We had a lovely meal - the food was really nice and the service was great. Will was a lovely waiter who was very helpful with our little one. And Harmonie at the bar was great too - especially when I absent-mindedly walked off without waiting for my drink! Love that it has soft play too. Lovely family place!

Stayed in Premier Inn next door. Food was excellent. Steaks perfect. Erinn and all the staff were friendly and gave service with a smile!

The food, the beer, and the service were excellent. I was really impressed with this venue, especially with the staff running particular, which stood out by the name of Harmony. Who had always made sure that we enjoyed our visits. Tyler, who served us, was very attentive and understanding of my needs as a wheelchair user. The disabled facilities are pretty good as most of this venue is on the ground floor . The food was so good I'd finished the first course before I could take a photo

Coming to this place very often and it always is the best atmosphere where to spend my time with family and friends. The food is great and little ones love the play area!🤩 Also, the staff is fantastic and the bartender Agness is the best. Always smiling and making ordering easy! Highly recommend ❤️

first time going to this brewers fayre and safe to say i was blown away at the overall feel of the restaurant and the service i was provided. a young girl, erin, helped me and my husband with everything we needed with a big smile on her face. big respect to her and the others on shift.

Went for Sunday carvery. I’ve never seen such an awful looking dirty carvery. Most of the dishes were empty or cold. The roast potatoes were inedible. Surely the point is to refill things before they become empty. Especially when the place was half empty. And the waitress was more interested in telling other staff how hungover she was. Soft play area good but had a bad smell and was very dark.

Absolutely dreadful breakfast. Black pudding was like mush. Sausages were like bricks. Coffee was disgusting Won't be coming back. Avoid this place like the plague

Mid day meal at a very quiet time. But the staff were still very helpful. Easy wheelchair access also very welcome after the shopping crowds earlier.

Terrible service, poor food as only a limited menu but what we had was not good. Tables were never cleared. Room was cold as windows had been left open. We won't be going back.

Waited 45 minutes for starters. Had to clean my own table multiple times to make space for meals and desserts. Guinness and other beer tasted flat and off. The gravy on the Christmas dinner was too thin, roasties were very dry. Incorrect meals and missing food items for Christmas dinner. (seemed badly organised). Although the staff were polite and did their best i believe training is needed or more staff ready to go.. I shouldn't of had to clear my own table at the price point given on Christmas day. Disappointing low standards for christmas day... Im being highly critical as i expected better.

Pretty much the whole menu is unavailable, I ordered steak and only after I had ordered did they come out and say they have no sauces. Staff look miserable and atmosphere is dead would not reccomend even for a funeral

After booking a table for 6 people at least a week before . After being seated we were then told that there was a very limited menu. Not impressed

This has to be hands down the worst food I have ever eaten. Went for a Sunday roast and it was absolutely terrible. I think they should change their trade to shoe makers, because the leather they served for their roast, would probably last for many many years if they were made into shoes instead.

Great customer service especially Ryan who was nice and helpful to get me to order my own pizza half n half. Definitely recommended

After waiting for 30 mins for our food order we were dismissed with a food usually takes 20. - 30 minutes comment (not advised at pos) and that it would be out in 5 as they were busy (where?!). Eventually arrived 43 mins after order taken. Fish and chips were lukewarm and we had to ask for the bread and butter to be told it was extra… yes we paid extra. This arrived with dry bread and hard butter after another wait.

Wow this place has changed (for the better) just HAD fantadtic service. In my hotel room the menu was different from pub, they very kindly honoured the reduced price. Great customer service from the manager. Also the lady who served me 'Tiff' was fantastic and offered great customer service. WELL DONE!

Food wasn't hot..and lookd like it had been sitting under the lights for ages..wasn't impressed one bit..staff wasn't any better !!! would we go again definitely NOT !!!!

Food and service are fine. HOWEVER, I don't like having to register my car to avoid a fine because their parking is controlled by cameras. Not my fault that they don't want gypsies or lorries around.

Great if you have young children as free small, soft play area. Usually good quality of Brewers Fayre. Food is good and reasonably priced. Wheelchair access and accessible toilet.

Arrived with my 6 year old son on a Sunday afternoon to an empty car park, restaurant and 3 people stood in the queue for carvery to be told as we hadn’t booked there were no tables for us! My son was disappointed however off we went. I looked on the website to see if it was possible to book a table and guess what - I could have booked a table!!!! By this point I was P’d off so I left it but wow never again.

We have just stayed at the adjoining Premier Inn . We had a lovely evening meal and a great breakfast. The place is bright and clean with good service. Tyler in particular earns a mention. He was working night and morning shifts and was very cheerful with it. Seemed to be constantly keeping things going so our special thank to him and all at Brewers Fayre

Went for breakfast, food was great, a bit of a queue for coffee but it's no problem. For someone who is lactose intolerant, they provided alternative milks which was nice to see. Google maps won't take you to the car park though so we had to figure out the way to actually get there.

Very slow service, only saw 1 person working there for the first 30 mins of being there , got fed up of waiting to be seated so walked through asked lad behind bar if we could get our own seat, other ppl was getting frustrated, toilets not in use , no other staff seen even a hotel worker went looking for staff to help serve at bar . Food came out by a waitress who had her tummy hanging out of her shirt , atmosphere was dead ,

I feel for the staff, who we're very nice and tried their best. Wednesday afternoon/evening and the kitchen could not cope. 90 mins for my food to arrive and I was alone, there were people with children waiting longer than me!! Zero value for money, 26 quid for starter and main (calamari, then smothered platter) and I was still hungry, I don't really have a big appetite!! If it wasn't for the decent breakfast and contractors like myself staying over I don't know how this any many other Brewers Fayre would survive. Improvement needed!!!!

It took nearly an hour to get this tiny £15 burger on a quiet Sunday evening. It tasted nice enough. I reckon as long as you come for carvery you should be ok

Friendly and prompt service. Food was pleasant, I believe we ate it all so not bad at all. As others have said the portion sizes from the main menu are minimal, which is annoying considering the cost of ingredients is small compared to the cost of preparing. The "Loaded Nachos" for example are almost fully unloaded, although tasted great. I expect they hope you'll be leaving room for dessert, but they've paired it back too much. We would go again, but won't be rushing back.

We use to like it here but the food was dreadful £12 for 8 chips and a curled up peice of pollock and a spoonful of mushy peas and a dried up bit of lemon the whole meal was bad but being a brit we never complain won't be going there again in a hurry and they have change the menu to foods you could cook at home nothing special

Portion size for £13.99 burger not worth it and when asked if the deal for 6pm could be honoured to me as I ordered 5 mins before 6 I was told they couldn't do it. This should have been told to be before she took my order. Not a great service received.

Great place for a big family breakfast 10-13 of us regularly go. Nice food selection, am surprised with little extras they will do if you ask. Some of us ask for poached eggs and porridge and they do help Better than "it's just there help yourself"

Stayed at the Premiere Inn next door and had breakfast here. Nice, hot, buffetstyle breakfast. Plenty of choice, freshly cooked.

Lovely meal. We use to eat here alot and after several experiences stopped going. But it looks cleaner and fresher once inside. The food you couldn't fault and the service was spot on. We will be visiting again soon.

Stayed with family (wife + 2 boys) at the Premier Inn so bought the evening meal deal and breakfast package. Eldest loved playing in the soft play and blowing off some steam after a long car journey. He has a lot of allergies but I cannot praise the team enough on how they handled it. Everything was well organised, information easy to understand, the staff were attentive and it was actually easy to find something to eat. Peter was great and very empathetic; definitely went above and beyond to deliver great service. Thank you.

Was here last week. Really nice feel to the place, unusual for a Brewers Fayre. Although a couple of questionable other diners, food and staff were fine

We arrived at around 9am, it wasn't too busy. There was plenty of hot food on the counter and was frequently replenished swiftly when items got depleted. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. There were plenty of pastries and cereals available for the duration of our time at Central Park.

Lunch stop on way between Peterborough and Kidderminster, knew where it was and that it served all day. Nice starter and then curry lunch, but had to go and forgot my pud that I'd paid for! I'll be back!

Restaurant was very busy yesterday for Mother's Day. We had a mixture of kids meals, served main and carvery. Served food came out hot and well presented. Carvery was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Recommended wine was lovely. Slight downside was that children's desserts took a while to be brought out, but once served were enjoyed by the children very quickly.

Very disorganised across the service sector from ordering to service of food. Mother's Day and my parents had finished their carvery whilst we waited an hour from ordering for our main meal. 10 minutes wait for desserts

Avoid. Came in here with friends before a funeral, got treated like absolute dirt by the female manager. Passive aggressive behaviour, making us feel guilty for having to get our sauces/cutlery. Whole atmosphere was incredibly awkward. Whilst I was looking at children’s toys she sarcastically asked ‘what are you doing at the toys machine sir? You know they’re for kids right’, smirked and walked off. She honestly couldn’t help herself. Saw us walking out respectfully and didn’t say anything - pretty cold, especially if you plan on taking kids there. Don’t work in hospitality if you’re not able to stop your bad day rubbing off on others, especially paying customers. Basic manners and being treated like human beings go along way.

Nice Place To Eat By Yourself, with Two Of You Or The Family. Tables Nicely Spaced Out With No Pressure To Eat Your Food And Then Get Out. Good Food At Reasonable Prices.

We do come here regularly, the food can be really tasty but sometimes we've been when it's not very busy at all and there's still a wait on fresh food to be put out on the buffet. But the food is generally good and prices are really great, just under £20 for breakfast for the entire family as kids eat for free! Can't really grumble at that. Also a play area to keep the kids entertained.

The food is lovely the staff asleep very helpful friendly and nice. It's a lovely place to eat any meal or just to enjoy a drink

Often use Central Park with family and generally have a pleasant experience. We visited this weekend and had a wait of over an hour for meal. Kiddies meal has been kept hot so beans were crusty. There didn't seem to be enough staff working which is a shame as prior to this I have never had any problems.

Went yesterday for my birthday, arrived at 6:15 ordered by 6:30pm, food arrived after asking twice at 7:45. Food was poor for me and kids, no services given, anytime asked something was given attitude and when went to pay, was told by staff that reason food was bad was 2 chefs walked out and manager was doing the cooking, but didn't tell us that there be delay not allowing us to decide if we wanted go somewhere else or not. When we raised our issues no apology, 100% would never go back and would recommend staying away from. If 2 chefs have walked out during a shift says everything

Need to correct the opening hours, as i arrived around 9:45pm to be disappointed, turned away and told by bar staff that the pub is now closed at 10pm Mon-Thurs ?? Despite that it's a good all-round family pub with a hotel connected. Good selection of drinks and food. TNT Sports. Pool table, (although in need of some new pool cues!!). Two adult gambling machines. Kids indoor play area, some kids game and toy machines. I think the car park registration system is a bit poor because there is a maximum stay of 3 hours, meaning if you're wanting to leave your car overnight you risk getting a fine, unless you are staying in the hotel or ask the staff about leaving your vehicle. A few nearby shops including Aldi.

We had a family (25 of us) Xmas dinner on Boxing day. Food, good for the price. Atmosphere really, good 😊 service was amazing considering how busy it was. They need more staff, the ones there never stopped, but we didn't have to wait long for anything. Really impressed. We will be back there again.

On the 19/12/23 lunchtime Waited 2 hours for Christmas meal. Not a single person told us why the delay....

Couldn't fault our little family meal last night. The staff were hospitable. The food was nice and on payment we were even prompted to use a discount if we had one (we had a blue light discount). They didn't have any hot chocolate and had run out of new potatoes for one meal but provided mash instead, which was fine

Place looks nice but very dirty seats and tomato ketchup on the salt pot .cappuccino from machine only lukewarm. Food nice not large portion tho

If you have a van don’t bother They all get broken into 4 vans all got done in by ripping into the side door

Just off junction 1 of the M6 , great if you don't want usual services rush,rush,or fast food, next to Premier Inn, nothing not to like! Plenty of parking too .

Came with family to celebrate my 60th birthday, booked it weeks in advance, we were made to feel so welcome, bar staff and servers were great, efficient and proffesional, they were. all cheerful and chatty but still very proffesional, this is the second time of late that we gave had family get together and service was exactly the same, we have 2 grandchildren with us and they just love the play area. Convenient & convivial location to meet, just off M6 J1. Food choices are good and well prepared. Order at bar when ready. Plenty of free parking, controlled by ANPR cameras initally for 3 hours but extendable if done before your time period expires.

We went for breakfast. What amazing array of options both hot n cold. Unlimited hot drinks and juices in the price. There's offers on main course meals between 12 noon and 6 pm. Definitely will be going again in the near future.

While on holiday in the UK I stopped for breakfast and I had the full English and it was cold and not fully cooked. I went to use the toilet to find that the toilet was fully blocked and nearly overflowing. In the next cubicle i could not but notice that there was soil floating in the bowl. I then went to reception to notify staff and nobody attended reception after ringing the bell several times. I then chose to use the disabled toilet, and this toilet bowl was brown with human waste, which seems not to have been cleaned in months. The sink I washed my hands in was covered in dust and limescale. I have never seen any food and facilities as discusting in all my life and the many countries I have travelled trough. I would not suggest for anyone to go to this restaurant with the intention of having a nice meal or anything else.

Aug 2023 Regularly still using . Worth signing up . We've had a month of 25% discount vouchers off food on a weekend . Steaks always taste lovely . Remember part of Miller & Carter group so getting similar quality in a more pub environment. Sundays they do a carvery. Always clean . Recommend breakfast as buffet style £8.99 with drinks included . Fresh fruit, cereal, pastries. Been using between 1 a week and everyother week for evening meal . Will offers cheaper than a take away Always had good meals and good value !!

What a lovely Brewers Fayre this is. We got a friendly welcome and the service continued to be excellent for our whole meal. The food was prompt and tasty as well as great value. The kids enjoyed the soft play afterwards, too.

It is a brewers fayre and is the same in every town and city. The food is good but nothing special, the service mediocre and the atmosphere rowdy. Not my favourite but needs must.

Food was fine, but took quite a while for our order to arrive and was hot, but you could tell it had been sat for a while. They were good about allergies and I felt reassured that they would be as good as they could be about this.

Good experience, bit samey pub chain though, nothing special. Beer good thiugh and friendly bar staff, bit overpriced.

Visited here as a table of 6. All ordered main meals. One member of the party ordered a sharing platter which was meant to come with chicken goujons. We were told there was no chicken goujons left and were offered chicken wings or chicken breast. Chicken breast was chosen our food then came out with wings on. The meal was returned with the promise of chicken breast. 50 minutes later the meal arrived again with what can be described as 1/4 of the smallest chicken breast you have seen. No apology with the meal clearly been sitting under a heat lamp as was barely hot apart from the tiny chicken breast. Very disappointing as other than that the food was perfect.
