Food is always ready to collect on time. Staff polite and friendly. Pizza tastes good - I choose the thinner or Italian based.

Had a problem with the order which was dealt with extremely professionally by the manager at a very busy time.

I have ordered many times from this store and every time the food is always very good quality and arrives hot if I order for delivery. I have never had any issues when ordering and the staff are always very friendly.

Very unprofessional as they do not take cash payments but Domino's have a reputation for employing managers that can't even count so the problem probably lies there.

Hi, This is a takeaway center. You have to order through the app or online. You will get an alert when your order is ready to pick up. Just go inside the shop and pick it up. Easy access. No queue, no waiting. You can see your order on the digital board. In case you forgot the order number. Friendly staff. Or Order for door delivery. The delivery runners also get the Pizza from the same counter as you. 🙂 Thanks.

Absolutely awful, took over an hour to deliver and was cold on arrival. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they don't care. The general quality of pizza on other deliveries hasn't been great either.

No issues so far. The food has always been delivered hot and quickly and good value for money. The delivery drivers have always been very polite.

Not really impressed with this particular branch. I had once asked for Vegetarian pizza, I was delivered a pizza with couple of pieces of pepperoni on a few slices. When I complained about it to the manager, he only said okay, no real apology to not to repeat mistake. Only giving 2 stars cz I got to eat something (although very carefully).

Ordered online from hotel 23/03/22, and wrote clearly in delivery notes...'please send a V.A.T receipt with driver'. No receipt. Driver said he'd go back and email it. Never happened. Called shop, guy said he'd email it. Never happened. Called following day (Ben) Same thing. Never happened. Food/delivery was good but customer service is not worthy of one star.

Very poor telephone service been put on hold 3 times today each time iv hung up after a couple minutes on other days phone just rings but the store is open with staff stood in there chatting when you walk past 30 seconds after calling never known anything like it. Keep ya pizza

Helpful young lady put together a very tasty Hawaiian pizza considering it was close to closing time! Clean, hygienic conditions in shop.

Everything was fine, but it just seems like the prices are going up and up. Had a personal pizza and drink! Could have gone to nandos for that price

COLD pizza, and I’m supposed to believe freshly baked????- I only live down the road!!! No apologies from staff then waiting for ages for fresh pizza to arrive not impressed with the service or food at all. Doubt I will order from again.

Shocking... Waiting an hour for delivery... Then I phone to see what's going on, and they tell me could be an hour to 2 hours! Useless!

Ordered 2 medium pizza for me my other half and our two children got two small only 4 slices when I called up they wanted a extra £30 for two mediums how stupid as long as my children are fed I’m okay fuming never using these again

Ordered delivery for 8.15. Came dead on. Delivery man was lovely. Pizza was yummy!

Wrong pizza delivered, manager didn't ring back when we were told he would and to top it all off, bad indigestion and upset stomach when I ate the pizza that was delivered. Don't bother, try pizza hut.

Have got my collection orders wrong a few times now.

Not a fan of the Pizza's myself but my kids love it and pre-4pm deal is very good. I fed the 4 of us for £11. :-)

Great pizzas. Was later than I wanted but I can understand that its a busy little shop dealing with customers all around the surounding areas. All I can say is if you order a delivery during their busy time expect a time delay. Not their fault but for this I'm giving a 4 star.

Took over 80 minutes to get pizza ...never again Called a young lady who was manager couldnt give a monkies and terrible customer service Could of offered a replacement another time foc but no !! Could not wait to het off the phone bless her

Best pizza delivery for miles around. They are very quick on delivery quality was excellent would recommend over any other Domino's Pizza or any other pizza delivery locally

Was over an hour late. Turned up cold. With the guy claiming it was still hot. Never been so unimpressed.

Truly dreadful.......ordered at 20.22 cancelled order one hour later. Then at 22.40 delivery was attempted; when we'd attempted to go to bed. Called the branch who were aware....why? . Can't get a refund for 5 working days after Internet order. Not the first problem with this outlet, would recommend collection only.

Good deals for collection only, if the delivery was cheaper it would be godly.
