Domino's Pizza - Stoke-on-Trent - Abbey Hulton in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered about 2 mins before they closed online and when I got there the guy was literally just waiting for me all packed up, lights off and ready to go home. And he still smiled and was friendly when he gave me my pizza. How decent is that. I would have been fuming with me.

Orderd food. Took my money. Didn’t deliver. Rang back a bunch of times too see where it is, but with no answer. It’s only 10pm so they are not shut. What a joke.

The food was great, and the service even better, my son loved it, thank you guys, we will definitely be back.

Pizza was piping hot but it may as well be called a tomato pizza, there was barely any cheese.

Ordered a meal. Spent around £40 and they didn’t deliver the kickers combo which are now an eye watering £10! Rang up they said they would deliver it straight away, 30 mins later still hadn’t re-delivered so I rang back to cancel them and was told it would be refunded. Only refunded £6? Are Dominos that hard up that they have to rip customers off? The fact that we had to mess about because they didn’t deliver our full order is ridiculous. Will not be ordering again. Very unhappy and have absolutely been ripped off.

Shocking service. Very unhelpful. Not the staff but the assistant manager who I have their name. If the area manager reads this and wishes to discuss please contact me. He lost a big order tonight because of his unhelpful attitude.

Disgusting service by shannon who put the phone down when I asked for the area managers contact details as I am not happy that the website is still taking people's money for deliveries knowing they cannot deliver . Website is still allowing you to order food for delivery they then take your money under false pretences FRAUD as they know they cannot deliver your order. To be told by a stroppy girl who's words were uhh and ok shug. I kindly asked her not to call me shug she told me it would be 5 working days for a refund. What a laugh. How do you explain to your children they carnt have a takeaway as the company have taken your money . Disgusting . In the end my partner went to collect it . Only because I have paid for it I will not be using this service again and would love for the area manager to contact to discuss his staff as they deffinately need training in customer service . She would not give me there details as they said it was DPA dont think so . If you ask me they all need to learn how to do there jobs . Beware of this shop and staff

If I could say less than 1 I would. Worse Domino's I have even eaten and wouldn't order again or recommend. if you like the thinnest pizza dough then this would be your pizza, if not avoid

Hello, i was just letting you know that a member of staff at your workplace was in his uniform near the building, unfortunately i could not see the name tag clearly but it started with what looked like an A. He was smoking what seemed to be cannabis, i felt that this is a bad influence on the company as i have my own business and would hate for one of my members of staff to do so. thank you.

Placed an order at 10.30 yesterday for a pick up.. got my order home and thoroughly enjoyed it I ate the garlic bread two slices of pizza and two of the cookies . two hours later I was throwing my guts up chronic pain the rest of the pizza is left

Pizzas were cold when delivered . However a fews days ago we went for collection and the pizzas were piping hot and delicious. So I would give 5 stars gor collection.

Dominoes reminds me of a mcdonalds the more and more you go to they are pretty much consistent Uniform in all the food Its a well oiled system and franchise Know what you are getting Dominoes is a treat for us and always recommend This branch in abbey hulton is as i expected great taste and cooked the same Thanks for a great meal Look forward to the next order We ordered online and collected not done this in a while normally order to the door which is quick as well

Very expensive - £21.99 for a large pizza??

Good quality pizza delivered within the time they stated. Always happy with the food I have from here. A little more expensive than other takeaways like the kebab house type place, but definitely worth paying a little more . Safe doorstep delivery where the food was place on an upturned crate that the driver brought with him . This was better than other places that have literally handed it to you and are stood a foot away.

7.50 pm order placed. 8.25 pm ''out for delivery. 9.05 pm no show, phone call made! (Driver could not find you, wrong phone number). Gave correct number and another driver was on his way. Stood at front door for 30 minutes, two cars passed, never slowed etc and no phone call. 9.35 pm phoned again, sorry!! we need a contact number for you for the driver... Did i not give you that 30 minutes ago?? waste of time, refund.

Ordered a small margarita pizza with 2 sides and half way though wating the pizza I see 2 bugs stuck into it!

Superb pizza and way more delicious than the Hanley one. I got the chance to live where I can have both delivered, and I always go for the Abbey Hulton branch. Never faulted me (except once, but it’s okay) :-)

The food is 5 star but the customer service just needs to be a bit sharper !!! The lady who served me was accommodating but found it difficult to understand me. But she was polite and courteous. I would recommend Domino's Pizza in Abbey Hulton because it's good quality food, excellent prices & good offers.

Always a quick, friendly service and I've never had a bad pizza. Large car park if you're collecting and they always seem to have a good variety of offers on.

Open till 3am . . . . .but not open . . . .and rude staff cause apparently the door being open means I should know they are shut. . . . .

I'm discusted with them my order arrived at 12 midnight after 3 hours waiting stone cold and missing 2 items I rang up was told I would have the value 30 pounds of what I paid off my next order when I rang a few days later apparently there was no record of my Complaint by a very rude employee, I will be attending the Abbey Hulton store tomorrow when the manager is In.. Very poor service

Great pizza, best value is gained on Tuesday though as there is the two for Tuesday, otherwise the pizza is just so overpriced compared to other pizza places.

Paid by card on internet, they took the money out of the account, claimed the was a problem and it would be refunded in 7 days and cancelled the other. Dire service would not use again. Idiots.

Service used to priority for any business... these people need to learn how to run a business.... the 1 star is for answering the phone at least they got that right.

Received wrong ordered rang up and they resent it and it didn't take to long but shouldn't have got it wrong in the first place how much it cost need put more effort in to it charging them prices.

Got my pizza after an hour, I called to make a complaint, the guy didn't know what to do and promised me a call from his manager this morning... Guess what I haven't received any call at the time agreed. Very big thank you for being unprofessional and giving the blame to the staff. 1 star is far too much

Carry-out pizza place, usual Domino quality.

My daughter is a coeliac and has to have glutten free. There is no cross contamination; I have watched them process the order myself, so they are thorough. The only thing my daughter complains about, is the fact that her pizza goes cold extremely quickly. I'm guessing that's to do with the pizza base.

The staff can't Park properly and take up customers spaces

The worst delivery service I've ever seen in my life !! Ordered 2 pizzas around 8pm and still no news about it on 9.50pm . More than 1 hour later, a Domino's pizza car stops by my flat.... to deliver 1 pizza to my neighbour. When I ask about my order to the driver, she tells me that an other car will come in a few minutes. She was right, but the car just stopped for a few seconds and went away ! Luckily I was to pay only at the delivery. No more comment I don't want to use any bad words here.

Love domino's which ever you go always get good service. But advise looking on the Internet for voucher codes or asking the staff what's deals they can do. They will always do something.
