I had problems with Lets Eat cancelling my order so I phone Dominos Paignton directly and they took my order and delivered it within 30 minutes. The pizzas were great and hot - usual high standard. The next time they couldn't deliver so I popped to collect it but had somehow booked collection from Torquay online. Paignton did my order in 15 mins and all good. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, despite the fact I was being😖.

Been using this Dominos for years and rarely had issues. However, past few times recently have been extremely poor. From sloppy pizza, incorrect doughballs and only been given 2 cookies instead of 4. Very disappointed, new staff need better training!

Staff front desk excellent. Ran through all offers. BUT ……. Ordered pizzas. Walking out overheard someone at the back of the food prep area shout “cut down on the toppings, we are getting low!” With hindsight , should have cancelled there and then. Pizza base was so thin it was like a Burrito base. Toppings were disgraceful. Negligible amount. Tasted only of tomato. Absolute waste of money. Prep guys not using gloves. Should be a golden rule that bare hands DO NOT TOUCH FOOD. Emailed customer service following day after some thought who were absolutely useless. Told to return pizza to shop and speak to manager. 1. Out of area by then. 2. Pizza in bin. Very dissatisfied (ex) customer. Won’t be returning

Absolutely terrible order pizza online to collect went to collect I didn't check the pizza in the box as has my name on the box with what pizza should be inside it anyway isn't my pizza called them they want to drive back to them to swap it over with no compensation as I live 6 miles away from them jokers

It's a dominos chain but the customer service was quick efficient and friendly. Food was hot and not soggy as some people have had, often order from here and if ever there is an issue they are quick to resolve it.

Ordered here a lot! Standard dominoes, obviously better when there's offers on as it's pricey, but always tasty

Worst pizzas I've ever eaten - twice now and no more! Can barely spot the toppings, even when extra is ordered. Will try elsewhere or make my own.

Terrible gone down hill massively, had a hair in my pizza and it was a shambles so messy. Chucked it but picked up just before shut time so unable to get a replacement not that I’d want one after that.

Terrible experience. Paid £30.49 for 2 meteor pizzas, both (with admittance from the manager) were delivered late with the wrong base, which is a problem as tomato base is an allergen which has been easily overlooked. By the time it arrived the store was actually shut, so we wasn’t able to get a re-make. Call up to try and resolve the problem to which they want the stale pizza back, although we didn’t know this and had chucked it prior to calling, however was made to feel this was all our fault. Customer services useless, friendly staff but wouldn’t remake the right order without “someone higher up” noting they had seen the pizzas. Ridiculous.

USELESS ! phoned to order a pizza on a Friday night to be told they don’t have enough drivers on and won’t deliver to our postcode which is 2.5 miles from the shop. Sort it out !

The Salesman was great and found us a promotion deal. The kids enjoyed the large half half pizza. Takeaway only.

Not been to shop but pizzas...mmmmm good! Pizzas delivered quickly, very hot and tasty...as usual. Can't beat Dominos pizzas!

Great location for this domino’s. Bang in the middle between Torquay and Paignton. Fast service and parking right outside and always a space to park. Convenience store next door for any bits that you need. Nat much space inside and would suit takeaway and delivery only.

Exactly what you'd expect from this chain.

We ordered pizza to our house, tracker said it was delivered after waiting 50 minutes but it still wasn’t here. We rang the branch and they said they delivered it to the wrong address… they sent some more and 30mins later it arrived. After 1hour 20 mins of waiting altogether we were offered no discount or compensation and half an apology.

I've had delivery a few times and the food has always been nice. the best part has been the delivery drivers, who have been really friendly when they've came on wet days

Rude staff. Did a collection order and upon arrival was told ‘ohh well your pizza has been sat there a while’. These was very unwelcoming and awful customer service. He also was not wearing a hair net with long hair, VERY Unhygienic.

Average, did feel for the cashier. He did seem to take on a bit much with irritated customers.

The delivery driver dropped my food allover my doorstep, as in out the box straight on the ground before I got to the door. I said it's fine accidents happen but can I get replacement food, she said she'd come back in a bit with a replacement and then didn't, never got the money back either. The shop later said I'd have had to bring it back to the shop to get a refund but obviously it went in the bin as it was on the ground and I'd already been told a replacement was on the way, also had to clean that up myself. Paid £30 to have a mess to clean up and no food 😂 cannot make up how bad that service is..

We tried to order online for delivery which was literally 4 mins down the road but they said it wasn't in there area. So instead we drove up and ordered over the counter. Waited around 25mins pizza was good cooked well 😋 only down side was the delivery.

Made wrong pizza from one ordered online, and refused to correct. Awful way to treat a regular customer, will not go there again edit.... Them refusing to put their £8 mistake right has now cost them over £1500 in lost takings from me! :)

Would give zero stars if possible. There is no customer service, staff are rude, argumentative and bratty.

The quality of the pizza has gone downhill recently. Last two orders our pizzas were lacking toppings and overcooked. We've ordered weekly for years, but it's not worth the expensive price anymore!!

Spend over £ 100 food was made wrong twice and over 45 minutes for collection no discount no apologies all kids working and they have no idea what they were doing, proper supervision required.

Its my 15th birthday today and my mum thought it would be nice to have dominoes for dinner. First, we have a pizza missing from our order so she called the shop for them to REdeliver it. She was on hold for 20 minutes and spoke to several people, all of which handed her to someone else. The pizza came, half an hour later. The pizza we originally asked for was a barbecue based PEPPERONI pizza. So what happens? They deliver a barbecue based CHEESE pizza with NO PEPPERONI. My dad called them up, YET AGAIN, so they can sort it out. The manager, Ethan, then went on to tell us that, that was what we ordered when everyone at the table literally HEARD my mum tell them, MULTIPLE TIMES, that it was a barbecue based pepperoni pizza. Are they really that thick? Cheers for ruining my birthday meal!

Pizza took 2hr to arrive and was stone cold, I complained and they seemed to think this service was totally acceptable. Absolutely awful.

2 hours after placing a "Domino's Pizza Paignton" delivery it turns up (after being out for delivery for over half hour)... one pizza is cold, one pizza is WRONG, chicken luke warm, let's not discuss the wedges... THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO ASK US TO SEND THE WRONG/COLD FOOD BACK which once it has been tampered with... i mean... what are they going to do with it? I only complained about the 2 pizzas because I didn't want to kick up a fuss but actually I should have said about the whole lot. the only things that were okay were the cinnamon dessert and the garlic bread which my 3 year old wanted as a treat. it was cold and therefore she was able to eat it easily.

Hello domino’s I would like to say that you have very poor customer service and the manager doesn’t have any idea on how to handle the customers. Our pizza was not cut into slices. When I complained on the phone, she hung up. I am very disappointed!!!!

Ordered of the just eat app, driver had put my order as delivered when it wasn’t and my food never arrived but yet the had given it to the driver. called up they have made my food again for me and delivered it to us. So happy with how they handled the situation and the customer service they have given, foods just arrived lovely and hot and the guy who delivered my food was lovely

Great pizza delivered on time and pipping hot. Followed the delivery via the app which qas very accurate.

It’s dominos the staff explained the best promotion on offer for our party size. Unfortunately even though nobody was in front the time to cook the order was very excessive.

Very good pizza from this store Collection so was piping hot Had “any pizza any size for £6.99” deal on the app Switched around a few items. Topping: Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese Only problem is that they don’t do the half and half anymore

Terrible company and customer service. Had a problem with an order through the website. Not the stores fault BUT, they would not help, their management would not help. I left the product there as it was inedible. I contacted the email they gave me (yes, only an email address to sort out problems)... And yet again they refused. So now, they've taken my money, refuse to supply a refund and refused to fix the problem initially. Have never experienced such terrible customer service and will never use this company again. Trading standards have also been contacted and I will pursue this as a result. Shame you can't give half a star or less

They took the money twice! Never had t refunded. Just refer you back to the corporate customer service. They say because it's a franchise they can't do anything. Avoiding

Giving a 1 star, purely because 0 isn't an option on here. Not entirely the Paignton branch at fault, (the app screwed up the payment process. The money was taken from my account, but the order wasn't processed. I then had to call the Paignton shop, had a stressful conversation with the girl whom took my order. I went into the shop to be told the order wasn't processed, and was told the payment should be paid back into my account... then had to go through my order with 2 different shop staff, and when I got home, I discovered they still got the order wrong. Not impressed at all!

Literally the only dominos that’s decided it can’t be bother to do Gluten Free bases… I hope they bring them back so we can have dominos again.

Always hits the spot!! More expensive than other takeaway options but partly our own fault as our eyes are bigger than our bellies!! Lol. Always and consistently good Quality and if you find the right "meal deal" good range not just pizza. Oh and lets no forget the warm oven fresh cookies. OMG they are better than anything else...... Ever!!!

One hour and ten minutes for delivery and pizza was cold. I been using Papa John's lately but tried Domino's......never again!

Littlerally in the middle of talking to the cashier she turned and talked to her colleague about til roll.. Then he proceeded to answer the phone in front of me. I consider myself a balanced and polite person.. So I walked out.. Drove 3 miles down the road to the Torquay store, was served by someone who has the grasps of manors, ordered my pizza, was wished a good evening and went home and ate cold pizza... Domino's... Train your Paignton staff properly, I don't meen corporate skills I mean life skills.. Good old fashioned life skills! Please don't bother replying with apologies. It's not the first time either.. But it is the last sadly.

Paignton Domino's is THE Dominos's that's finally made me quit Domino's for good. I'm going elsewhere! Last 3 orders were all pretty terrible. Lazily spread toppings, unevenly cooked and sloppy/greasy. In particular, one night, we tried the double decadence (double layered pizza with a garlic centre) and I have never seen a pizza in such a state before. It was a right mess. Never known a national company put so little effort in to trying to make the food at least a bit decent. Like Maccies or that well known chicken place can drop their standards a bit sometimes too but the (Paignton) Domino's is beyond a joke.

I'd say go to the pizza shop , for the pizza when dillivery came pizza box I opened it pizza was not acceptable had him take it back the other one was just acceptable, next time for any one I'll say this collect the pizza and open the pizza box before walking away !!!!! Come on Domino's you are ment to be national or nation wide . TUT

Order a pizza and it got sent to the wrong collection point. Then order again and they gave me the wrong pizza and wouldn’t do anything about giving a refund or new pizza.

It can be hit or miss depending on who takes your order at the time. The vast majority of the time the food has been ready on time and correct as per the order.

I was left dissapointed having ordered a medium sized mighty meaty pizza. The pizza was soggy in the centre and therefore drooping as soon as you tried picking it up and the topings were scattered/dumped on the pizza which instantly fell off as soon as you tried to pick up a slice. A store bought frozen pizza would have been better than this.

Before lockdown we ordered from Domino's Paignton fairly often and the pizza has alway been great, never complained once until now, tonight the two pizza ordered were below standard, items missing and base was so thin you couldn't even pick it up, I called store and being put on hold for 11 min and 45 sec decided to hang up and call again, on answering was put on hold again eventually came back and said because we had eaten three slices bearing in mind there was three of us the would not do anything, obviously they don't need our custom so will be avoiding and take our business elsewhere and will be taking up the matter with domino's head office.

Weren’t open due to lockdown , don’t deliver to Brixham . Ordered to be delivered to leisure centre on the online app. Got a phone call to state ordered been cancelled. Girl in the phone was rude and sarcastic, stating couldn’t deliver to a non fixed address. Despite Dominoes delivering to my work address five days earlier at a Police Station, which they couldn’t get into as it’s as a closed station. Made a complaint ... got nothing of any meaning back. Not even an apology for the girls sarcasm pointing out the leisure centre was closed ! Think I knew that myself. Sited staff safety concerns ... apparently unsafe to deliver pizza now to a open space at 1500 hours on a Thursday .

Soggy and little to no topping.

After an appalling experience with just eat and The Golden Dragon, COLLEY End Road in that they said they had delivered my order at 6:15 whey they clearly didn’t. I moaned to a young lady at Dominoes on the phone and asked what the waiting time was, which was over an hour. I work for the NHS and had been working hard all day from home co-ordinating a team of callers to vulnerable people. Hence why I ordered a takeaway after a horrendous week. I then ordered online because by this point I just wanted to eat. To my amazement the pizza arrived 25 minutes later. Thank you. Thank you so much.

Service can be a bit hit and miss depending on who's working. Food nice but can be a bit oily.

The pizza would probably not meet the 'specification' popped in and collected the half and half ham and pineapple/mighty meaty wasn't really half and half more 60 /40 with most of the pineapple on 2 slices. Mighty meaty was equally uneven. Poorly cut. Not inedible but whilst staff were industrious they need a bit more care and they'd got 5 stars as service was fast and freindly.

Its been nearly 6 months and they are still not doing delivery, can order online for collection but if you ring up/or place it online for delivery they say they are to busy, I asked why and they said they are 'understaffed'. Just gone to place an order for collection and they have straight up refused to take my order because again, they are to busy. Appalling, how can a fast food establishment not handle orders on Saturday night. Shocking.

Haven't had takeaway pizza for many years and was pleasantly surprised by the quality service and delicious pizzas that were definitely worth the money. Will I go again? Definitely, and I absolutely recommend.

Food was cold after waiting 45 mins. It was left on the side and forgotten. The staff were rude and were even rude to members of dominoes itself, and after watching a member of staff give free food to her friend but everyone else was offered none. The pizzas were cold and had no toppings. Waste of money

50mins late when it stated 25minutes to get this supposed to be a pineapple pizza, hardly any choice of pizza at least 4 the same bar one ingredient terrible. Received abuse from store for not putting premier inn address when all i could put on the Dominos app was LIDL!!!! It was in quality check on the tracker for 20minutes after spending £30 on food shocking service and quality!!!!! Worst dominos Ive been to and I use them all over the country.

Been going to the franchise for a few years but the last 3 times I've been there (including today) the food was terrible. Sometimes the pizzas are over cooked and hard crusts and sometimes it's ready well before you specify what time u want it. So you end up collecting a pizza that's been sat 15 minutes under a heat lamp. Today's 2 large pizzas were cold and the toppings were all over the place. Some parts of the pizza has too much toppings on and other parts of the pizza has none. The pizzas have gone up from £17.49 to £17.99 and now £18.49 and are defiantly smaller. Usually 2 large pizzas can last for 2 meals but not they don't. My advice is get some new staff and train them properly. If not then avoid and go somewhere else.

Bad bad bad, bad service, poor workmanship and don't take complaints well! Pizza delivered after 2 hours waiting and wrong toppings, wrong chicken and practically cold. They ask for the pizza back but never come and get it then refuse to refund. I will never use this franchise of dominos again. Local kebab shop do better pizza. Don't trust these clowns!

Absolutely appalling, dominos should be ashamed of this particular franchise. The staff are rude, the food is disgusting. Their delivery service is shocking. Reheated chicken?? Really. No thanks. This place is ideal if you want to spend a small fortune on food that could potentially give you food poisoning. The pizzas were overcooked and hard. The toppings were not even right. One load of topping on one side of the pizza. The list goes on...just don't waste your money. Infact Iceland stuffed crust £2 pizzas are probably a lot nicer than the sxxt this place serves. And thank you so much dominos for NOT refunding the £35 I may aswell have just put straight in the bin, as that's where our food ended up

It's hit or miss as I only order pepperoni pizza and the last 3 time they messed up my order. One day no pepperoni the next time 4 pepperoni and the last straw got pepperoni and pineapple. Will not go back as I have complained but nothing has changed. So good bye DOMINOS

Ordered 4 pizzas to collect only the one 9n top had a dip, the other 3 had no dip and very rationed on topping, took back, to be told "yeah there not great" no offer of discount or free item. Had new made that were luke warm, last 3 visits have been poor, Amazing customer service!

This is the only Domino's I have ever used which have asked for a deposit on an order I had to to collect. Apparently this store does not deliver. When we collected the Pizzas the order was incorrect and cold. I phoned to complain and all of a sudden they could deliver the correct pizza to me ????

Usual stuff, food great but pricey, alsays looks for the deals. Also they don't deliver to certain postcodes during peak times though. Boooo

Good experience, pizza came in under 30 minutes. They had a tracking service so we could see every step. Despite negative reviews we took a chance and they were good 👌🏾.

Service needs work , not impressed , they advised 2 hour delay , we suggested to come and collect , they said they had cancelled our order. It’s like they don’t want people going to dominos , we have ordered a Chinese instead with no hassle and they haven’t treated us as an inconvenience like dominos did

Was ignored for 5 mins when walked in even though there seemed to be a lot people working their. When served I had pre ordered and gave them the name it was ordered under. She couldn't find it when I told them it had a Gluten free pizza she said ah yes and informed the order was under the name I said as if I had said a different name. I paid she then went back to her prep station even though what looked like my order was already sitting on the hot shelf; as was now 19:08 and had ordered for pick at 19:00. Waited another 5 mins before asking someone different if the pizza on the shelf were for me and shock horror it was. I love dominoes and have only posted this as it's the second time in a row I've had bad service from here. I Won't be using this branch again. After all that pizzas were very nice.

Staff are very helpful food is yummy

Absolutely disgusted, have been ordering for over 10 years from this branch. My favourite pizza was Domino's. Refused to deliver, with no explanation Just won't deliver to TQ4. I have MS so can't collect. Asked to speak to a manager for an explanation left me on hold and never came back to me.
