2 fries was missing and it was cold

The food arrived in a timely manner but it was stone cold.

Didn’t even give me my cheesey bacon loaded fried which I paid extra for

Dry, cold and not very tasty food. Delivery driver couldn't find us easily, selection box was soggy and all stuck together, ruined! Double whopper patties rock hard. Fries were like cardboard. Entire order was a complete waste of money this time.

Over 2 hours late, food came very cold, my 2 children were very hungry and by the time it came they was very overtired. Not happy

I am absolutely disappointed with the service that I have had today over 2 hours from the time I ordered the meal.

Said it was going to be 40 mins but was an hour and 15 mins foods cold

missing 2 items both chicken nuggets .chips were hard and cold paid for extra bacon and when I opened the burger it had 3 Tiny bits of bacon that looked like it's been scrapped off the floor asked for 1 burger to leave off lettuce tomatoes onion

Ordered for 5.30pm and arrived at 7.35pm. Food was nearly cold. onion rings missing from order

Delivery was good, opened my order to find that all the fries from each order, small fries, peppercorn loaded fries and the cheesy bacon loaded fries were missing everything else was nice and good just wish the fries turned up as paid extra for them

Food was stone cold and took 1.45 hours to get delivered. The driver must have kept the food in his car while he did other deliveries or it was sat waiting in the restaurant while he waited for other food. Terrible

Terrible! Rude staff, not enough staff, cold badly prepared food, dirty environment, and don't even attempt to use the toilets. Disgusting. Will not be returning to this branch again.

This was my 1st visit to this burger king. I'll deffo be coming back again 😁. I tried using the kiosk to save a bit of time but boy did it confuse me, I went upto the front counter and the manager in charge Ann asked if I was okay so I explained she was rather helpful, friendly, smile young lady.. She brought my food and drink to my table and made sure i had everything sauces etc. She made my visit very positive. 5****

food was good, service was okay, but waiting 20 minutes for two burgers and chicken nuggets was frankly unacceptable. service from ann was perfect, she seemed to be the only person working whilst everyone else stood around.

13-minute wait to get a couple of burgers to eat in, even though it wasn't busy - nobody in the drivethrough and maybe 5 tables were occupied. I chose table service and the server went to a different table with my food and then was somehow annoyed at me. Burgers were decent.

was told it would be delivered by 18.55pm did not get here till 20.24pm, also I was being told deliver was at restaurant for about an hour. when it finally arrived it was cold

They were very slow in taking our order. They seemed so disorganised, and people in front of us had to change their orders cos they were wrong. They only concentrated on delivery orders

first time trying dorrito chicken fries. coating was nice, but the chicken is like rubber. rest was really nice. and finally you do a milkshake. was delicious 😋

Honestly this is the worst fast food place in existence consistently. 3 members of staff stood around scratching their heads and then just moving the tickets around without actually producing any food. Absolutely chaotic. Food came 40 minutes after ordered, cold and disgusting. Would recommend visiting the refuse centre round the corner for better service and food.

What is usually a 5 minute journey with the delivery took 25 minutes. The food was cold. Missing from the delivery was: Diet Coke; 6 Chicken Nuggets; 6 Chilli Cheese Bites; 6 Onion Rings.

was told deliver between 21.05 and 21.40 and was told delivery driver was at restaurant from about 21.20 yet my order did not turn up until 22.10pm and was cold when it finally arrived

We ordered 2 meals and only 1 turned up. The bag was open and the seal had been broken on the bag. Now 1 of us doesn’t have food. Thank you for that

The chips were not hot at all I had to reheat them and the buyers weren't that warm either.

Half of the order was missing, I had very hungry kids with no food.

To be honest I am a regular visitor to Burger King. This visit was pretty poor, waited 10 minutes in drive through before reversing out, then went into store & waited another 10 minutes before getting served. A real disappointing visit, it seems to be getting worse, they need to sort things out.

What arrived was very good but the extra chips and Chocolate Milk didn't show, which was a pity.

Absolutely ridiculous waited over 1 hour on uber eats. Can't be that busy that my driver waited over 40 minutes whilst they was 'Wrapping up' just ridiculous.

Nuggets were rock hard, chips the same. Very poor.

never coming here again!!! food takes a ridiculous time to come(staff have no urgency and are stood chatting),always sat in the drive through for 15 minutes+ when i’m the only one waiting, they never get the order right,asked for 6 nuggets and got 4 rock hard ones, drinks had no ice and no straws so i waited in the drive through even longer to ask for straws and no one came back to the window so had to drive off.

Food was stone cold chips were dry old and stone cold. Delivery driver made 4 delivery’s before ours and still others to deliver so their food must have been cold to just awful and £40 down the drain. Mostly in the bin.

I ordered to eat in. 3 items on the order board before mine. Had to wait 15 mins. Not good enough. Was not busy at all. My chips were lukewarm. When I took them back, I was met with a response, 'I'm surprised they are'. The were binned and replaced. I won't be visiting here again. Staff stood around not busy. Dirty area in eating area.

I placed this order on Thursday and complained that only half the order came. It was cold and late and looked like it had been stomped on. I requested a refund after it was delivered and I haven’t heard anything from you. I’m absolutely furious with the service that I have been given. I would highly recommend that people don’t use this company

Food never warm, staff miserable and is mostly empty but the drive thru gets busy.

Delivery time pushed back constantly. Took considerably longer than initially anticipated. No easy option to cancel which I would have done. Really disappointing

I am not happy with my recent experience at Weston super mate Burger King! Service was horrible to be frank. I will be telling my Facebook group to never go to Weston super mare Burger King! Have been twice, both time waited over thirty minutes for food (when it’s very quiet).

So disappointed- ordered a family meal for 4 of us and only the adults food arrived. Missing 2 x chips, 1 burger and 1 chicken nuggets. Really spoilt a family treat evening meal. Really disappointed BK!

Haven't been to burger king in like 3 years now because of what happened last time with there food so thought let's try it out never again must say 😅 whopper was terrible beef was burnt and dry paid good money but the quality was poor should have asked for a refund tbh but couldn't be bothered and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there not welcoming the girls looked like they really constipated not welcoming or attentive at all

My local burger king! Food is always good quality, tables are always clean, and service is always great and friendly. Nothing to complain about here.

We attended the Burger King at flower down retail park BS22 8FD this afternoon Wednesday the 11th December. I was struggling with my Burger King up and a young lady called SUMMER helped me with it she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to advise me. She had a lovely friendly personality and I spoke to the manager explaining how helpful she had been.

all chips are cold, delivery made on a push bike in cold weather and cold drinks added to the same bag as the hot food

Was just served by Jake at the drive through and what a thoroughly nice guy he was! Perfect service and a lovely welcome personality (after my day of dealing with difficult people), he was a breath of fresh air. A credit to the branch i'm sure 👍

I feel extremely disappointed to do this because I know how amazing everyone is in this place and I don’t think I’ve ever had a moment like this. The service I had was terrible I had dirty looks from one of the staff Isaac my order was incorrect and when I asked for a straw for my milkshake I was directed to the straws which aren’t the right straws and rolled his eyes and walked away, not to mention when I asked for a lid he picked up a dirty one which was left on the counter and then handed to me

ordered food at 18:00.. delivery estimated at 40minutes to an hour... order updated to ETA of 18:45... at 18:40 order showed courier at take away.. at 18:45 order updated delivery time 18:50-19:10.. this continued to happen 18:50 it changed to 18:55.. order finally arrived at 19:10 stone cold. no napkins provided or straws for drinks.. absolutely awful experience..

Been here 4 times and every time food has taken absolutely AGES. The screen to monitor when orders are being prepared and are ready has no relation whatsoever to how near ready food is.

For starters on Saturday evening they had one person making the burgers. There were at least 8 people there. Excluding manager. Place was dirty, untidy, dirty tables, stuff on floor for you to slip and fall- makes you wonder how clean the food is. When asked how long will it take after waiting for 10 ish minutes, person asked said they don’t know, because they don’t know how to make burgers. 🤯 The burgers took 18! minutes to be done. Not really fast food, is it. And then they came burned to charcoal! See photo and that’s the better one. The other one was pure charcoal. Inedible. We returned it for a full refund. Fries were acceptable, but bland. It was a crappy place before, got better for a moment, now it’s worse than before. We won’t be coming back. Avoid.
