BAD CHOICE. Been a regular for many years and food use to be above average, they a everything refitted and it looks top knotch, the food was amazing, crispy chicken, tasty burgers, donuts that make your mouth water, and then something changed on the last few orders and the food was really greasy, thrown together, missed items so we tried other place for a few month until a friend said chicken pieces was so crispy so I thought it changed back and how wrong I was, burger and bun burnt but onion rings soggy and under cooked, On a positive I didn’t order much and it was worth the risk to find out if that crispy chicken was really back, I wouldn’t recommend even to friends.

Ordered came sauces missing said would send straight away live 2 mins away if that they then send sauces 20 minutes later with a cold bottle of pop to go with the cold food niceone won't be ordering again

Stopped ordering from this outfit, food is mediocre but thought we’d give it another try. 90 minutes later food still not here same every time won’t bother any more

If I could go gave 0 stars still would have been too many food was cold and tasteless. Chicken tikka kebab was tiny salad consisted or half and onion 1 slice of tomato and a pinch of lettuce chicken was over done it was genuinely horrible I will not wast money at this place again such a shame as they used be brilliant

Ordered regularly from here but definitely won't be ordering again . Despite the poor quality of the food that was delivered the attitude of the employee on the phone was abrupt and dismissive and although I made a genuine mistake on my ordering naan instead of rice , the other meal was poor no added sauces or salad and when I called the emphasis was on my mistake and not theirs. I can understand mistakes but it's how you deal with them that matters . The first meal was replaced with a half portion.

So ordered two kebabs a pizza and a lamb tikka paneer curry. There was a mix communication on the order and they put mushrooms in my curry instead of one of the kebabs. I called them to explain what had happened there was no question part from apology. And they wanted to deliver me a fresh curry straight away even tho I had collected. So just like to say great service and THE BEST LAMB TIKKA PANEER in stoke you would not believe a curry as good as that from a kebab house. The lamb is so tender well done boys. Oh yeh tue kebabs are unreal too 👏👏👏

Absolutely shocking again I was told it was good after 10 years when I watched them do naan breads with cats round their feet messing about with food So I listened to my friend an still disgusted Rang up didn’t giv a hoot Please don’t use this bell hole Think I found a toe nail too

First off another houses food was delivered, rang the restaurant and spoke to someone who seemed very dismissive and rude as they just hung up the phone. After a 10/15 minute wait the delivery driver came back a dropped off the correct order which was stone cold, which was a shock as I asked the driver if the order had been recooked as not to wanting the one that sat in someone elses house which seemed fair. I haven't eaten any of the order as it was so cold. The whole experience was miserable!!

Left there nasty hair in my meal when rang up complain they said better meal next time. Dirty place

Food is ok for a takeaway. The driver is always pleasant and food normally delivered in around 1 hour or sometimes less even on friday or saturday evenings. Unfortunately on 3 occasions recently now there have been items missing from the order. This time a portion of chips Last time a garlic roti bread and before that a garlic bread. I can understand a one off but 3 out of the last 4 deliveries is not good enough. Not only have we paid for food not received but on each occasion the missing item was integral to the meal ordered. Will not be ordering from here again as i cannot trust the order to come complete.

Ordered food waited 1 hour 30 min for it got told on 2 phone calls different stories after waiting for the food asked to cancel order with refund and was refused food then toke 7 min to get to my house no help from shop will be reporting to council and advise stay away from this shop

My first meal from here, on a friend's recommendation I am very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Delivery was excellent. Driver was very polite and courteous. Certainly somewhere I will be using again. 5*

Horrible!!!! I think the chips were cooked then just kept getting warmed up , weird texture , the chicken donner was very fatty it all went in the bin

Delivery takes a while so I recommend collecting, other than that, the food is good and customer service is good.

Food is very tasty but I'm sure they have no idea on how to read additional details every time I order I request salad and not once have they ever got it right frustrating

Had an hour timer and last 3 times its ran out and ive waited an extra half an hour on top of that, ive been going here for years but their standards have dropped dramatically. shame as their curries are nice... Update.... Had a pizza and a value box and it was beyond greasy, the pizza was dry and tasteless, and some onion rings that were all flatted together and soggy.... this place has really gone downhill, its taking them an hour to deliver everytime now..... sad times edit: edit: Last couple times have been ok again, curries are always tasty and portions always a good size!

Used this place for many years and no matter what I order its always world class. Arrives quickly piping hot and always delivered on time . Delivery drivers always have a smile. Without doubt the best take a way food in Stoke-on-Trent.

Had food from here last night, nothing like I usually get when being served, not as good as usual, all cabbage and onion in the salad no tomato or lettuce, plus the price has gone up in 3 months to approx £8 each, for a garlic nan bread sandwich with chicken tikka, lamb and salad. Big jump from £6.50 each. Not amused at all.

Only just started ordering food from here, due to being told about it from a friend. No problems since we started ordering, and food is always lovely and hot and delivered on time

Well over an hour and half wait again for average food. Used to be decent. Gone right downhill. Lost a long time customer tonight boys. 😠😠😠

This is about the 3rd time they have taken over an hour to deliver when ordered 1hr 30 mins still not arrived yet. In fact your better off phoning kfs.. . Update food never turned up

Usually food is lovely not ordered for a while . tonight the curry was cold and tasteless we did order a mild curry but it was totally flavourless the chicken kebab was dry and burnt and way to spicy the Pitta bread was torn and soggy just really disappointed

Absolutely loves these guys! Whenever I’m hungry (obviously) and what I fancy they will help me get what I want to the best they can. I’ve never been bad or regretted an order far from it.... 1st number on my takeaway list! 100% in biest and I’ll take the e mail contact questions to back this up.

the other day you cooked me that walrus person from 2 years ago he was the nicest tasting walrus i have ever had i made him into an amazing kebab and it made my toes tingle i sat on your spinning seats and eat him a bunch of twelve year olds came into the takeaway and ordered pizza they ate the pizza and said it was nice so i guess i will have to give you a 1 star rating
