Domino's Pizza - Wallingford in South Oxfordshire

The pizzas are good, but if you live at RAF Benson, you're screwed. They used to have drivers that could come unto station with a pass, but the last couple of times, they've sent foreign drivers with no valid ID. I can't always pick it up at the gate, and now I have to cancel my order. Sort yourselves out, Dominos!

Normally great, tonight however no. Walked in all 3 staff were stood on their phones clearly not caring what soever someone had walked in. The lady gave me a look like I'd just interupted their break time. When questioned about the news article stating the Garlic sauce dip has been recalled and if its ok to eat they answered me like I was an idiot. When asked again to try and get a sensible answer instead of blank faces and a "errrr no" the woman then pointed with no words to a sign with the products that were being recalled and my dip being one of them. Crazy back to pizza cafe for me

I am a regular customer. While the pizzas are usually good, there are some days when they fall short, possibly due to untrained kitchen staff. Additionally, when I’ve called, the staff hasn’t been very helpful and they don’t automatically inform about the offers or deals.

Apart from the fact that it is expensive, we have ordered on Uber eats, still nobody 45 minutes after the estimate time, we had to go there, the pizza was ready but the employee told us that we were too close for delivery. We had paid for delivery and were not reimbursed, a shame.

Ordered a pizza at 7.30pm and on tracker it still says preparing!? (2hrs) I’ve tried to call the store and it’s like they answer but makes a funny beeping sound. 38 weeks pregnant and STARVING! Update - it’s 10.25pm and I’ve still not received any food.

Order from here and gave me α bad stomach was straight on the toilet.

Ordered a build your own pizza, chips and ice cream today. Order was time specific. Order arrived 10 - 20 minutes early (good thing I was in). And even though it was early, the food was cold. Chips were the worst I have ever tasted. Pizza, though cold, was passable. I don’t know why I keep wasting my money on this dreadful organisation. The Ice cream was good - Magnum - so nothing to do with Domino’s (thank goodness)

Every so often I order from dominoes because I'm not feeling like cooking. It's dominoes so the quality is standard for any dominoes...expensive but i know this so can't fault them this shop for that as the food and price is the chain. However delivery I can fault them with. we ordered last year and the delivery driver took over an hour for the delivery and the person in the shop was rude when we phoned to ask where our delivery was. So food was cold and soggy when it got here. I thought I'd chance it again and same thing again. The lady on the phone wasn't rude this time. Chips were completely cold. I was asked if i wanted to send it back but that would be another wait so I declined. I dont think it was the drivers fault. I was told I was the last delivery.If they have lots of delivery's they shouldn't try to do them all at once and should instead just put the waiting time up online so food does not get cold.

Just ordered tonight, one item forgotten. The gentleman on the phone sorted it within half hour everything was sorted and more, he was fantastic! Spot on guys! Thanks so much.

I really do NOT recommend going here. Without fail, your order will be wrong. Either something will be missing or part of the order will be incorrect. Each time this has happened, I’ve complained to them — and all they have offered me is 50% off my next order. Which is available on the app anyway…seriously, don’t order from here. Or if you do, at least make it simple so that the staff can’t mess it up.

Order never turned up and the fact it’s £20 for a pizza is an absolute pisstake Never again

Awful pizza , only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because of the fantastic service from the delivery driver. I believe his name was Gav, considering he’s not from round here my came super quick even if it did taste like out of date school dinners from the bins.

I visit a lot Of places like this, and this one, never let me down, very kind personel and always quick, what alse I can ask for? :) very good! And most importantly tasty...

Cheeseburger pizza is amazing and always open late.

Either don’t do delivery, or have sufficient drivers to make your deliveries on time. Taking the money for the order, then delivering 45 minutes after the start of the delivery window time shows a complete lack of customer regard.

Better than usual Domino's I've had. Papa Johns better though.

Used to order quite a lot .. not because the pizzas were great(pizzas are overloaded with sauce and not enough ingredients and don’t arrive hot ) .. simply ordered because where we live the delivery charge was 99p and was convienent… now has Been upped to £2.99 in less than a year so will not be ordering again .. fuel prices have finally gone down and you up your delivery ? The prices of your pizzas are already ridiculous for the quality of your pizzas.

I didn't buy anything. Because they have decided to go card payment only. Yet another corporation showing their support for the digital enslavement of humanity. The day will come when these greedy and evil people will pay for their transgressions toward humanity. For a long as they accept card payments only, I will discourage ALL from going there.

Took ages to come and was luke warm. Would be good if they added more cheese on their pizzas

Ordered pizza online. App bugged out and order went through as pizza without cheese. Was surprised when I went to collect. I noticed the mistake and manager helped to ammend the order with another pizza with cheese this time. Very grateful

All I wanted is the £5.99 medium pizza with 1 toppings as garlic butter ( so it is basically a garlic bread) but oh no they can't put that topping on it. But you can order a normal garlic bread for £4.99 but half the size. They are just jobs worth people working in there as there is no reason they couldn't of done that as a topping as other stores have done it.

Very frustrated! Ordered off the app, two pizzas and two sides. One of the pizzas had a long hair in the dough, and the other pizza had barely any cheese on it, too much bbq sauce. Very difficult to eat. Rang up the store and spoke to someone who passed me to a manager. He dealt with the complaint very well, explained that they’d remake it and we’d come and pick it up. They threw in a bottle of drink on top and an extra side. When we got home.. the bbq pizza was exactly the same, have had to leave 3/4 of it as too sickly! Normally amazing pizzas made from this store, but in one night, both times they were wrong. When you’ve spent the money and already complained once, you’d hoped the second time it would be better :/

Food cold and undercooked. Tryed again and was abit better (15/07/22) still under cooked and wasn't even cut. I hate to say but I think more training is need, as had a pizza on holiday in Burnham on sea and has gotta be the best domino's I have ever had (07/07/22)

Terrible service. Pizza took an 1hr13mins to come despite the app saying 21-31mins. Pizza is stone cold. Tried ringing the shop after an hour. No answer. Wont be using this place again. This isnt the first time either.

A driver for this business cut past and across my moving car in order to head into the parking area behind the store. In doing so he missed a pedestrian crossing the main road, another pedestrian walking across the entrance and nearly created a major collision. There is no clear way of making meaningful contact with either Domino or this store. I have HD video of both the incident and then the driver later with the vehicle. He will not have forgotten the incident. I am happy to discuss the matter before someone is hurt.

My daughter and wife went to Walliingford Domino’s to order some pizza but their experience was very bitter this time specially Customer’s services from the lady was very rude and no manners at all.

If I could give this business zero stars I would.....absolutely disgraceful service and professionalism.....ordered a pizza and 2 sides at 7.10pm....told 45mins....arrived at 8.25pm!!....called back to complain before arrival and was offered £10 refund....then when food arrived, it was stone cold.....called back and asked for full refund....was met with and I quote " well I've give you £10 back, so you want me to give a full refund and you keep the product?".....yes mate....I've ordered the food, paid for a service and it's not as expected....I need to reheat it in an oven to get it to be edibale......"well it is cold you cant eat and I've given you £10".....had to end the conversation due to being disgusted and angry.... Please please please do not use this inept and unaccountable service....I informed them I would right this review and he literally didn't care... dominoes disgrace and you should look into this branch!!!

Called to change something on my pizza the second I'd ordered it. They took so long to answer the phone that by the time I got through they told me it was too late to change. Very disappointed. Then when I did get my order it was wrong so they offered me a £15 voucher, which I never received. They are either useless or con merchants. Either way, I'd get your pizza somewhere else. I only put one star because that's the lowest it would go!

They forgot a chicken dipper side dish and when we called to ask them to deliver this missing part of our order we were told that they were too busy to deliver. I also found a black hair in my wedges side dish. AVOID.

Efficient and friendly staff. Food good and hot. Didn't have to wit very long for it to be ready

A bit slow getting delivered but it was a friday night. Can't fault the delivery guy was very apologetic.

Always underwhelmed with their pizza. Lacks taste and too many gimmicky topping combinations. Always go to long-standing local independent take-away. Their pizza is light years ahead of this junk

It's a Domino's, same as all the other Domino's. The crust is usually over floured, and sweetened and they're open till 11 so good for fast food. It's only small and as of 2020 they're only taking card and you cannot order in person it must be done via the app

Not Good Pizza's, it's that simple and the staff need to smile more. Their is a Superior Pizza place in Wallingford, it's up to you to find it and You Will...👍

I asked for this pizza to hurt and it did not disappoint.This pizza is still punishing me an hour after consumption and I imagine it will continue to do so for the remainder of my life, however short that may be now.

Really the worst domino's iv ever had the wife has just picked up are dinner and not even the kids will eat it. Wallingford branch need to sort it out last time I was in there the staff where really rude and pritty much had no people skills at all. The food was bad that time but put it down to a one of. Heard loads of bad feed back about this branch. ( sort it out)

Took ages to make then the crust was the classic crust instead of think and crispy as requested. Then the pizza had a smell of old teabags which was apparent to everyone we asked to smell it. So we never finished it.

The staff and the management are just plain awful! I worked as a driver at Domino's, with my car and my gas, they considered giving me only 80p - 1£ is a fair payment for 1 delivery, a delivery that they charge the client with around 10£. I deeply regret working there. Pizzawise, sometimes tasty but everytime very greasy!

Although our pizzas arrived cold, the staff members and manager were more than helpful - the order was credited and staff very apologetic. I would order again based on the service.

Ordered pizza then had a phone call saying it’s either a 2 hour wait for to drive down and pick it up. My autistic husband went to pick it up and it was luke warm, dough balls were just soggy pieces of grease and I was missing cookies and they could only offer me £15 off my next order! I’m fuming please don’t use them! Use pizza cafe instead they are cheaper and much nicer pizza the staff and manager at Dominos are a joke! And have no regards to customers! ***AVOID IF POSSIBLE***

Good pizza for a reasonable price of you collect, this branch is great the staff are polite, the whole shop clean, and the pizza always good and not greasy.

Waited 90 minutes for a Pizza. Would not order from here again. Better off using the Pizza Cafe

Great pizza from here, but why oh why do you keep putting menus through our doors in Berinsfield when you won't even deliver here!!

The worst takeaway I've ever come across. I placed an order which they said would be ready in 20 minutes, only to be told when I got there by a very rude member of staff that they'd cancelled the order as they'd had another similar one a few weeks ago that hadn't been collected. I don't get how that's anything to do with me or why they'd cancel my order. The store is also filthy, it doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. I'd definitely recommend avoiding there, you might not even get given your order if you place one!

Terrible. The order is never what you ask for and always a let down. Bad customer service, go for a take-out from THE HALF MOON in Watlington, really great pizza and worth making the effort to collect, you always get what you ask for without any attitude.

What can I say, it's Domino's and it's great!

If you want a pizza, Pizza Cafe is the way. Local business and the pizzas are a lot nicer. Staff are great too.
