Domino's Pizza - Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire

The staff were hospitable and my order was on time. I also got a garlic bread which was lovely.

Wrong order again forgot a pizza so had to wait for them to cook it so the ones they had made got cold it's not fast or cheap why do we put up with such bad service

Great takeaway for a weekend treat. Very punctual delivery and really kind and enthusiastic delivery driver. Would recommend

The service and delivery speeds from this dominos are amazing, it usually only takes 18 minutes from ordering to recieving my order! The food is always perfectly cooked, delivered red hot, and sooo tasty! They seem to be spot on every time! 👍

Very poor service. Didn’t have what we ordered waited for us to arrive to tell us had to then wait for replacement to be cooked. Then missed some items from order so had to wait even longer! Got offered a dip or drink as compensation. Joke! Poor customer service

Ordered food. Supposed to arrive in 40 minutes. Took 90, although said delivered in 50. App just said "LOLz". Food cold on arrival. Asked for refund as I'd started cooking my own food after an hour and 15 minutes. Refused. Manager wouldn't speak to me. Escalated to Domino's now. Never again.

Your delivery driver used a torch outside my house before knocking on my front door so understandably I was apprehensive about opening the door as I thought it was a burglar! Then i did answer the door and he shouted at me saying he’s been waiting 5 minutes. I calmly responded and asked “why didn’t you call me?” Yeah then tutted and gave me my food. It was the worst customer service i’ve ever received and will be informing all of my friends and family and work colleagues.

Excellent service! Ordered on Just Eat and came in the estimated delivery time arrival, friendly delivery driver too. The food was piping hot and delicious. Would 100% recommend in the local community.

It was a very hot day. To hot to cook. So I thought I'd treat the grandkids to a treat. And they wanted pizza! As they lived in Bassett, I thought I'd try domino's. They had 50%off pizzas so that helped in keeping bill down for grandad! I have to admit the pizzas and sides I ordered where way better than I expected. Everything was eaten, nothing wasted. So I would get again, as long as there where offers to keep the bill down.

Don't rate it...ordered collection in store, yet they spelt my name wrong after the 3rd attempt, left it on the warming unit then it becomes my fault that I didn't tell them I was waiting after 30 mins...pizza was burnt. Won't be going back!!!!

Just by some of the other reviews I’m not shocked should have checked my self before ordering !!! Ordered through just eat and money was taken from my account and no delivery made upon ring the restaurant there attitude was it’s not there problem and to contact just eat direct didn’t give me any information on how to go about this, I personally think if a company this big is to you a courier service then they should at least work with them instead of just taking people money! Will not be using them again in the future the attitude of the man on the phone was appalling he asked me for my number as he did not have it but managed to finishing reading my number out to me before I got to the last few digits I will have to try and contact someone tomorrow to try and find out a way of getting my money back i would personally call this theft!!! I don’t really care who’s to blame for this mess up the fact they have taken money for something I did not receive is wrong !!!

Do not order from here. Absolutely rubbish standard. I cant express how poor this store is they seem to have illiagal immigrants delivering LATE food and very poor customer service.

Incredibly poor delivery performance (£61 order), pizza was late, called shop and was told it was due to the driver crashing his own car doing a three point turn (no other vehicles, I checked the driver was OK). Told the order would be remade and sent out with another driver. Also promised a £25 voucher as compensation, which never materialised and despite complaint to Domino's customer services, nothing. Dominos customer service claimed the shop had responded via email and tried to blame me not checking my spam folder or bin (which had nothing). 2 further emails to the customer service department asking for a copy resulted in no response. Suppose this must just be the behaviour to expect from Domino's! Think it may be prudent to take others (reviews) advice and buy your pizza elsewhere.

Since the manager who took over November time frame the pizza has gotten much better. Theres room for improvement. However, I think that’s a corporate thing to keep the profits high. Because it’s not local topping are still a bit skimpy.

No idea why I decided to try them again. useless! Drivers never find us even when I give step by step instructions. Can't even read house numbers it seems. Hence pizza cold and the toppings are very poor. papa John's is so much better now. I'd recommend them instead.

Shocking delivery times and cold pizza on arrival. Multiple refunds promised and never delivered. I’m surprised they are still open. Definitely worth driving into Swindon and collecting your own rather than using the RWB Dominos for delivery or collection.

Waited three hours and no delivery! Took over fifteen separate calls to get in touch with the shop, and they hung up after claiming the order had been delivered!! Very very poor service. Would not go back ever.

2.5 hour wait on our food, took me 3 phone calls to track it down, told multiple times "it's on its way". When it does eventually turn up it's stone cold, although thankfully so was the ice cream so that was one bonus. 100% recommend avoiding, spend your money elsewhere and receive a service and product worthwhile of your wages.

So I'm here to complain seeing as there is no email address. I live sn169ne and apparently you do not deliver here yet you drive past my house and drive further into Malmesbury to deliver. I have complained via phone but the minions on the phone aren't qualified to take such details. Please call me back on the number I've provided you with when I last rang.

Food was as expected however when i order chicken wings with frankies sauce i expect there to be a reasonable amount of sauce on them.ordered 14 wings and probably half had sauce on then. Also the charge of £2.50 to deliver is high.especially if there only delivering in wooton bassett and you have spent about £30 with them!

Just order and collect from Swindon. Save yourself time and frustration by collecting it and delivering it yourself.

Every single time we’ve ordered it’s taken nearly 2 hours. Delivery times are a joke and they even charge a £2.50 delivery fee.

Total shame. Ordered pizza, didn’t show up after over an hour, called the store “sorry we couldn’t find you, the driver did call” hm no missed calls so no he didn’t and hardly in the middle of nowhere with no signal? Another hour later and it’s still not here 🤷‍♀️ not holding high hopes for what might eventually show up.

Order for food at 4.30 for 6.15. Pizza turned up at 6.15 but with none of the sides and was told they would be brought straight away. After 45mins I called and told that I could have a refund? I have children waiting for bed and hungry as they only eat the sides. Now 1.45 hours later and still no sides and nobody can give me an explanation. Extremely poor service from a franchise that is normal on point.

I order online pepperoni pizza from this store and when to collect, came back home checked it was cheese pizza, call back to store and manager was saying it was pepperoni. It was horrible store I have ever been. Please stop stop stop and think before you buy or order any pizza from this store and manager is not nice at all.

Slow delivery. Chicken wings are baby chicken wings. I dont moan..not happy...will not order again .. Rather go pappa johns.

Don’t expect it to arrive on time … takes 20 minutes for delivery no matter where in Bassett you live ( and that’s once it’s out for delivery) have your microwave ready as it will be cold arriving … happened twice out of 2 deliveries

Terrible service….. placed an order, tracked it and it was apparently on its way, almost two hours later still no delivery….. apparently the order was forgotton, but they will replace the order. No thanks and now we have to wait three days for a refund.

Failed delivery as she couldn’t find my house. It’s very simple and easy to find no one has had an issue before. Phoned store 6 times to which they ignored. No pizza and no refund according to store manager.

Definitely got some good deals for the opening. Store front is nice and pizza has been as good as Dominoes standard goes.
