Domino's Pizza - Todmorden in Calderdale

Got a pizza and side last week, 40 mins late and stone cold. Dominos said I can have a free order, same amount next time.tried to order it. No record of previous arrangement. Bunch of liars

Delivered frozen chips. Not cold. Frozen... Edit: Pizza also not cooked...

Typical dominos - nice pizza, pleasent enough experience. If your after a fast pizza delivery this is your spot... if your after quality or dining in then there are other spots in todmorden far superior.

So nice i could easily go back for another ! Excellent, plenty toppings and an ultra thin and delicious base, fair prices and the best in town !

When it first opened it was spot on, it has since gone way downhill. Wait for delivery is always over 1hr. Last time I ordered they forgot part of my order and when calling they said they'd send it straight up, 40mins later still not arrived so called back and they used the excuse the drivers car had broken down yet when he eventually arrived he was in the same vehicle he originally delivered in. Most the time the app states it's delivered when it isn't and when I quiz them on this it's the same excuse of systems being down. Literally sat here waiting for delivery, been 1hr 15mins and the estimated delivery stated 36mins. It took them 25mins just to accept the order. Service is below par and I suggest you pick up if you want your food in a reasonable time

We had food ordered and it was superb, fresh and piping hot and was delivered in 15 minutes by a very friendly young man. Excellent service would definitely order again.

We ordered from this Domino’s for the first time last night. Collected the pizzas about 15-20 mins after ordering through their app. Pizzas were lovely. Hot and loaded with toppings. I thought they might skimp on the toppings because it was the cheap midweek deal but no (Papa John’s did that to us once). I can’t speak for the delivery but 5-star experience for collection.

Absolute disgrace 3 hours for a pizza and when it turned up it was cold. Spoken to the manager called Alan who offered free food next time I ask him for a refund and he said no my food took 3 hours to come came cold and still no refund absolute joke I have 4 kids that were starving waiting spoke to them 4 times were they lied on 4 occasions saying driver would be 4min when the driver came he said only got given this job 10min ago absolute disappointment I want to speak to somebody from domino’s in order to retrieve my refund

Most of the food arrived ontime. I phoned about missing part, told it would be on its way and never turned up. Won't be returning here again. Wedges and cheese were burned black. Disappointed kids and wasted hard earned money.

Extremely friendly and helpful service, specifically the person taking our order. The food was hot fresh. Overall the best service and food I've had from Dominos by far. I would definately recommend this Domino's, at least if your ordering in the place itself, as I can't speak for delivery.

Over 2 hours and still no pizza. Tried calling and was told they only have one delivery driver so god knows when the pizza will arrive and what state it will be in, it’s been out for delivery for over an hour so it’s definitely not going to be hot.

Waited fifty minutes, to be told that they had cooked a pizza wrong and it would arrive later. Phoned twenty five minutes later to be told that it had still not left the building and it would be another twenty minutes. No apology offered. Refund requested. If you are hungry I would try elsewhere

I am so disappointed and ashamed of this place! I placed an order, and as it was about to be delivered, received a phone call that they sent out the wrong pizza, so were sorting this out. An hour and a half we waited, so I called and they reported that it will take some more time. Absolute joke! I asked for a refund due to being lied to and given false information. Do not order from todmorden dominos, they do not know what they are doing and incompetent at providing good customer care!

Disgusting customer service food came completely cold and food was missed off the order

Ordered a half and half pizza and chicken strips with wedges, one half of the pizza was supposed to be texas bbq yet it was mighty meaty with some bbq sauce! There was no peppers on it or onions very disappointing, And the chicken strips and wedges was under cooked all food lukewarm!!

Ordered online and after a few minutes got notification that the pizzas had left the restaurant. 6 minutes drive according to Google maps took almost an hour. Lukewarm hour-old pizza is not acceptable. Complained to Domino's through the complaints process and was promised a response within 5 days. That was over a month ago and nothing. I will not spend anything more here.

The pizzas never seem as good here compared to other dominos I've been to, not as many toppings, sometimes you seem to get an old/cold pizza and pizzas sometimes looks like it's been thrown about. Every time I've visited it's been 'OK' and I bemoan my laziness that I didn't just order from Woody's and drive down Last time we ordered, a large pizza was missing from the delivery, told the driver who just shrugged and said you'll have to ring the shop. After getting a half arsed apology got told it would be sent straight away. It took half an hour to arrive (only slightly less time the original order took to arrive) I rang several times to check what was happening and was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. The driver eventually arrived and got lost, so I had to go searching for him. Got another half arsed apology, original food order was cold, no money off, no free garlic bread etc to say sorry and again as above the pizza was 'OK'

Really enjoyed my pizza from Todmorden store and when I entered you could hear the whole team laughing which gave it a warm welcoming. Should do bigger portions of strippers 14 isn't enough :)

Extremely good service, the man taking my order was very courteous, exemplary manners, great experience, I'll use this outlet again without hesitation.

Little surprised at some of the reviews. Tried here for the first time tonight and can’t fault it. Collected by car, so didn’t even have to leave my vehicle. Nice bloke called Matthew came out and gave me the pizzas. Got them home, both piping hot and tasted great.

Ordered a pizza at 19:31, its now 21:22 a s my pizza has been out for delivery for 45 minutes. I live a mile away from the actual shop. When ordered it told me between 23 and 43 minutes for delivery. Called the shop and spoke to some bloke who didn't have a clue how to access my order to see where it actually is couldn't actually tell me if it was in the shop or out for delivery. Absolutely useless service

Do not buy from . They send wrong order blaim you . When u know what you ordered . Just coz there driver got her job wrong . An put you on loud speaker 4 all staff to hear you an all laughing in background... Never shop there again you will get ripped off.. taking this to a higher person to deal with .

Battling to get a refund. 6 emails later, still not refunded. Phone line isn’t recognised either. Very very expensive for no difference at half the price in the local area, won’t be using again.

I almost died eating this pizza, it burnt a hole in my throat and I had to call an ambulance. Tasted OK whilst I was dying. 3/10

Delicious! Not usually a fan of dominos but you guys smashed it.

Its a brand new domino's !! First night it opened It was Super Super busy Me and the misses both got one the next day and it was gorgeous piping hot Not greasy A perfect 🍕 !! And the potato weges were hot! Hot 🔥 we will definitely be ordering again when its made like that 👍
