The pizzas for lunch were ok but my sons chicken kickers were very dry and hard to cut Disappointing as it was a treat

Really nice food everytime I order from here and always a fast delivery service so top marks from me.

I do love a good pizza & majority of the time everything is great. But today was disappointing ordered the deal any large pizza for 10.99 paying for a side. Came to just under £20 I still can't warrant these prices so it'll be my last time buying from domino's. Ordered half lasagne & half Texas bbq, the side being a garlic pizza bread. When the order arrived we received half carbonara half texas bbq. I phoned up, no apologies, but the woman was adamant about handing the other pizza back. A new pizza arrived, atleast the driver apologised bless him, the pizza was now correct, however, they over did it with the bbq sauce on one half. I don't choose whitestone as my choice the app does. Never had any issues with the town one, but unfortunately I just think the expense is no longer a desired luxury for us anymore, I'd much rather by a supermarket pizza from now on.

Pepperoni was cut into. So it was not as expected. I was always told the pepperoni should be in the middle of the slice. It might be your 100th pizza that you cut that shift, as a customer it is my first.

Delivery was 40 mins late. They Promised a free pizza next time we ordered and then said they can’t do that as it’s not their protocol. Don’t go promising if you’ve no intention of fulfilling. Awful experience with customer service. When asked for the lady’s name to make a complaint to head office she refused point blank saying she doesn’t need to provide her name due to data protection . Will never use Whitestone one again. In fact will never use domino’s again.

Possibly the best pizza in Nuneaton. We drive past a Domino's and a Pappa John's to use it.

Pizza good, just failed to cook everything we had ordered and had to wait for one

Not a good experience ordered on the app and never received my order! Driver didn’t know where he was going they said they had resent the order and the same driver called me and didn’t know where he was, he put the phone down on me and when I rang the store they put the phone down on me too! Come on guys, educate your drivers on the local area. I work in the leisure industry and have to deal with difficult situations but I would never slam the phone down on someone who was trying to sort an issue out in a polite way! I will be in tomorrow for a refund! Thanks

The Pizza and side order were hot freshly made and served with great customer care

How does dominoes get away with their fake deals. Surely the marketing trading standards are on top of this. The deals are not deals, it's fake news.

Very nice dominoes, one of the better ones in the local area, the dough is soft and fluffy and pizzas are well topped (unlike some of the local ones)

The pizza was soggy from grease, I couldn’t eat any of the food, the chicken was very greasy too. My son ate his but said his was also very greasy.

can't give 5 stars cause it's just Domino's and pizza, but it's good, I've yet to find bad Domino's

Worst pizza ever, I would not recommend this place better of going to asda and getting a pizza or if your looking for a quick take out pizza go papa johns

Nobody seems to check the food, today my garlic bread arrived with hardly any cheese or tomato on it, not the first time, refund offered but it isnt any good when you really want a dominos garlic bread! update: dominos dont read orders, no extra sauce or cheese :(

Good and tasty food for everyone

Paid for a pizza after a hard day and just wanted some convenience, some issue with their system meant that the store didn’t recieve my order. Store manager Kush was useless and just kept repeating a script Refused to honor my order even though I’d paid for it and would only make me a pizza if I paid again, twice. Convenience became very inconvenient and left me feeling very disappointed.

Fast service, friendly staff, good parking.

At least a third of the pizza had no cheese, no toppings, rather disappointing. Will not be using this branch again for sure. Never In a million years did I expect that from domino’s :(

Typical domino's, quite busy at time of visit but had ordered on line so no wait. Parking was a problem had to use petrol station next door.

Food arrived cold after sitting in quality control for nearly half an hour. I phoned the store, they were apologetic and remade my order but assured me it would arrive between 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later, the food was still cold!! Bad service! They said they were short of drivers so my advice would be not to prepare food unless you know there will be a driver ready when it’s cooked. Shocking and this happened on my birthday weekend! Fuming

You can enjoy pizza again with the vegan options. Need to wait for the 50% off though.

No cheese on pizza ever. Poor effort

Pizza was abit sloppy ordered the double decadence and too much cheese sauce was used which made the base soft when it's normally supposed to be crispy. Staff seem nice and happy to help but also seemed inexperienced as people seemed to be standing waiting to be served

Yummy cheese pizza with no cheese never again worst I've ever had well done!

Ordered a pizza which never arrived, despite ordering with friends at the same time. Called them up and they said it had been delivered (which it had not). After much persuasion they said they would make it again and it would be ready shortly. Not wanting to be fobbed off again we waited outside, this turned into a wait for over an hour. We called them up again to ask where it was and they said it would be ready on 15 mins. Fast forward another half an hour and it still wasn’t ready. We called them again and they said it would be 20 mins. In the end we gave up and went to fetch it ourselves. Was just handed pizza which had clearly been ready for a while, no apology or anything. Will not be ordering from this branch again.

local resident, i have ordered pizza from here many times and never had a bad one. food is always piping hot when it is delivered, the drivers are all so lovely. I don't think anything i have ever ordered from here was longer than 45 minutes wait.

Really poor customer service. Put ham in my vegan pizza and when I told them they said, "and...?" and refused me a refund. Had to get a refund from head office. Mistakes happen, not an issue, but the manager was incredibly rude so won't be going back.

Went to this store on a whim. Pulled up and was greater by a young man who said 'what' He then walked off to chat to someone and never came back. I took 3 members of staff to find him, even tho any of those 3 could have served me. I waited..... I then told them to forget it. I'll never recommend them for customer service of the year !!! Currently waiting for my pizza at Nuneaton Pizza Hut

Rude staff , I am vegetarian by mistake order the beef pizza but straight away call them , they said we change it but later they send the beef pizza I called them and they told me it's my fault , I was I called you with in seconds of placing order the staff very unprofessional , later I argued and they change to vegetarian but staff isn't professional .

Please get in touch with your head office and ask them to sack the people who came up with that annoying yodelling advert. Everybody hates it.

Really dissapointed as pizza was so late. Never had a problem in the past and when i called i was fobbed off...

Pizza and sides where good, reason for one star is we realised before the delivery driver left that they had forgotten our wedges, we had let the driver know, we where told they would call up and get them delivered asap, but that was clearly a lie, over an hour since we where told and nothing! no apology, no refund, no wedges! Will not be using these again.

We ordered 3 pizzas on a special of any pizza £7.99. I have to say, pizza isn't our go to takeaway....but dominos u might have swayed us....these pizzas were beautiful xxx

Pizza was ok - I paid extra for additional sauces. The free sauce and the extra sauce I paid for didn't arrive. Called the shop straight away & was told the driver was near by so would drop the sauces... sauces never came. It's only sauce but who eats pizza without the sauce!? Especially when I'd specifically paid for extra. It wasnt a big issue, just poor customer service. I'll go to Pizza Hut next time :)

Why do I get put through to this place when I order from the town, terrible service here say 30mins try an hour with the delivery man who can’t even understand my English always forget something off your meal aswell and just say sorry not good enuff

A clean premises with a quick take away service. The only gripe is the very poor condition of the car park, wouldn't want to go on at night as unable to see where and the depth of the deep ridges and potholes.

I have always enjoyed Dominos pizza's in the past. However i have to say that over the most recent years, dominos pizza always failed to impress. Now wait, you say i have put 5 stars. Yes because i have to state clearly that the town dominos and also the camphill dominos is rubbish. They were sloppy, never put extra cheese on my order when asked and the pizza just wasnt very nice, and importantly was not fresh. BUT.... This new store in whitestone has brought back to me the true pleasure of dominos. They are hotter, fresher and really cheesy and delicious. Perhaps cus they are new they are trying to impress, and it is working!! Pizza was cooked quickly, doe was gorgous, extra cheese added and staff are friendly and polite. Eat pizzsa from here guys, there better than other dom dom stores, MUCH better than papa johns and have great deals on, specially tuesday where there is BOGOF and a pizza with 2 toppings for 5.99 for medium! TOP STORE 5 STARS.

The cheese and tomato pizza was great, only took about 10 minutes while I waited in the store, and staff were friendly. Great service for a newly opened store. Also like waiting screens letting you know how long you've got to wait until your order is ready. Keep up the good service Domino's
