Stopped here for a takeaway today, excellent, my chicken and bacon baguette was so full, the prawn wrap likewise. Highly recommended.

This business false advertises their opening and closing times. Multiple times I have arrived at the cafe in their supposed open times and it has been closed. Waste of my time.

Stopped for something to eat after trying other places that were closed or full and had a lovely vegan brusquetta, very fresh and filling. Very reasonable price too. Wished I took a picture as it looked lovely too. Would definitely recommend/call in again

This is a medium sized cafe with seating at the front and at the back. It has a modern, urban feel and appeared clean and well cared for. Popped in here as I had 45 mins to kill between 1.30 and 2.15pm, so after most places had served lunch.. I only wanted a coffee and a light snack and at this time there was limited choice of 2 x quiche and 2 x savoury pastries. I had the Cheese & Onion pastry and it was reasonable quality. The cakes looked really delicious and I gave in and had a slice of Strawberry sponge which was light, fresh and delicious. The decaf coffee was very good too. Several people came in for bubble tea - so Don Santos must be known for that. The toilet was clean, though I got caught out by the old fashioned door appearing to be locked from the outside when the toilet was vacant. The man who served me was very friendly and helpful. There was a menu board, but as I was looking for a snack I can't remember what they served. The bill was a bit more than I was I was expecting, so its not a cheap eats.

Stopped for a cream tea which the wife enjoyed. Usual 2 scones provided with jam and clotted cream and a good pot of tea. They normally do Gluten Free cream tea but due to high demand had sold out of GF scones. They were however able to supply GF cheese scones so I had a savoury version of cream tea, 2 GF cheese scones, a tomato chutney and a cream cheese. Was very nice and would recommend.

Good size meals, especially breakfasts. Good cuppa, no frills just true value, friendly staff. I would visit again and recommend this café.

Stopped here for tea and we're so glad we did. Loose leaf tea in a china tea pot (not one of those awful stainless steel ones that dribbles all over the table), a tea strainer, china cups and saucers and a china milk jug - this is how tea should be served. The Bakewell slice and chocolate cake were both delicious and the portions very generous. The friendly welcome and engaging staff added to the enjoyment. Looking forward to the next visit.

Nice staff, reasonable price and we love a bit of cash preferred! Good doughnuts and hot chocolate perfect from when you come out the sea!
