9 of us ordered 4 large pizzas and I wanted to congratulate the managers/staff, as they only managed to mess up 4 of them. Good job guys

Its bloody awful! Its a simple pizza, and EVERYTIME they find a way to mess it up, the staff are nice, but the staff need retraining

Ordered 4 items 2 didn’t arrive when I called was told (by the manager) I would be refunded they took my details said refund was never given. It was only 2 sides but that’s not the point. We were on holiday so didn’t bother chasing it up

Big shot out to the Domino’s in Ryde, did everything they could to help when the order was wrong. Even though it’s the weekend and in the current circumstances, they rectified the order very quickly

Very disappointed in just how sloppily ingredients seem to have been chucked on a pizza. The ‘quality check’ part may have been completed by Stevie Wonder. First dominoes for a long time and last for the foreseeable future.

We ordered from here and had the food and we walked over to collect from the local hotel we was staying at, it took about a hour to get ready and cooked, when i went to collect it looked as though it had been sat under a hot lamp for 45 minutes of that hour!Poor customer service when i informed about it

We save up all year for our lovely sons birthday treat - we look forward to it more than Christmas dinner. It never disappoints with delicious pepperoni and the best hot wings this side of Shalfleet - they have even stopped Olives - boy how we hate Olives. The pizza arrived bang on time ready for empty tummies. Well done Dom and all his Nose. Can't wait till next year

it honestly was just terrible, i do not understand how this place continues to run with the service it does, rude staff who all seem to be stoof around swearing

So the pizza arrived burnt and looked like it had been cut by an oraguntan with cerebral palsy. Half of my garlic bread was missing guessing the driver got hungry!

I called to order for delivery I couldn't hear a word the man was saying to me nor could he hear what I was trying to order due to all the screaming, swearing and shouting in the background i asked if all the noise was customer's or staff the man replied "no sorry it's the staff been rude" I asked if they could keep it down so I could complete my order and they replied with even louder swearing and shouting.....I was not able to compete the order as the man clearly couldn't hear what I was asking for so I told him not to worry .....the staff down there clearly need a manager that can keep what sounded like feral Animals under control..... definitely won't be getting food from here again

You SHOULD know what you get here, its all mass produced etc, but the quality of the food and presentation of the product is just depressing

went in to order pizza for takeaway, there must have been about 5 or 6 people making pizzas, but no one seemed assigned to the desk, eventually one man came over but was not too familiar with the till and we were almost over charged, Pizza cooked in good time and tasted good at a good price.

I have tried dominos several times as my children like pizza but on every occasion it has been cold, greasy and just generally really poor quality and value...staff are alway nice but the food is awful...i will not order from there again.

Great pizzas Although one did seem slightly under cooked however did have a nice amount of toppings on the pizza so very enjoyable

Ignored when we first went in, a ten minute pizza order took 25mins, ending in a 5 minute delay to pay because the server could not open the till. Despite calls to help to the back of the store, to manager I assume,nobody was interested in helping.

If you have been to one dominos you have been to this one, you will be ready for the quick conveyor belt food style this place has, essentially ran and staffed by children

I picked up a few pizzas here and the staff seemed rude and ignored me as i stood there waiting to be served!

My friend and I have just ordered from here by phone, and are appalled by the service we have received. I have never encountered such rude people In my life and will be following this up with the head department. Firstly, a young boy answered the phone and rudely answered a query my friend had, so we phoned back again later to place the actual order. This time, it was another man who yet again seemed to have missed the ‘customer service’ training before starting the job that he quite obviously can’t handle. My friend asked this man the same question as we had been able to swap sides in deals many times before, this resulted in us being able to hear the young boy in the background say ‘I’ve just told her that for God’s sake!!’ My friend was appalled, and then was accused of swearing at them when she wouldn’t dream of it. I said I was unhappy with the service we had received and he said he was unhappy with us also. I’m sorry but what part of ‘customer is always right ‘ do they not understand??? Dominos you need to stop hiring half brained employees who can’t get the job right. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

I can’t see the attraction, I have had a home delivery several times and found the pizzas to be average and nothing to write home about. I also think that they are quite expensive when you can buy a frozen one which in my opinion is just as good.

Have used ryde dominos a few times and never had a problem. Food always comes hot and fresh and the driver is always friendly and polite. Can't comment on the shop staff as we normally order via phone app so we can track the order.

They are usually one of the late places to order food when the rest of the restaurants have closed their kitchens. They deliver too!

Parece que depende de mes por mes. Semana a semana.. . Qué servicio! . Pedí un sustancial orden esta noche. Nuevo orden equivocada. Mi pizza hijos está mal. . Por eso es enorme. un malestar para el resto del año. Aunque tenía peldaño para ellos para completar el orden correcto! ! Todavía estábamos esperando 45 minutos más tarde. . A pesar de 2 llamadas. Que me iban a enviar pizza correcta y lados caliente! ! Hablé con dos miembros diferentes de personal que no tenía idea de lo que estaba ocurriendo. Pero me dijeron que lo invite a al gerente después pedí un reembolso completo! ! Ahora tengo que lidiar con un niño con hambre, que estaba buscando malestar ganas de un regalo. . . ! !

Ive never placed an order for delivery and for it to be wrong so many times, 9/10 orders are wrong and contain things ive not asked for... the staff have poor customer service skills and the delivery staff say they have no change to be able to give a £5 note for change?I will never order from here again

Was not happy with the service. Ordered online to query a deal I didn't get, which was the 2 portions of cookies for £5-50, but I was charged full price for both..first I was told I was wrong, then whilst they were discussing it amongst themselves I could hear everything being said! Two particular things were "I can't be bothered with this" and the other was "really, a refund for £1-48, well she will have to wait 3-5 days" You might want to put people on hold before you start talking about them!

Every pizza we have had from here has been fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The dough tastes good and it is typical American style for pizza, not bad though. You can order online or in store. Quick service, polite staff.

We ordered two large pizzas and were told it would be 45 minutes wait. It arrived after an hour and 15 minutes. Both were warm and not hot even though we live fairly close by. The toppings we also a little on the stingy side. Nothing special. The delivery guy however was very polite and friendly.

My wife and I had been out for the day and were staying at the near by travel lodge and just fancied a take out pizza each,popped in to dominoes to have a look,it seemed busy and very clean and tidy.We were acknowledged straight away by a very helpful and friendly young man who went through the best options and choices of pizzas,we ordered 2 and waited for approx 10 mins and I was even told when my order was due by the manager which I thought was a nice touch..I know take out pizzas are not gourmet dining but these were really tasty,fresh and good value.Would recommend this place.

Having been Hugely disappointed the day before in Bendula which came as a top place to eat in Ryde we thought no stick with what you knowso we took a Domino takeaway back to our Hotel. The young man who served us was Informative told us about an offer that wasn't listed. advised us on sizes costs was so prompt efficient Very helpfulyou could see people working clean fast tidy workers Was Delighted with the best meal we had on the island well done all

Sort it out! Literally waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza, ridiculous. I don't understand why/how it needs to take that long to deliver a pizza! You need a new manager!!

Just read previous reviews and many sound the same, and the issue doesn't seem to be sorted. Ordered at 16.05, called store at 17.30 to chase the order and informed "they have staffing issues and it's just coming out of the oven and will be with you by 18.00". Arrived at 17.55! Same story different day, as had this problem before, but gave them the benefit of doubt. NOT AGAIN!We didn't even get the offer of a discount or jesture of good will. Food ok.....

Have stopped using Dominoes as I have had to wait over 2 hours for my pizzas and when you call to chase they give you the same answer that its on its way and that they are short staff I appreciate that everywhere has staff shortages but surely they have back up staff to cover in an event of sickness etc???? Perhaps they don't look after their staff well?? Any way I have also a couple of times received the wrong orders and have ended up with nothing as you can imagine if it took 2 hours for the pizzas to arrive then find they are the wrong ones you give up the will to live :-( so got a refund instead. They need to sort themselves and their staff out and then perhaps I will return to them one day.

Ordered a takeaway from these, It was cold, all the toppings had fallen off. I threw it away and now boycott this pizza delivery.

Visited this site whilst on holiday. Food really great - the best dominos food in a long while. Only downside was staff. No greeting on arrival. Hardly a word when taking payment or giving out food. Needs to improve in this aspect.

Yes we had a family gathering and ordered pizzas etc and they were excellent and with sauces the different choices and quality was very good and delivered very promptly

usual dominoes we collected but it was ready as we had pre orderednot the smartest of dominos but the food was okshame they did not have any chicken wings at all but it was christmasnot cheap even with special offers

Ordered 2 pizzas at 18.30 last night (10th Oct). After several calls (they hung up on us once) our food arrived at 21.40. Customer servise was awfull...... thet just kept saying "sorry ..... wer'e very busy tonight" Phoned the store manager today ( 11th ) with no offer of a refund or discount etc. He couldn't give a t^&sRuined our daughters 13th birthday sleepover with her friends. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered on a deal two for one ! Picked them up and no problems nice and hot when we got them home. Toppings OK pizza was covered. Enjoyed them

Not the sort of person to leave a bad review being in hospitality and a head chef myself... but been disappointed time after time with this place.. I'm currently writing this review whilst been stood outside waiting over an hour and a half for our order, just two pizzas and garlic bread.. before this matter we have ordered twice online and done the spend £25 offer to get free ice cream, to find out they didn't actually have ice cream at this store. I rang the manager and he said he would speak to head office to resolve this issue.. since then I have been offered a free meal to compensate but have yet to receive this as I've been passed from manager to manager for the last two months. Nothing against dominoes and I hope this store resolve the apparent issues and do well in the future.

Appalling telephone service after waiting well over an hour for ONE pizza during a very quiet lunchtime period!. The person receiving the call was utterly clueless of the most basic of customer service skills, after telling me that the pizza had been cooked but are now waiting for the driver to come in to deliver it.!!. I was then told by the manager that they couldn't authorise refund for over 2 hours!!, I was then called back by the store / shift manager that they will cancel the order........ no mention of the pizza being delivered with a refund until I stated that I wanted it , not even an apology at any stage for their pitiful and dreadful customer service . My advice is go in and order a pizza in person so that it may actually remind them of an order to process!!!. My advice to Dominos is invest in some training development of the most basic customer service skills or simply recruit people who care about their work and the values of good customer service!!

We ordered 3 pizzas over the phone to be collected by my husband. For starters I couldn't believe the price and that was with one pizza being free! £32 I thought was a bit steep. I asked for a gluten free crust for mine and emphasised the gluten free repeatedly as the guy read my order back to me. I slipped into the conversation how nice it was to be able to buy gluten free pizzas now and not miss out on take away night. My husband picked the pizzas up, they were ready for collection at the said time. And they tasted pretty good, we all agreed. Unfortunately for me I think Dominos need to work on their cross contamination, I have no idea where they prepare their gluten free crusts or how they cook them but I was very ill the next day, I know the signs if I've eaten gluten and I'm really careful, so it could of only been the pizza. The pizza it's self was pretty good but not worth two days off work and the lose of pay.

I must say, I was shocked! We often get a pizza from this establishment but I have since decided otherwise. We were starving after a training session and my family were in need of food fast. We were driving along and decided to order a medium meat feast thin and crispy pizza. Guess how much? £18.00!! What! When did a bit of dough and tomato sauce get into the realms of fine dining? I said "you are joking right? Did you hear what I asked for?" He had! My gawd, I am in the wrong business!

Pizza's tasty and they had a good deal when I was there. I did not have to wait for long and Domino's are just about opposite the hotel I was staying in.

We don't have take away Pizza very often but when we do we're always VERY pleased to use Domino's Ryde. They are quick and efficient and even though we live on the outskirts of the town our Pizzas have always arrived as promised, hot and with a smiling delivery driver.Furthermore, the Pizzas have always been what we asked for - being veggie that is particularly important.Very happy with Domino's Ryde.

Can't get a simple order right. Was then told they would deliver forgotten items within 20 mins with a complimentary voucher. 45 mins later, called to be told that we chose vouchers instead of our nachos. Absolutely appaling service. Save yourself and drive to Newport instead or relying on these jokers.

Collected a pizza - told it would be a 10 min wait - turned into 25. Seemed to have no system for orders, I could see our pizzas packed on a shelf and ignored for 10 mins until they finally gave them to us. Your supposed to be providing a FAST FOOD service.

Dominoes pizzas are lovely and filling. They are full of flavour and are generous with the toppings. The only down side is the prices are very high.

Thats what makes the difference x a perfect pizza, while the toppings are the same worldwide in Domino's, the dough of Ryde Domino's must have been prepared every day cos it has the perfect crunchy/softness. Awesome!

Life is just too busy sometimes and you just don't have time to prepare anything when you're going home late and just needed something to eat. Thank you for Dominoes you can always depend on it to deliver. My friends and I usually get together during the week and pizza is always a part of it. It's quite straightforward when ordering and best of all they deliver!
