They refused to serve me a meat pizza with vegan cheese! I have milk allergy, and I was told I can only have the pizzas with vegetables if I want vegan cheese! Shame, you lost a customer who was very happy with you before!

Ordered 2 large pizzas (chicken feast and half&half cheese and sos and hot and spicy)and 2 sides, very disappointed when they delivered, I can count on my hand the pices of chicken and mushrooms on the chicken feast and the paprika and jalapenos on the hot& spicy, is this a joke? I have paid £35 to have 7 or 9 pices of chicken on the large pizza? I should go to ASDA and get pizza from there, will cost me less and I would have more toppings on one of them then on them 2 large pizzas. That was my last time ordering from you guys, seriously shame on you! If I didn't have 2 hungry kids at home I would have returned it!

I had a very bad service today. I made an order via counter. I ordered buy one get one free for medium pizza initially, and I was asking one meateor at first and then vegi supreme as the other. Then because of the £2 pound difference I have changed it to a large size. Just saw that they gave me 2 vegi supreme instead of 1 vegi and 1 meateor when I reached home. When I called them, they just denied that I ordered a meateor.and was not polite at all. He told he didn't hear.. he was chatting with another guy at work during the time I was placing my order and didn't repeat my order details during the payment, if he did instead I could have known it in the first place.

AVOID THIS STORE If I could give less, I would. Been waiting on a refund now since 27th Feb (a month) every time I call its the same excuse about apparently the refund just hasn't been put through and they'll "check with head office". Sick of calling and waiting to get my money back.

Ordered a pizza on the app for collection with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. The one they had extra nothing. The chap who served was the most apathetic, indifferent dominos staff member I’ve seen in 15 years of ordering from dominos by far. An embarrassment to the dominos brand. Shocking.

I have been ordering Pizza from this place for many years. Over the period of time the quality of the food has been deteriorating a lot. Ordered 2 pizzas today. The bread was so hard to bite. Very disappointed. I do not think I will be ordering again from here.

There are only a few seats and one bench, so ‘atmosphere’ is not really a valid thing to assess

Fantastic experience. Ordered some pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. Easy to order. Updates on the app and I went to collect and it was ready pretty quickly. The chap in the store was police and curious. Lovely pizzas. Thank you 🍕

Tried to call and discuss a discrepancy with my order and all the guy wanted to do was cut the call stating he's busy. Attending to a paying customer on the phone isn't important it seems. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. I was completely ignored and two people were served before me who entered after me! No acknowledgement or apology. Avoid and save your money instead of spending it on over priced pizza 🤔

Located in the Retail Business Park, there is plenty of parking with no issues. Service is professional and friendly, and the staff are helpful/ Food was ready on time, and super hot.

Domino's isn't what it was. A tiny strip of a single piece of cheap chicken glumly adorned each slice and the additional ingredients were pretty scant. The "absolutely banger" was made up of cheap meats and both pizzas were very disappointing and vastly overpriced. We won't be back on the basis of this experience...

Well giving it the benefit of the doubt as it is a dominos but all three times the same experience, on the App it states the food is delivered and am still waiting 30 minutes later!!! Considering this place is less than 10 minute drive away ( small kids can’t get out to collect this is why I pay for delivery ) they struggle every time and when you call always same excuse traffic? As I said it’s 1 road and about 5/10 minutes max!! So here’s to the 3rd time we’ve had to have cold pizza

we gave up waiting after calling 20+ minutes and status being listed as delivered after an hour - it was delivered 30 minutes after the status said it had already been delivered. Food was just about still warm, but won’t be ordering again

I thought all Domino's pizza's were supposed to be made equally but this is certainly not the case. I've just moved from the South Coast and my local Domino's down there, the pizza's are in a different league compared to the 12 inches of bland, below average, s**t I got given from here. So disappointed because I love my Domino's or unfortunately now I am living here, loved Domino's.

Conveniently situated in the retail park, means getting there and parking is easy. Plenty of staff so you're not stood around for too long. Communicate clearly and well. As for the food, it's Domino's. It's the same everywhere you go. Unless you go abroad

The first review I've ever left, but this is needed!! The amount of times the food turns up cold is getting ridiculous, but what's worse is waiting over 2 hours on a few occasions, and they ignore the phones, you have no idea whats goin on, the progress thing in the app is never right, never using this place again!!

Absolute carnage honestly waited over 2 hours for delivery ended up haveing to collect my self I wasn’t the only one too they didn’t have clue in there !!! Had to take my child out in his pjs affter bath to collect when it was ment to be delivery I am fumeing with this place !!

No customer service when you collect and when we ordered for delivery it was late. Use a different branch if you like dominos or try papa John's in town.

Absolute joke, put in an order for delivery, waited 2 hours and eventually had to go and collect it myself, nobody answers the phone and when I went in there was someone stood right next to it doing nothing, complete letdown, will never use again and I would recommend nobody uses them if you actually want a pizza to be delivered, if I could give lower than 1star I would

The last few weeks/month service has been very poor, we order once a week every friday/saturday and I can understand if they're busy but every time it's been a 1h30m+ wait for just a large pizza deal and we're only a few miles away. Tracker is useless and pointless, when calling the store every time I'm put on hold for about 5 seconds and then told can you wait 10 minutes? I appreciate if there's a lack of drivers/you are busy but this isn't good service especially for the price you're paying for this yummy treat.

Typical Domino's. Server was very efficient and advised to get the cheapest deal. Lack of dining in and physical space inside was of some consequence.

Need to properly advertise your closing times. Confusing, 3 different times. Didn't get my order because of this.

Have been 15:55 to ask for personal Pizza for 1.99 but lazy staff said its too late. Not first time they ,turn, me around when I asked for some ,promotions, etc. You coming there and they smile only when they turn you around. Rly serious people xD

Wow. The customer service was an absolute joke. The guy who served us, ‘Alex’ literally made me lose my appetite and I was starving minutes before I walked in. The guy has a serious attitude problem and actually managed to ruin my whole day. Imagine being greeted by a miserable foreign ‘Kevin’ from Kevin and Perry. That was him. “What do you want?” with a death stare that made me think...have I done something wrong? He even rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to repeat the cost of the whole order. The guy genuinely looked like he wanted to spit in my face. Meanwhile the rest of the staff were huddled at the back chatting, and everyone just staring at me. Really the weirdest feeling ever. Anyway, yeah my order came out wrong so ask for a refund and left.

Very unhappy.... I placed an order online for delivery and on the tracker it said it had been delivered yet no one and come.... 45 minutes after that my pizza came freezing cold!!!! Never going here again.
