Grillaz ST1 in Stoke-on-Trent

Lovely, friendly girl dropped off a perfect breakfast in excellent time! Lovely tasty food and incredibly hot and well packed! Will definitely be using Grillaz again!

Delivered food to the wrong address after 1hr 30. Didn't offer a refund or to redeliver, we had to knock on neighbours to find out where it had gone.

Small portions, uncooked food phoned them to let them know and was told there's no manager for half an hour somebody would ring me then but never had a call back

Always polite and friendly staff , food is bang on and of highest quality although delivery can sometimes take a little longer than average its worth it for the quality and freshness. Good value for money and generous portions. Can defo recommend this place.

Got to be the worst breakfast I've ever had.. everything was just rammed in the tub looked a right mess and to top it off most of my tomatoes were already out of the container thanks to the driver.. will never order from here again disgusting went straight into the bin no impressed!!

Delivery service is shocking, had to wait all together 2 hours for my food, 1 hour over the expected delivery time. Absolutely shocking.

Food took an age to arrived. When it did it was cold. Portion size shocking but on this instance a plus side as the food was terrible. I won't be ordering from here again. Yuk.

Don't order from here I rung it at 12 and it didn't come till after 2 the food was cold we had to throw the food away .

The food is fantastic, really tasty and cooked to perfection!!!! However i think you need more staff or drivers first 2 times we ordered it was 1.5hrs before it was delivered and this time it was 2 hours meaning our breakfast came at dinner time.

Waiting over an hour an half twice I've ordered and thos has happened. Forgot my drink on one occasion and never replaced or refunded. Get your act together. Now wont give me my money back as I've cancelled it!!! Avoid.

will never order from here again, waited over 1 and a half hours, rang up they said the delivery driver was 10 minutes away but i live 5 minutes away and thats walking so got a refund.

first few times I ordered from here, food was amazing. Really annoyed though because the last couple of times I’ve called to order food, I’ve been told they’re not taking any orders because they’re backed up. Wouldn’t be as bad if they just said we’re very busy, there’s a wait on food, but just turning away my custom. I’m done with this place now. Won’t be bothering with them again.

Terrible service. Claim 1 hour delivery but they actually mean over an hour and half. They don't mind if you have plans and don't care to keep you informed of the delays. Won't be ordering again!

Terrible service. Quote 1 hour for delivery and then make you wait over 1 hour and a half. I called multiple times and they said they were waiting for a driver, leaving the food lying around waiting. Very disappointing and seems very disorganised. Wont be ordering again!! We had plans and we were told that because it was made we couldnt cancel the order despite them not fulfilling their side of the bargain.

Foods always cold and late do not order omelette literally a large fried egg ruff used a few times never ever right order how is it so hard make a sandwich or a full English and take over an hour and half

Unfortunately cannot say that I was overly impressed with the quality of the food or the condition that the food arrived in. The mushroom were dried out and looked as if they had been sat on a sun veranda for a few days. The cheese in one box was a half melted mess and I ordered 3 oatcakes, only to recieve 2. All meals arrived cold.

Awsome Food Awsome Staff Need i say more would recomend the pizza deal if you go the pizzas are wicked and for £4.50 with chips salad and a can of coke what can you moan about.
