If you like your Dominos pizza cold, late, delivered to the wrong place and want to speak to someone with a disgusting attitude when you phone to complain, then this is the Dominos joint for you. If you prefer a better meal experience, I recommend you eat elsewhere.

Normally good, last nights was poor. No extra tomato and bit much cheese.x

Chewy chips but great pizza! Not sure what is wrong with the chips, almost taste like they have been heated up more than once.

The delivery was spot on but the food well its Over priced rubbish chips were under cooked the cheese on the chips was tastless got to be the worst chips iv ever had i didnt eat them all they were that bad , the meat pizza tasted like cheap products. Not worth the money you expect better quality from a big chain like this company . I will use the local independent takaways from now on cheaper and better value for money

Disgraceful, ordered a texas BBQ after a day at work, then drove back to the hotel which is a good 50 mins drive to then find out they had given me ham and pineapple, not sure how they got the wrong order as there was no other orders on the screen. The seating area had rubbish left around as well, while all the drivers are just stood there complain about receiving parking tickets.

Visited yesterday. The prices are good and the pizza is very tasty. The staff is friendly. Only there is not enough sink to wash hands.

On holiday in Whitby and struggled to order via the app as we normally do at home. So we rang up, placed the order. Lovely lady on the phone got us the best deal of the day. Pizzas arrived within half an hour. Lovely and hot. Ordered perfectly. Delivery driver very friendly. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Terrible size pizzas for an insulting price. For £7, we enjoyed a pizza the size of a 50p coin. Aberrant! To add to this very salty addition, no cutlery, plates and napkins are given.

When ordering a take out meal, as a family , we always go for a dominoes pizza as it suits us all. Whilst in Whitby I decided to order one for me to collect. I tracked my order and when it was ready for collection I went in with my puppy. I wasn’t aware dogs were not allowed. As soon as I entered the door a girl started shouting at me to get the dog out. She kept repeating herself even though I requested they just give me the pizza, I had paid for, to the front door to hand it to me. I got so fed up with her shouting at me I approached the counter, with my puppy, and requested her name. My plan was to report the incident to their manager. She was obviously not the restaurant manager. She refused to give me her name and decided to call the police saying I was shouting at her and I refused to leave. I waited outside, in the rain, for the police to arrive and after her spoke to me and then to the pizza assistant, said his time had been wasted. So basically due to one members of staffs attitude my night and my pizza were ruined. I am not an aggressive person and this was an experience I never want again. Avoid this place. The pizza was dreadful but what was worse was the assistants customer relations towards a customer

Dreadful, poor attempt at a pizza. Way undercooked and mushy. Dominos need to shut this place down it's embarrassing. Avoid.

We ordered a takeaway from Dominos Whitby as we were visiting from Norwich and it was our last night, the order was delivered 30 mins early but the pizza wasn't the best as part of the edge was hard and couldn't be eaten and at £19:00 a rather expensive thing to partially disgard and the amount of chips is questionable as well.

Didn’t like it quite in comparison with other dominos. The pizza felt dry.

Why has dominos not checked in or done something about the franchise. I wish I read the reviews before I brought food. My wife is pregnant and we received food that was cold/uncooked both pizza and sides. That we had to recook in the oven and airfryer. This is absurd and needs to be looked into. Beware seasoned chicken is not chicken.

Terrible. Driver stayed in car and phoned us to come out to him and he then passed the food through the window, no tips for lazy people! Fries half cooked, how you can fail to be able to cook fries is a mystery. Garlic dippers? Well maybe if you cut them like you were supposed to do they would be dippers but instead you sent a garlic pizza. Actually I should just say pizza because I don't think it was ever even near any garlic. It was so dry it was actually dusty. Appalling all round. Despite my better judgement I gave them a second chance, I wish I hadn't. When the order arrived it was handed to me and the driver left. I opened the boxes and saw that there was an item missing so I called Dominos. 20 mins later I called again as they hadn't called back despite saying they would. The guy at dominos told me that he had asked the driver and that the driver had stated he had handed the missing item to me. I stated that I had a camera at my door and can show exactly what he gave me. The driver returned later with the missing item stating that he 'must have giving it to someone else'. So which one of you is lying? Can't be trusted. Avoid.

Ordered the food it arrived cold ordered a bottle of coke wasn’t delivered I rang back they they rang the bell 2 times within the space in ten mins couldn’t of been there for longer than 20 Seconds at the door and then told me to ring customer service

First time we have ever had a Domino's. I can't believe we waited this long. It was really nice and then deals make it good value for money.

Website said delivery in 21-29 minutes took 50 minutes and was stone cold when it was only 0.1 miles away

My favourite pizza shop just make sure you order on line or it can be very expensive. The online orders make it much more affordable.

Was great watching the lady prepare the pizza, friendly lady, and very nice talking to her, very knowledgeable.

Our meals were delivered on time by a polite young man. Unfortunately, the pizzas were rather cool and the accompanying chips were missing the double bacon in one case and pepperoni in another. All 3 portions of chips were stone cold and inedible. I called the next day, spoke to a manager (Tom) who offered a refund. Approximately a week later, this had not arrived. I called again and spoke to a lady manager who promised a refund within a few days. Once again, this has failed to appear. Therefore, I feel a negative review is my only option.

Very poor quality and cold pizzas never again.

Forgot items even when asked. Food took an hour to come, then had to wait another half an hour for missing items, by which point pizza was cold. £28 for a ruined tea and bad mood. Check orders properly, not the first time it has happened. Employ more drivers. Poor girl on the phone was polite and run ragged.

Food is amazing and always prepped in good time. Staff are very friendly and I always feel welcomed. Very clean too

*Should have read reviews before ordering* Avoid at all costs. Not value for money! Especially with better local takeaways doing better pizzas. Pizza. There were no existent toppings, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Loaded fries not cooked still frozen in the middle. Cheese not melted. Took over 30 minutes to prep, never mind cooking it(which clearly they didn't do correctly). Only thing they got right in a fashion was the chicken wings. 🤷‍♂️

All Pizza varieties are available. Just in front of whitby railway station.

Pizza was ok but the dirty fries side was totally uncooked. Not impressed with the price you pay. Won't use again.

Ordered from Dominoes as usually get great service from this franchise, however this is the worse pizza takeaway I’ve ever had, we waited over an hour for the pizza to be out for delivery, promised delivery within 10 mins, took 25 plus mins and when I called the store I was told they are two mins away and they were very under staffed !!, the food was cold and the chips barely looked like they had seen hot oil as were very undercooked and far from hot n crispy !! When making complaint and several emails later no form of real apology or compensation offered when clearly the store had already admitted poor service levels !! When you pay good money for Dominoes you expect better!! Everything poor and the complaints service seem to need some authority to appease disgruntled customers, we are obviously not valued !

AVOID. Apart from having to wait 5 minutes to get served with no one in front of me. Staff just looked at me standing there as if I was an inconvenience. The Asian member of staff even had the cheek to take a phone call that came in minutes after I arrived and was still waiting to be served. No apology, no greeting just really poor customer service. Staff probably think because it's a store dealing with tourists they can get away with it as not many will return. Correct I won't be back in here. Out of 10 for customer service 1. As for the food I still waiting on that even though I was told 10-15 minutes. I'm now over 25 minutes waiting. Update total time from entry to exit 32 minutes for 2 pizzas and no queue.

It's Domino's. You know what to expect. The 'deals' always confuse me: either BOGOF or what seems to be something that's essentially half price! But anyway, if you want something other than fish in Whitby, Domino's might be what you're looking for.

yesterday i got a large fizza which was chiken and chese .no even cook inside the tomato suice just falling down .i put all fizza into the bin .i lost my heardes money . never come again .

Really good service couldn't get online helped by taking details over the phone for a delivery.

For got to deliver pizza when I got the pizza it was warm but the tomato sauce had a funny overly tangy even for tomato sauce and nothing like I've had from here before. And also if your app has my address on it how come it always go to the wrong place first. I'm sorry but after tonight this company has lost a customer.

The guy on the desk taking the order got my name wrong calling me silly instead of Sally. The pizzas were ridiculous poorly made hardly any topping. Not a soft crust. I asked for the buy one get one free but he charged me £8 each pizza when I questioned him he explained because I had one of my choice and not on the menu then that offer was void. Won't be going there again.

Do not under any circumstances order thin and crispy base ( always my preference elsewhere ) it was wafer thin burnt to a crisp base . You have been warned !

Very dissatisfied. They delivered the wrong dough balls - this might seem a small issue but my daughter has sensory eating disorder and will only eat them - she is also Autistic so wouldn't eat anything else as she was waiting for them... I rang straight away and a female said she will get them out straight away... 1 hour 30 mins later and I rang back as she wouldn't have anything else.... to then be told the manager will ring me in a couple of minutes....Still waiting... Will be sticking to local takeaways who value repeat custom. Surely there was other deliveries and they could have been nipped in? Lesson learnt.

As newly opened to Whitby we thought we would get a takeout on our recent visit, as regular customers of Domino's for many years we were very disappointed. 1x Original Cheese & Tomato, Medium 11.5" Thin & Crispy, this was dreadful and just tasted of tomato paste with virtually no cheese, it was uneatable as just tasted of tomato puree. 1x Vegi Supreme, Medium 11.5" Think & Crispy, this was terrible with only a third of the pizza having toppings and tomato paste, from the middle upwards and around this area of the pizza it had toppings, further out on the pizza was bare with nothing. Very disappointing and would not order again, as a newly opened site you should be trying to impress customers and not sending out pizzas bare with no toppings. You will not become established if this continues.

2hrs to deliver 10 mins drive , driver called to say he was here he was actually 20 mins away in the wrong place asked for a new pizza so it wasn’t cold , told it was a new one ! It defo wasn’t stoned cold , won’t use again !

Great pizzas Great service 100% recommend going if ya new to whitby or live in whitby as I got a pizza from them tonight first time getting 1 since it open in whitby which was a Monday but I have no issues at all when I get pay al be ordering again
