Terrible! Massala was a tomato soup! Nan bread vile! No complimentry sauce or popadom

Food quality is brilliant always exactly what you ask for delivery is on time n good value always and drivers are very curious and polite

Ordered chicken bombay walla, there was no chicken in the meal at all, just uncooked potatoes. This is the second time this has happened since the change to city flame. Not good enough, how on earth can you forget to include chicken in a chicken curry ?

Food was terrible. Been using this take away since I moved into the area about 10 years ago. Up until the end of 2022 the food was lovely. Had a bad take away a few months ago, and then again the other night. Chicken Tika Masala was horrible tasting and not as smooth as it used to be. Pretty watery actually with lots of oil floating on top. Nan was undercooked and really doughy. Never used to get an upset tummy from this place, but sure did after this one. Won't be using this place anymore. Whatever you changed, why break what wasn't broken???

Wrong order delivered half of the food missing . Sweet rice instead of pilau rice . Kashmir kebab full of oil no salad . Would never order from here again appalling . I’ve been having from Agra for years obviously they’ve been taken over has the food is disgusting .

Burnt chips soggy Nan bread ..yuk

The worse meal we have ever had from the Agra in 30+ years, not what was ordered tasteless rubbish, raw naan bread. When contacted the person on the phone was rude when told about the problems. The food was put out for the foxes & they turned up there noses. Lost a longstanding customer & numerous recommendations !!!!!!!!!!

Incorrect order received. Sauce missing leaving a curry unedible as it is dry without the sauce and unable to contact the restaurant as the number privided online does not exist. Ordered via foodhub and even they could not contact the restaurant. Will not he ordering from here again.

Has Agra changed ownership???? I have ordered takeaways from Agra for as many years as I can remember. Our latest delivery was very disappointing, poppadoms were tiny, keema naan had a smeering of keema in one corner, keema rice was very different and again had hardly any keema in it and the dishes tasted very different

Lovely meal couldn't fault it at all meat very tender and very tasty curry had a lamb rogan josh and lamb madras and delivery person very polite prompt delivery will definitely use again

Average food for non vegetarians .Vegetarians please don't even think of ordering anything from this restaurant.

I've been using the Agra since 1987, it's mostly been ok, apart from the odd cold chips, soggy poppadoms, wrong orders etc I've been mostly tolerant because my friend works there, I've spent over thirty pounds there tonight, I've had an omelette in my biryani, my mushrooms were bland as, when I rang up to complain, the person on the other end of the phone gave me loads of attitude and was very demeaning and told me that I don't know anything! At which point I said I thought the customer was always right, or at least commands respect, I'd just paid thirty odd quid! His response was "yeah, alright" then he put the phone down on me!! That's really the way they treat a loyal customer of 30 plus years.......I'm fuming!

I have been eating here since moving to the Potteries in the late 1980's. The finest Indian food in Stoke, I've never had anything that wasn't delicious.

Have always been very good, delivering great food which is fresh and hot. The food is usually on time and tastes great.

I ordered Chicken Paneer with rice and a portion of chips for just over £10. The delivery arrived 15-20 minutes earlier which was great. Boiled rice cooked perfectly, chips were hot and perfectly seasoned with salt + vinegar. Many takeaways are soggy. Chicken Paneer was amazing, large chunks of Chicken, perfectly spiced, minimal oil. Cheaper curries tend to be very oily. I was also given free Poppadoms that I was not expecting. The woman who delivered was super friendly. You can see why this takeaway has so many good reviews. I highly recommend! 10/10. Can't we wait to order again.

I have had chicken tikka balti from all over the uk in my job as a lorry driver over the past 25 years and never had a better one yet. I take them home to morecambe 6 at a time and freeze them. I discovered agra by chance. Glad I did.

I don't recommend the chicken tikka masala (it was more like chicken in tomato sauce), nor the chocolate cake (super dry and very little chocolate). I do recommend the onion rings, those were really good.

Regularly order chicken tikka masala on a nan and have never been disappointed! Best in the business!! The staff are fantastic also.:)

Always order food from here and its always really tasty

I ordered from here for the first time I ordered the food for 9.30pm And it came on time and food was nice and warm like it's just been cooked The sheekh kebab was out of this world It was beautiful and rich in flavour The lamb and chicken apna style was so good I haven't got words to describe it The price is reasonable other than that Next time I want a kebab and a curry I know where to go.

Had curry not very nice always had from here but won't anymore naan bread was soggy like wet dish cloth looking forward to.it very disappointed waste of money

Ordered chicken tikka jelfrezi with spinach, Madras hot. Curry came quick, however, the curry had LOTS of scrambled egg in, no heat, no spinach and was inedible. Very disappointed, it has ruined our friday evening.

Food always fantastic service brilliant, always very helpful. Have never had a bad meal and always recommend people to order from them.

No longer go there food not up to much so not a lot to say!!
