Good quality food but portion size is poor

I've been going here for over 4 years since I moved across the road from them. I won't go anywhere else, I love the currys, kebabs and much more. The food is always hot and fresh. Staff are great. People rate other take aways in the area. These are the best.

Waited over an hour on a Monday. Ordered a piri piri wrap with fries. Wrap was as tough as leather and the chicken could break your teeth!

Unhygienic, handing raw meat and wiped his hands on his clothes and touched cooked food, after plus surfaces, no hygiene in the shop at all. The 3 star food rating needs drastically reducing

Delicious food. Delivery takes a while but all food is cooked fresh so in my opinion well worth the wait. Will order again and they have an app to help in ordering.

This place is a joke ordered kebab and chips waiting 2hrs only 1hr over what they said so must say was getting fed up by now rang up ohhh it's on its way waiting and waiting then it came and guess what it's freezing cold what a joke but not all bad because went to nidge kebab house and they did a bagging takeaway and it was red hot so massive thanks to nidge kebabs for sorting this useless job out what chilli Jack's did

Waited 2 hours, food came had to warm it up, missed items off order, wouldn’t order again. Manager seemed lovely tho

Chilli jacks is definitely one of the better take aways around meir ways easy clap. Bossman is friendly and jacks piri piri meal boxes are banging.

Had from here a few times now and thought would be a good opportunity leave a fair review! Well where to start? If ya like and half decent burger without paying 10-12 quid then chilli Jack's is the best, delivery takes a while but I guess you cant rush perfection!

Had a takeaway the other night which included a cheeseburger and fries. On first glance it looked and smelt quite nice, it tasted fine. But a day later, I was throwing up, coughing so bad you would think I have lung cancer and aching all over like I've just done 10 rounds with Rocky. Will not be ordering from here again, that's for sure

Very poor service. Order came wrong and when I rang up to complain they were very rude on the phone saying the order was correct. When I pointed out that the order was clearly wrong, the guy on the phone accepted that the order was wrong but stated that I had to pay again for the correct meal?? Before anyone from the takeaway tries to comment on my review saying this is not true or I am mistaken, the person who answered the phone WAS 100% RUDE AND 100% DIDN'T CARE ABOUT CORRECTING THEIR OWN MISTAKE. This is not a false review and I have got the correct takeaway, Chilli Jack Meir.

Terrible!! Ordered a large kebab and was a meal the size for a toddler. Part of the order missing too and asked to pay again !!! Avoid if you want to eat. Would rate it 0 if i could

Order regularly, nice food and good prices

Well first time ordering from them and let's say I won't again the prawn cocktail was good but my chips and burger was stone cold ended up giving it the dogs and even they turned the nose up on it and took a hour to get here when I live 5 mins away

Right okay boys it’s James from mollison road I don’t know where to start here my recent meal I had not good doner meat is cold I’m not to sure what happened to the chips they tasted like they was stood the only thing that I enjoyed was the burger come on boys I didn’t want to leave a one star I wanted to be given the full 5 I want my meals be bang on cause paying £14 and it’s cold isn’t good really I will have in the future but if this happens agen I will have to go elsewhere

Took ages to arrive. Called up to ask how long the order would take. The staff were rude. Had stomach ache all night and the next day.

Great food, the staff are great guys and the food is awesome, the £7.60 value box is awesome, 10 mini chicken fillets, mild, medium or hot hot, chips, donner and salad. Bargain

Used these for over 10 years but never again. Placed order on line for delivery at a certain time. When it was 20 mins late rang to be told well its out for delivery. 10 mins later, now half hour late order turns up with not even 1 word of apology. On opening the food was cold and one of the kebabs was wrong. Whilst having to reheat the food I rang to complain and was met with someone just trying to talk over me. I will admit I was pretty angry but was only trying to explain how bad the whole delivery was. I rang off and was rung back with the sarcasm of have you calmed down now. Folks you can make your own decision but we shall not be spending 1 penny more at this place.

Had food ordered a takeaway from chilli Jack's tonight only to have a 2 tubs of beans with black mould inside. Never going there again 👎

I've been ordering from here for years and it's generally been good, however the last couple of meals ordered have been tasteless and the chicken has been tough and minimal. I don't know if they have lost their usual chef, but it's just not nice anymore.

Having chosen my item off the menu a (tikka burger and fries £4.10) I went to pay only to be charged £4.70. When questioning the employee he said did you not read the hand written sign below the menu stating some prices have gone up. I suggested updating the store signage and leaflets was the correct way to go about it before any price increases were made. I feel they just make a price up at the till, as the sign does not confirm how much each item is increased by. This would not be acceptable in any other store so why does a takeaway think it’s ok? As for the food the burger was very dry and the meal certainly wasn’t worth £4.70 as a result I won’t return.

Used to go here a lot but the food started going down hill it started tasting horrible and dirty and driving past I saw a member of staff walking through the kitchen blowing his nose were the food is prepared so germs!

They always look after us here. My missus swears by the fried chicken. I have a vegiburger. The fries are sound, and so are the milkshakes. Wouldn't mind trying a pizza in the near future.

They sell Rio. Truely the best takeaway in the true heart of Alderney Edge. Tip of the cap Jack

Requested tomato relish, mayonnaise, chilli sauce and extra chilli sauce but unfortunately got none of them. Just doner meat and salad.

Order from here about 2 or 3 times a month. Never had a bad meal from here, and the pizza in my opinion are excellent. Could be kept a bit cleaner, impressions count.
