Domino's Pizza - Weston Super Mare - Central in North Somerset

Fantastic Experience at Domino’s Weston-Super-Mare! I've been a fan of Domino's for years, and I’m thrilled that the Weston-Super-Mare branch moved closer to my home. Although they haven’t updated the location images on Google Maps yet, my latest visit left me impressed. I ordered my pizza while driving home, and Aron, who took my order, told me it would be ready in around 20 minutes. When I arrived exactly on time, my order was waiting for me. The pizza looked gorgeous, and for the first time in a while, the slices were cut perfectly. As a nice surprise, I was given an extra dip—what a treat! This was a huge improvement from my last visit when I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the store manager, who didn’t even mention that dips weren’t free anymore. But this time, everything was spot-on! The pizza was devoured in just 4 minutes at home, making my kids super happy. Well done, Domino's team—keep up the great work!

Delivery driver was rude and got the order all wrong .I rang up and complained about the driver

Delivery time online said 45 mins, ordered, took 80 minutes. Driver was apologetic and lovely. When I rang the store though, was told the delivery time online is wrong and shouldn't say that. Told it was traffic and it'll be with me when it's with me. As I'm listening the manager on shift finishes their sentence saying, alright and hangs up. I hardly said a word and got no info on how to escalate things further. Food temperature would've been good if i ordered ice cream

Pizzas late and cold. Called store manager rude , confrontational and uninterested. Refused a full refund. Will never order again .

Faster delivery and better pizza, as compared to Pizza Hut in Weston.

I'm annoyed and shocked at the service I received after phoning up to complain that my pizza tasted doughy and doesn't feel liked it's cooked properly. I've never once had a problem with them. I was told it was cooked when it left their store! Somehow it became uncooked in the 5 minutes it took to arrive!! Not very happy. Won't be buying from them again when you get treated with that service

**Disappointing Response from Domino's Staff** When I called Domino's to inform them about a slight delay due to traffic, I expected understanding and accommodation. However, the response I received was disheartening. The staff member simply brushed off my concerns, stating that it wasn't their fault and insisting that I had to get there quickly. Furthermore, they casually mentioned that if the food ended up cold, there was nothing they could do to keep it warm. This lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disappointing.

Ok pizza but could be better value

Wife ordered a Half and Half pizza and took some items off ( ham and ground beef) and added burger sauce. The sauce missing is outrageous as it was the only thing added and also they left plastic in the pizza, all this while my wife is pregnant.

I ordered Texas bbq pizza. According to my opinion the taste was just okay. Waiting time was around 15 mins.

A guy called Ahmed, claiming to be the owner/manager. Absolutely vile behaviour, refusing to give receipt, trying to overcharge and not being transparent about what he was charging for what. Tried to make pay online price for in store order. Refused to give details to make a complaint about his conduct. Won’t be ordering from domino’s while he works there. Have not met such a vile person in a long time..

Worst pizzas I've ever had from any dominos anywhere. Cold when arrived after over an hour wait. Couldn't get through to tell the store. Really bad. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I'd have gone to asda.

Superb Food as always. However, they always mess up on how they cut their pizza. Excellent to Poor Service. As the member of staff who took my order and serve me was very patient and helpful. However, she didn't have any badge so I wouldn't know her name. I rated poor because when I asked for a receipt they told me to go their website and complete a feedback. Huh?? I was so hungry so I didn't bother at the moment. But they must issue a receipt. Poor atmosphere as I always see spray bottles of sanitizer near food which is most likely no one cares.

Ordered from here and was missing my chicken order. After calling the store I was told you need to fill in the form online!! I asked about my chicken and was told again fill out the form. My husband went to see the delivery driver and he said I dunno i just do deliveries. So my husband said could you let the store know we are missing items and the guy said no I don't do that, which was really helpful! So I completed the form and was told someone would contact me in up to 5 days!! So I am out of pocket and didn't get the chicken. The best part is with all the chasing the food got cold and it was not that great.

That’s expensive and test so bad don’t ever go there

I phoned up to find out where the pizza was as we ordered it for 5pm and it was 20 past 5. The manager was rather rude even though I was just asking calmly. I asked him not to be so rude. Where my mum lives, deliveries get sent to the wrong house so had to make sure to was not done again. The app is useless when it comes to tracking.

Was told store would not serve me unless I got ordered online when am stood in shop to find out after down loading app it would not let me order food will never use again and staff where worst help ever

HORRIFIC SERVICE, COLD PIZZA AND NOT EVEN CUT! Went to collect at the correct time, was told 2 mins while cookies were in oven, 15 mins later I have to ask someone making pizza as no one had been at the counter for at least 10 mins and they go and grab it off the heat lamp which means it had been ready the whole time! Get home and they haven't even been cut, and there is next to no sauce between the slices of the double decadence. I tried ringing when I got home and they weren't answering the phone, so I tried calling the next day again and was tole that maybe if I called the night before they could have could something, but its too late now, when I said I tried the night before but no-one answered the said they were really busy, I don't see how thats my issue! They also said that previously they accidentally put too much sauce on their double decadence and the amount we received on ours was correct, if nothing =correct, then I don' t know what i'm paying an upgraded base for!!! EVEN MORE DISGUSTINGLY!!!! There was a partially deaf girl who collected her pizza and asked the server if she needed to pay, which all 3 of us in the queue could understand her saying, he was a bit confused and then just said yeah and walked away, so she waited expecting to pay but he never returned, then another employee came to ask her what she needed and she again asked if she needed to pay and he was really dismissive and didn't go and get someone to help just walked away. It got to the point where the 3 of us waiting said to her that she should just leave as they clearly didn't care, about her, or payment! SHOCKING!!!

Absolute joke the quality control is to be desired , no care what so ever goes into making the pizza , half splattered toppings other half bare . Air bubbles all over the pizza . Time and time again I have to ring the store straight after ordering to ask them to make sure the pizzas are perfect before leaving only then they come good !

Ordered a large pizza on the app and paid about 4 quid more for stuffed crust. Collected it, took it home, opened it and it was a medium pizza put in a large pizza box. Worst dominos in Somerset.

Normally a brilliant service from these guys, however my poor pizza arrived today looking like it had a bad run in with a drive by shooting. A half and half pizza that was now badly bleeding out bbq sauce onto the traumatised veggie supreme. Coating the box was the Scattered remains of the little mozzarella that was left after the incident. Timidly I consoled with the fact that my mighty meaty side was now in a better place so far over to the left that I could only assume the meaty pizza was trying to overpower the timid and cowering veggie supreme in one last ditch effort to crown meat eaters as superior. So to conclude could be better could be worse. If you would like a tasty crime scene delivered in a box to your door I can recommend this service.

I ordered online.Tuesday deal,one pizza paid,one free....One pizza is 26 pounds, normal size,not very big....and are advertising that 12 pounds is the large one.Means,no free pizza.I will never order again.Are not fair and a lot of money for a normal pizza....

Ordered ice cream for afters over a week ago, never got delivered with the pizza, then I was told I’d receive my refund within 2-3 days time. Well…. I just called dominos , firstly I got hung up on whenever I said hello, for 5 times! I called for a 6th time and a very argumentative man would not listen to me, said I’ll have to go through somewhere to get it. I told him a manager did it for me last time, to which he then says he’s the cooking manager tonight, so I reminded him him that HE can authorise my refund, he told me to go online to sort my refund out, but as soon as I told him I’m going to make reviews about that place and so called staff, he went absolutely bananas and was shouting over me when I told him he’s basically stealing from a vulnerable adult who’s autistic, deaf and a wheelchair user! I got fed up of him shouting at me so I ended the call. I just want my money back, it’s not a lot to ask for when I never received my full order 😢 Also, the so called staff there picked up the phone for me to say hello then they just hang up on me, I’m now wondering what I’ve done wrong, by asking for my refund. 😭

Made the order 3:40PM. The driver delivered to wrong place at first. Made a complain and was advised that I would get the order again asap. Still nothing, was waiting more than 2hrs. Order never received. This is not acceptable! Service worse than expected. Not recommended. Will not order again.

Although saying on the label the correct toppings I ordered they proceeded to give me the complete wrong pizza with toppings I never ordered, after 1:50 for delivery

Easy enough to order from website, delivered on time and the overall cost was reasonable. Pizza however very disappointing, the Hamburger pizza had such a small amount of ground beef on it, it was impossible to even taste it, it might as well have been a veggie pizza.

Over an hour and a half wait for delivery! Food was stone cold. Don't waste your money.

Terrible... half the standard toppings missing, contaminated with other toppings that shouldnt be there, replacement came out worse, not even sliced, phone to complain and guy on phone sniffling like a cole addict or cleatly has a cold... sniffling over pizzas sounds amazing... still awaiting for manager to call back... so taking complaint to head office now, shame i cant post the pictures here with what got deleivered... no one would be ordering if could see it garunteed

Just bought two pizzas from the Weston outlet. I messed up my order and payment...Liam was amazing and sorted it all out for me with no fuss. Legend!

Pizza was OK totally unhelpful staff asked 4 jalapeños on one half of my mighty meaty pizza and all I got was don't do half and half I said its not half and half I just want some jalapeños on one half don't do half and half so just gave up will go elsewhere in future

I ordered my pizza on line, they took the money from my bank however the order never went through. When I rang they confirmed my order hadn't gone through and promised the payment would bounce back. It is still missing from my account. I used papa John's in the end got double for the same price. I would never trust them again with card details and strongly urgeyu all to only pay cash.

They changed their formula to have double the tomato sauce a year ago. Every pizza tastes like tomato sauce no matter which ingredients you ask for. They refuse to pour less sauce, otherwise they would be lovely.

I was a customer with them buying pizza once a month but than they changed the time so I can't get pizza no more at midnight they need to put the times back the way are were

Best dough in town! Not usually a fan of pizza, until now! Ordered a dinner plate sized chicken and chorizo during the week and it was ready when promised, delicious!, And only £4.99!!

Always a great place for a coffee

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night, tracked with the app, after baking they sat being 'quality checked' for half an hour before being sent for delivery, so they were pretty cold by time they arrived. In all of that quality checking they didn't notice they hadn't even sliced one of the pizzas. After waiting for over an hour for food we were so hungry we tore apart and wolfed down our cold pizza, but we won't be using you again.

By far the worst dominos I have been to, not the service just the quality of the food for the price is shocking. Go to the one near Morrison’s, they know how it’s done

Always having problems with my orders, this time I got dropped a cini dipper with no dip and the store closed after dropping it so no one would answer the phone, its always soemhting a forgotten drink or a dodgy garlic bread, not impressed

Great and helpful service, after some serious struggles with the online ordering profile.

Food is always delivered on time and the cute little tracker is always spot on. I'm always happy with the quality of the food and the prices/deals they have aren't too bad either. I will definitely continue to eat from them especially the twisted dough balls and gooey cookies. I recommend this play 100% and don't even regret it when I over order either.

Guy behind the counter keeps calling me 'bro'. I'm not your 'bro' I'm a customer. Only a couple people in here and we've all been waiting ages as there seems to be no organisation whatsoever. Having worked in a pizza place before, it was terrible service.

pizza was late, also cold, no stuffed crust even though it was requested and recieved toppings on the pizza that we didnt order. piss take for 26£ if you ask me, better off with a build your own pizza from asda.

Amazing place to fill up you tummy

Very good pizza with a nice range of sides, dips and toppings. Usually very quick when making the pizza and delivered within a decent time. Can be quite pricey and the odd mistake is made but overall very good!

Ordered food over the phone and told me to wait an hour. After hour and half got delivery with 50% wrong order. I rang them up and asked why? Nothing to say and told me that give us new order and wait 45 mins. Waited again and after half an hour send me same food (order) which I placed at first time and delivery guy said that it's not my mistake. He quickly went back and brought the right order and again they missed garlic dips. I rand them up again and asked why they keep doing like that and their response was on phone that "if you don't like it then order it from somewhere else". I shocked and I asked her and person name who got my order and she refused and said that I don't want to tell you. Very very very disappointed with this Domino's. I was ordering food from them two three times a week from locking castle and some time when I'm in different city. Never ever have issue with domino but this time Staff let domino's down. Placed an order for it to go through fine, to then be rang and told they don't have most of the things I ordered, so I asked to cancel the order, and then I'm expected to wait 5 days for a refund! No more money to order another takeaway! So unhelpful on the phone not even an apology, got given the number for head office which is closed till Monday! Nothing offered for the inconvenience just got told by the so called manager there nothing I can do, I don't know what your gonna do for food tonight, absolute JOKE considering we order EVERY week, can't even look after there valued customers!

Waited an hour, food was cold and poor quality. Im a regular and usually have no problems but for a Monday night this is really disappointed :/ shouldnt have to microwave my take out :/

Yet again waited over an hour for our food after being told that it had left the building for delivery 30 mins ago , it finally turns up , Stone cold and missing all the dips I paid extra for this happens almost every time without fail , either this or they get the order completely wrong

Placed an order at 7:20pm for 8:30pm pizza did not show up till 8:50pm minus the extra dips that I had purchased. No Explaination just they would bring them later. I called up the office no sorry just they would deliver the large dips asap. They came 15 minutes later and pizza was now cold.

Fast delivery, but sloppy, unappetising and undercooked pizza. Wedges cooked inadequately as well. Order from there at your own risk.
