to complain. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Unfortunately the milk in our milkshakes was off, the milk was curdled and sour. Meal was cold and burger bun had gone soggy. Very disappointed.

I understand about the delivery time, heavy traffic, but the milkshake and ice cream both had a taste of petrol, wasn't sure why but can't have either of them due too this, they taste horrible

The cookie crushed waffle had a tangy taste to it, left me gagging, it was like it was made with out of date milk and the cookie crushed cookie dough I got tasted like dark chocolate, not a fan of it but won’t be ordering again.

Not happy ordered at 8:40 pm still waiting at 10 pm . Ridiculous time to have to wait

Doner meat is extremely dry. The spicy fries are soggy chips dusted in paprika. Mozarella sticks are poor for the price and the waffle is poor also compared to other places . Barely any sauce on it . Clearly running a place on a very tight budget. Will never be ordering from here ever again waste of money

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. It was cold....looked like it had been chucked in the bag....it tasted disgusting....we could not eat it....we gave it the dog ...even she would not eat it. Terrible.

Food was ok, bit iffy and paid for a coke didn’t receive it. Admittedly my fault only realised I bought a drink after he left but still.

Food was cold. Was suppose to be a rainbow kabab which I took to be colourful because of the salad. But salad consisted of one piece of tomato, one piece of cucumber and a few pieces of onion. Very sparse amount.

really polite service when going to collect my food. the flavour was really nice just, not the hottest but still a reasonable temperature.

Slight delay with the delivery however it was well worth the wait, by far the best milkshake in town !

Bit tight on the ice cream and cheese but otherwise the meal was nice, the cookie dough is amazing and defiantly beats pizza huts any day!

Overall lovely desert to finish a week off with but the sundae was all melted and ice cream with the cake and cookie door was watery

Food was ok, not great but edible. Delivery not so good. Delivery driver said my postcode took him somewhere completely different away from where I live which is fair enough, although no one else has had that problem before. I explained to him very clearly where it was but he didn’t want to drive there. Made me walk to meet him elsewhere despite me paying a delivery charge. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from there again!

Ordered the Doner and Dessert deal for there to be no Doner, no Milkshakes as the driver spilt them and no ice cream! What did turn up was stone cold- not likely to return.

Was about 25 mins late. Hot food was cold and ice cream was very small and melted.

Kebab was missing spicy sauce. Waffle tasted odd almost sour. Ice cream was melted which I could totally understand as hot day and delivery time. Thought I’d try a bit of middle but that hadn’t melted and it tasted like gone off milk. Couldn’t eat any of dessert

Two milkshakes were both wrong... Had coconut in wasnt crunchie....! Daughters allergic to coconuts so couldnt have....

Ordered desserts fir family, a Sundae, cake and a waffle. To be fair the waffle itself was really nice but topping and everything else was very basic, tasteless and extremely overpriced for what it is. Delivery was good, packaging was good, just need a bit more love in the food.

WOW!! i am absolutely amazed with the customer service and the brilliant food. the wrap deal was so scrumptious and affordable, it was bloody delicious and so was the cookie dough. very underrated but i recommend for everyone.

The waffle was overcooked and the milkshake was like warm milk with absolutely NO flavour. Terrible not ordering from them again.

The milkshakes tasted of chemicals, not great at all. Called restaurant who said send replacements not wanted as put off by experience.

Both desserts were good however the milkshake was off.. didn't taste at all like Oreo.. it tasted like... dust or gone off? If the store sees this, can you double-check your milkshakes

Food was really good! Good portion size! Order was missing an item but the restaurant got it to us as soon as they could after a quick phone call to them. Amazing customer service and quick delivery! Very happy.

Vile & Tasteless Kebab. The worst Kebab I've had the misfortune of trying to eat. Will definitely Avoid at all costs from now on. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.

Absolutely fantastic, never once “fingers crossed” have we had any problems or issues ordering or with delivery. Foods always been on point and very delicious. Bonus there open late as well 🤙

Absolutely awful place! Food never arrived after waiting 2.5 hours for 2 waffles!?! Then got delivered to someone else’s address & been told we have to wait another 1.5 hours for our order again! Then decided rather to resolve the issue to tell me to sort it out with just eat and hung up. Tried calling back & completely ignored my call! Call themselves a business? Shocking do not bother

Awful! Waited 1hour 30minutes. They just take your money and don't send your food!! Avoid at all costs. Was told driver handed food to my long blonde haired wife 🤣 I don't even have a wife!! Then he said I have to wait an hour if I want my order re delivered. I said id come and collect it and he hung up the phone. When ringing back he said If I have a problem take it up with just eat!!! Awful business!!

Didn’t have what we ordered, food turned up cold and Ice cream was soup. Such a shame as we had a great meal there last time

Driver was nice, food was freezing cold, and the cold food was melted.

Food was stone cold and we had to reheat it in the oven, purely because we had been waiting so long for delivery.

So delicious and their Tuesday discount was an added bonus.

The food is always delicious and freshly made, customer service is second to none! My mum spends a lot of time between all the JR hospitals and her first question when we come home is “are Doner & Desserts open?” - her favourite having a sweet tooth is the Kinder Bueno waffle and Crunchie gelato ice cream ;) shop and delivery team are all very friendly and chatty and nothing is ever too much trouble for them! 12/10 recommendations from me and mum… Jelly Bean and Donino will add their reviews once organic kale and parsley boxes get added to the menu!

Can honestly say the worst kebab I've ever had. Extremely dry, and tasteless. Never again from here.

Ordered two cookie dough’s & they were overpriced & underwhelming for what we received. Cookie dough was flat and not much of it (more toppings than anything) Oreo shake was delicious. Unfortunately will not be ordering again.

Tasty food, very generous portions, would recommend.
