Burger King in Scarborough

Wasn't bad not as bad as weather spoons and cooks fish shop but staff are really arrogant one lad was ok he was new by looks but even he wasn't treat right nice either rather spend my money ere though than any of others

This is purely a review of Haven primrose valley burger king. The food here is expensive, badly prepared and portions are very small. Dreadful all round.

Smaller than usual portions, more expensive than normal by some way and lower quality. Couldn't be much worse. No thanks BK and Haven.

Why would you close at 10pm on a holiday park, the prices are high enough to stay open 24 hours, people eat late on holiday you better believe it

After a bad experience in the Burger King in Marton Mere Haven last year (orders short of items and in one case, the manager asked what I was waiting for, then closed the shutters on me) this one was much better. Food served in a timely manner and exactly as ordered. Lad with the long red hair is far too good for this place, his customer service skills are top notch.

Cold food. Overpriced. Noisy atmosphere. Nothing tasted good. And as I spent £26.00 on not very much only for it to be cold, poor drink options also. I could have said I wasn't happy with food but I shouldn't really have to. It wasn't busy.

Went for food today at 9.45 pm to be refused entry as they had no food left!? How is a business that serves food run out of it!? When I spoke to the manager he stated they had closed early as they where busy and ran out of food! This is absolutely disgusting.

I when with my family for food to take back to our caravan at 9.45 and was told at the door that we where not allowed in. There was already 10 customers in the premise. I asked to talk to the manager. He a tall ginger man then told me they had no food left. A business that only serves food stated they had no food left!? Really?? While I was there more than 20 other customers came requesting food. When looking on the website it states they where open until 11pm!? A total lack of customer care and shockingly bad organization from a good supplier!!

We arrived around 15 minutes before closing time. We ordered on the one open self service kiosk with ease. We waited near the kiosk as there was a drink spilt all over the floor. Whilst waiting around 5 minutes before the shop shut, someone locked up. We got our food after a short wait; they nearly forgot our loaded fries. They went to unlock the door and a member of public tried to walk in and was told it was shut. Food was cold to warm when we got it back but tasted okay.

Young ladie who was visibly unwell on terms of voice loss and slightly green was still handle food wich did not look to be fault of her own as seen existing restaurant/ customers view into what seemed to be a side room. It was also over heard that when exiting restaurant that she had vomited in the bathroom but was not seen to have been sent/ allowed to go home. This must go against some form of health and safety conditions due to potential coss contamination of a bug or other . Over all I hope this poor girl gets well soon. this is no reflection on her more the company's view on staff well fair.

Excellent clean store. The food absolutely banging, yes may be a bit expensive but it's a holiday park so is expected. The team were very polite and professional, and executed my order quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.

One of the best places to eat on site. It may just be a burger king but they keep standards high

Visited this Burger King while I was staying at Primrose Valley and my burgers I had weren't the best. Don't think I'd come to this Burger King again unless improvement is made with food standard.

Great prices and food but the machines to order food weren't working and nobody told us until after we had put our 6 people order in then it refused our payment

Not a fan of burger king but went it as my boyfriend wanted a burger … was better then i expected we got are order quickly … i ordered fries, bacon and cheese & the new chicken fries were nice … place was clean

Tasty food, surly counter staff virtually everything closed down 20 minutes before shutdown.

As you'd expect, decent, better than McD's but still not amazing

Myself and friend and our 6 kids between us dined here Wednesday afternoon, 2 kids had chicken nuggets and rest of us had a selection of different burgers.. fast forward 12 hours and the 2 kids that had nuggets was sick and diarrhea through the night, I was thinking it could of possibly been a bug but now nobody else has caught anything and it's now Saturday and the fact it was only the 2 children that age chicken nuggets and that day only other food the ate was cereal and a jacket potato for tea so nothing that could of caused the food poisoning. The service was rushed as was busy and I can only think now that t hey wasn't cooked long enough. Our holiday was cut short and we had to leave theusday morning as the children was to unwell to stay. We are very disappointed Holiday ruined. Won't be eating there again. Even more sad as it was the kids choice to eat here as we don't have a burger King where we live and now it's been ruined.

Dined here before, but the triple whopper I purchased was dry and tasteless. McDonalds Big Mac has way more flavour and taste plus cheese. A bit overrated for the price you pay and poor quality fast food.

Ordered chicken burger.lettice seen better days n burger bun just ok.the best bit was the chicken burger its self.been to better burger kings in the past.think it was like get the food out as fast as they can.too bad.could have got more stars.

Order machines don’t work but there is no sign to tell you that. This makes service really frustrating and slow. Staff are unfriendly. Food is what you expect.

Music too loud, staff lacking manners. Food is a premium vs off park stores but quality not reflective of this even when quiet

Food and drink is good, prices are fairly consistent with other restaurants with the exception of vouchers and offers not being accepted. Tables could do with being cleaned a little more often.

Better than McDonald's by a mile the burgers are far superior

This is on primrose Valley holiday camp and its bloody expensive, remortgage ur house for this , I had a double whooper meal and extra portion of chips and it was like 12 quid ,talk abt rip of Britain, stay well away !!!!

I don't see why they have to shout out so loud that orders are ready when it tells you on the screen. They don't do that at Argos. It is a very noisy place. Soggy bun but decent chips, no trays to carry your food but quick service.

Not enough staff but staff who worked there seemed to be working there socks off

They were flat out busy yet were so friendly and happy to help, food was hot and delicious and the area was clean and well managed, good job guys n gals xx

Primrose valley what a ripoff bacon double cheese burger the size of a beer mat and dry as the desert the bread bun just crumbled when picked up it was that dry
