Food was hot plenty of seating nice and clean staff was friendly help me with ordering food on the kiosk the girl in black shirt black glasses was very helpful did not see name but nice and friendly and a nice smile:-)

No cleans tables, even though only a few being used. Several uber/just eat staff all stood rould complaining about their work.

Great food and service. Plenty of parking too.

Absolutely incompetent staff. To wait 30 minutes for "fast food" is actually ridiculous. Staff appear blank and ignorant. It seems like the manager has to tell them how to suck eggs. What's worse than the wait is that when you stand at the counter to ask for something simple like a straw or sauce, the staff will literally ignore you for as long as they possibly can. It's not until you either shout over to them or if they bring someone's order to the counter that they'll actually pay you any attention. I literally stood waiting for about 10 minutes just to get someone to pass me a lid for a drink🙄 staff don't care that they're literally taking the piss out of customers.

Service not good,lost in space,young people not caring for what they get paid to do.The food is typical Burger king but it can be much better if they care. Also for an order of two whoppers chips and chilli bites...I ve waited for 35mins.

Worst experience of a drive thru I’ve ever had. 40 minutes in a quiet drive thru and order wasn’t even started when we got to the end window. Manager stating she couldn’t give a goodwill gesture or take payment at the window we were at yet nobody came to the window previous to take payment. Awful service. Will never be back.

Delivery time kept changing and took over 90 minutes to arrive. No reply when I called the restaurant. Food was stone cold when it did finally arrive

Staff at this Drive Through did not know anything about the BK L Plates promotion running today only, despite the details being on the BK App, the male manager when requested then seemed to think that it was running for a month! Then a senior female manager later seemed to think that she could be rude when challenged, before declining to accept details of what I considered to be a misleading BK marketing offer. In my opinion, this was a case of a marketing briefing fail, or that the staff just at this outlet had failed to keep themselves updated with what was going on, instead opting to be rude when challenged!

Wasn't too late but as the freezing cold drinks were in the same bag on the food burgers cold and the chips like ice.

Food was really good and the staff were quick and friendly.

Had 2 large whopper meals here and the food was well cooked. Being from the UK I'm always surprised how big the burgers are here ans especially the drinks compared to back home.

The additional items ordered for the bacon double cheese XL were missing completely despite being checked off on the order. not acceptable considering the meal was also practically cold so clearly wasn't stored in a bag or the driver had too many deliveries ahead of mine being completed.

The food took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did every single item was stone cold. I have to put it all in the oven to reheat it!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There were no people in when we got there and the place was filthy. We then waited 25 minutes for the wrong order. When I pointed out what was wrong I was sighed at and the server rolled their eyes at me. Would never return!

Do not come to this Burger King got there at 10 to 11 at night there was a problem with the order machine guy come out put a cone behind the car by the time we got to order they told us they cannot take out all the we ended up wasting 25 minutes there and they were very hostile about it

Real well put together burgers and very helpful staff at the counter. Tables weren't getting cleaned, so I can only give 4 stars on service.

Took nearly an hour to turn up, food is cold and soggy.

Awful! Delivery time kept changing. Over an hour later the food turned up stone cold. Food was clearly made and left to one side waiting to be collected. I have eaten warmer ice cream!

Burger missing from my order. Just eat only allowing me to request a refund for the whole meal deal not missing items. Also delivery driver informed me on the restaurant staff leaving my food order to sit on the side getting cold while he was waiting. Shame to pay such a high price for takeaway to get ripped off by such a big chain.

Again Burger King gets the order wrong! Every time. Slapped a No Bacon sticker on on a burger with bacon in it. Marked a blue raspberry slushie as packed, sent a strawberry one. I get these guys are horribly overworked and underpaid but argh.

Just another fast food place, but expensive

Food was average. Nice pleasant driver and on time.

The food was lovely as usual. One thing I found abhorrent was hearing a member of staff (male) shouting at another member of staff (female), they were in the kitchen but could be heard and seen from where I sat. It look like and sounded like he was picking on her. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. If a member of staff has a problem with another I suggest that they speak together quietly!

order was placed at 1755 and delivered at 1945 and it was cold so had to order from somewhere else.

Very clean restaurant with very fast and hard working staff.

Nice team of people they have superb service with very good food quality to add to that, they were very helpful at all times.

order was made from one store with 40 or so minutes before closing, order was accepted so thought there were no issues. estimated delivery time started to move later and later and the progress of the order didn't move passed 'preparing'. when I went back to check the order after the store closing time, they had moved it to another store further away. almost 2 hours later the order arrived on a push bike, cold with hard buns and soggy chips and a wrong drink all that I paid extra for. disgusting!

Great tasting food that was hot

Always late, 1 hour 30 minutes minimum wait time, every time!

The courier was stood waiting for our food for 40 minutes, so a total of over an hour wait...food was cold..chips were like rubber, even after being microwaved. The courier said it's always chaos down at this Burger King, with a female manager shouting and swearing. Never again!

Normally I do not have any problem with eating at Burger King I get along with the managers and some of the staff I come to Burger King a lot I enjoy it but yesterday was probably the worst experience I’ve had so I parked the car my mrs ran in to order as we were in a rush I’ve walked in my mrs is still ordering. the girl that was serving her didn’t have a clue on what she was doing she tried to charge us for something we didn’t even want which was a extra fiver it took 10-15 mins just to order food as she didn’t even know what we wanted although we explained it 3 times got there in the end she’s then stood in the kitchen area playing with her hair while the others are working hard and she’s just stood there she realises we’re still stood there grabs a bag and sticks the label on it and on my life she read this label 5 times and still got it wrong she comes over with one meal and I said is something missing she said no I said one meal between two of us ? She said oh right walked off in a huff I wasn’t rude or anything but she definitely was she then brings a burger over in a bag no chips or a drink and we’re like ok and the rest of it then the chips came over in another bag and she gave us the drink and I said thank you I asked her if she’s alright as she seemed lost and she said Yh and walked off no apology no nothing just carried on standing there playing with her hair and I said sorry where’s our mayo dips and she said something under her breath I don’t know what and rolled her eyes and gave us 3 mayo dips in a separate bag so we’ve now got 4 bags for two meals we sit down start eating and she’s calling our number again and looking at us so we go over and the bacon loaded fries and extra bag of chips she tried to charge us for and didn’t because we didn’t want them were in this bag and were like ok then I think her name was Lucy or something im not sure but what a experience that was the worst I’ve had 100% hopefully it’s just a one off as I never have any problems in there.

Awful, service. Issues with the map mean the driver hung around for 20 minutes at the foot of another rd trying to find an address which was t our own. I had to drive to find him and received stone cold food…

Everything is pretty much perfect apart from those stupid kiosk machines too many pop ups trying to upsell me like an early 2000s computer with a virus.

Every time I go in there they take forever to give me my food, having to wait at least 20 minutes every single time, better off going to the one in town

Kids were little loud, but can they do about it, food was fast and woroers were kind, fries were nicely salted and the halloumi fries weren't rubber like other places, 9/10 overall lovely fast abd pleasant

My order took absolutely ages to arrive and it was mostly cold partly because a bottle of cold drink was packed right next to the food and partly because of how long it took

Drive through is shockingly slow. Do yourself a favour and park up near the one in town and walk to get a burger because it’ll be quicker than waiting the 20 minutes that I just have,,,,,, with only 2 cars in front of me. Absolute joke

It took over an hour and all the food was cold.

Appalling service had to wait 15+ minutes for two large milkshakes and they weren't even busy! And when I tried to redeem a whopper sandwich by completing their survey I had to ask 3 people before they even knew about the survey and then they finally told me it wouldn't work because I had to buy a certain thing off the menu even though the poster said nothing about those items and just said I needed a receipt that proved I had bought something. Very angry and annoyed as the survey took quite a while.

Check your order; you wait 30mins plus and then half your food isn't in the bag. Utterly useless.

very very bland vegan plant based burgers beyond taste, the taste almost tastes like no taste other than biting into something, very very strange taste.

Regular fast food experience. Not the most attractive restaurant. Not particularly clean, not overly dirty. Seating available inside and out, not comfortable especially the bar stools which are particularly uncomfortable. Drive through available . Customer toilets, free parking and disabled access. The usual type of staff, not overly friendly or helpful, just there to do their job for minimum wage. Food was standard Burger King, no complaints. Although shrinkflation is evident over the whole menu. Smaller portions for more money.
