Absolutely no bbq sauce on meateor pizza, called to let them know and was told there when there was obviously none or the smallest amount ever, no corrected order or refund

I get pizza every Saturday and I can say it is always delicious, always tastes fresh and Sajid is the best pizza guy ever! :)

Ordered food this evening. Item missing, not a major issue, but the way it was handled left a lot to be desired. Called up straight away after realising an item was missing: no apology, said they would replace the item and resend, but put phone down on me before i could say that was acceptable or to ask how long it would take. 45 minutes waiting, i call up for them to say 5 minutes away. Recieve the item from another driver. 10 minutes later, receive another call to tell me the item has already been sent out??? As if questioning the previous call. To which i replied, 'yeah I know, i have it' ,followed by another hanging up with no apology.' When it comes to Complaints and rectifying the issue, this branch seems to not handle the situation well at all, being all over the place. Also not hanging up the call when you've said your side only, but allowing the customer to ask questions and respond would be appreciated. I got all my food, eventually, and the quality was fine, but the customer service was lacking, rude and disorganised.

I drove 4 miles for a pizza as I was working from my van, just to be told they are too busy with deliveries to cook my pizza. You guys have forgotten your roots- it all started with customers in the shop !!! I won’t return here.

They refused to take order by phone so I dropped in person (6/1/24) to order. They took my money but did not do the full order. Employee claimed I'll get a refund to the bank automatically and refused to give me a refund reciept for proof in case it doesn't come through. It didn't come through. Next week, talked to the manager on the phone, who said he'll chase it and hung up, but didn't. Next week, I wasted half an hour at the shop without a single employee knowing what to do. They called up their systems and were not able to do anything, claimed they lost the order number even though they found the receipt. They gave me a phone number to call which doesn't work. The following week, I called up Customer Service who put in a request for me (but no email arrived with case number). Nevertheless, somebody called me up and said I was sent to the wrong branch, and that they'll forward it back full circle to the branch who did nothing fromt the start. 6 weeks later, still nothing. They are happy to take your money and very good at losing your case and getting you nowhere.

Appalling. Fancied a pizza on my way home tonight. Pulled in, and the place was absolutely empty, as was the car park. Great. Except... rucksack filling on an industrial scale was going on inside. I waited for a few minutes and not one of the 5 or 6 staff took even the slightest notice of me. They found the right buttons to press for me in one single go. Won't be going back ever. Will advise everyone else against using them. Atrocious staff and service. And this is BEFORE I read any of the other reviews, so it seems I dodged a serious bullet here. Like far too many fast food joints these days, the Uber Eats and other delivery drivers take absolute precedence over people walking into the shop.

Disgusting Service, we asked for a minute whilst we decided what we wanted and then told them we was ready to order. They ignored us for over 15 minutes, then told us it was too late to order as the time was 11.01.

Excellent delivery service. However, the quality of Domino’s has taken an absolute nose dive over the recent years. It’s shocking that they’re still in business. Increasingly tiny pizzas with barely edible cheese for increasingly exorbitant prices. They’re just reducing every possible perk whilst charging more and more for sub-par food. A real shame, as I used to think Domino’s was a fairly decent chain pizza company. You can get a far better pizza for nearly half the price at most local pizza joints in town.

I am loyal dominos customer and I'd like to tell you from my personal experience in all Nottingham Dominos pizza is the best and i will show you why. If you check my comments you will find pictures from any dominos nottingham and few from Amsterdam and Madrid so you guys can decided by your self.

Just had food delivered. Driver failed to read simple instructions or door numbers, food cold by time he made contact from sitting in his car staring at the house. Many more pizza places in town. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 pizzas that turned up late, all 3 were scrunched up in their boxes and cold. Will not be using this place again! Would rather give my money to a local company that deserves it.

Came in to have a pizza with some colleagues during lunch time with an empty restaurant. We were told eating in would give us 1 large pizza within 15 to 20 minutes. After 40 minutes they told us that it will take another 10 minutes. They spent an hour, and did not give a receipt to contest the claim. On top of that, after mentioning this to the staff politely, the clerk at the store simply said: “who told you that?” “Your colleague did” “It will take another 7 minutes as per the screen”. It would’ve been faster to not come into the restaurant. Super slow service. We left without the food and refund.

We ordered pizza for the office and what a poor service we received. We checked the app to see our pizza had been delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. After calling the store to check on this we were subject to the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were sworn at by the person on the phone and told we would have to collect the pizza ourselves. After reluctantly saying we would come collect the pizza we were hung up on. Obviously by the time we collected our pizzas, they were cold. Never normally leave reviews but we were all so disgusted by the service we received.

It is not our first time to have pizza from domino's but unfortunately this time is very disappointing and i wont be back. The store door had no push and pull sign which shows poor health and safety. Went to order and collect but they said offers online is different to store, so i picked up a menu on display and ask for a deal from it. they refuse to honor the deal and said this deals are not active. I end up by ordering online and waited in the car for 20 min. Food looked like it was made by 5 year old, messy and definitely not tasty That all shows me that it is badly and poorly managed store .

Worst dominos in the UK. They made me wait and I realised my Order was sitting for 30 MINUTES. It was cold and stale when eaten. Even witnessed the Manager do his best Gordon Ramsay impression to the workers.

Called today at 9.30pm took 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas girl on the phone clearly can't follow or listen to peoples address she wrote my number down wrong then when it arrived 1hr 20mins later freezing cold soggy wedges went in the bin i called back the manager shouting saying i gave the wrong address which the lady gave the wrong address even had the cheek to charge £2.50 delivery. This is what £27 pounds gets you ran by crooks and rude staff laughing down the phone

Ordered two pizza and sides, when they arrived one of the pizzas had a awful yellow sauce on it (order this pizza before and know it doesn't have any sauce over it), tried to ring up and complain but the number just rings out and no one picks up. Very disappointed.

it is simply terrifying! I ordered a pizza online. I came to pick up a pizza after 10 minutes. the employee will say that you will have to wait another 5 minutes. ok, no problem. I waited for 5 minutes, another 5 minutes, another 10. Finally, I asked another employee where my order was, and it was cold all those 20 minutes. the pizza was salty and dry. thank you for nice sunday dinner

Cold pizza, one hour late, driver had 6 other deliveries in his boot. Claims from the management that my pizza will be hot despite the cheese being dry. I had to microwave it. The app tracker saying it was delivered 40 mins before it actually arrived. Do not order from delivery from this branch.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Disgisting service. Ordered pizzas to be delivered that never arrived. Called up and was told they had been taken back by the driver. Manager refused to give full refund, only half. Had to call three times as they very rudley hung up every time I asked for the managers name in order to make a formal complaint. The only thing the offered to do besides the half refund was to bring back the (now cold as it had been over an hour) pizzas!! If i had been paying cash on delivery you could guarentee that they would have made more of an effort, and if they had been delivered cold I would have refused to pay. What they have done is tantamount to theft and I will be calling the head office as soon as its open.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!! I ordered from here with my partner and it made us both severely ill. When we called up to inform them of this the manager began shouting at us down the phone to Google food poisoning symptoms and tried to tell us that food poisoning only occurs after 24 hours. I am disgusted with not only the food quality and poor hygiene of the staff but also the complete lack for customer support. If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would.

Great delivery, always hot and fresh, great drivers

Ordered my pizza at 20:30, the pizza tracker just around 21:15 said delivered. Called domino's to say not recieved pizza only to be told tracker not working, felt that was not correct. Told driver is on way. 30 mins later no driver. Called to be told very busy, bonfire night but pizza should be with me in 10 minutes. At 21:50 call from domino's that driver has car issue and they will bake me a fresh pizza and will be with me in 20/25 mins. So hopefully get pizza 2 hours after ordering, kids hungry, well done domino's. As I'm typing this still waiting.

Shocking service, had me stood in the shop for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me to then tell me that they weren't taking anymore orders 2 hours before closing. If you're not clearly a student they're just not interested

At around 8:30pm, this place was not crowded as we expected to be especially as it was on a Friday night . We ordered the pizza over the counter and the waiting time was 15 minutes. There is an ongoing offer of £9.99 for any pizza size. We order a large pizza of BBQ Ranch (picture included).There is another offer of £5.99 medium pizza (please see the uploaded picture).In additional, this place is wheelchair accessible. There are parking spaces as this place is also next to other businesses. The only thing to point out is that these parking spaces are at the back of these premises but its entrance is not wide enough for cars to enter and exit at the same time.

Overall decent service and a half decent pizza

Hi I order basic cheese and margarita for collection when I collect the pizza there is not enough cheese and it's very thin and rubbery I am not happy with them .

Absolutely appalled - our food was 2 hours late. Origanlly ordered at 8pm. Phoned up twice to ask where it was, on the second call I was told I'd get my money bank but the food would still be delivered. Food arrived 20 mins later , so now 10:10pm, and half order Is missing. I phoned up again to ask for the rest of my food as I had a child who was waiting on a pizza garlic bread as their dinner and was told by the manager of the branch there's nothing he could do, I was told to get over it. I asked to speak to the manager, was told he was the manager and then he said "there's nothing I can do about it. You've got your money" he then accused me of laughing whilst complaining and I explained that I wanted scoffing because I was so disgusted by his behaviour ... Asked for a complaints line and he said " yeah go on the website, thanks very much for calling" in a completely patronising tone. DISGUSTING.

Good dominoes, not that many seats, the ones that are available include the standard chairs you would expect plus stools to sit on. You may find yourself standing a lot or wandering around the local shops whilst you wait for your food to be ready.

I ordered two pizzas and after 2 hours of waiting and phoning Domino's they told me I had given the wrong number and the driver was phoning the number for 45 minutes. This makes zero sense as two pizzas should not take 1 hours and 15 minutes to make and even if it did the driver should've been competent enough to contact domino's about my number since I was phoning them asking for updates because the app said delivered but the driver was no where to be seen. I asked for a refund and it has been a week yet I still have received nothing! My money was taken and I didn't even receive the pizzas. Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and care for the job.

Pizzas are great as always, but the delivery staff are absolutely appalling. Very unprofessional and rude, refused to deliver to door and argued with me to go outside to collect myself. Company policy that they don’t deliver to door, yet not such policy is stated on their website. Won’t be ordering a delivery from dominos Nottingham city again.

This place is ok but got my order wrong once or twice.

Pizza deal was good value for money find the walk in or collection deals to be better then the delivered deals. Staff was nice and polite and the place looked clean which is reassuring and what you would expect when you go somewhere to buy food.

This dominos in particular is awful - found a bunch of hairs in my pizza, when I called to tell them they wanted to do nothing about it and the guy and the phone was very rude. Don’t waste your time or money!

Orderd for delivery and wish I never botherd. The app said the pizza was delivered, it wasn’t. I rang them up and asked where the pizza was as I was in a rush hence why I ordered food in the first place. They said no one by name or address had orderd pizza! I got the email confirmation up they said it must have been a different dominos. Fast forward half an hour someone else was put on the phone to which he said I won’t be getting my money back and if I want pizza I need to reorder and pay again. Obviously this was not going to happen. 10 mins later the manager is on the phone says the pizza guy tried to deliver my food but couldn’t no reason why. I know this didn’t happen as I was starving and looked out the window every time I heard an engine. As you do when you order takeaway. So now late for my plans and no pizza Finally the delivery man turned up, he was super sweet! (Did mention that he hadn’t come to deliver my food though, like the manger said) after everything it was the wrong size pizza and drink but I’d given up by then! Not worth ordering from here!! Super rude on the phone the whole time as well.

Bloody terrible service, the woman on the phone didn't understand English and the delivery driver constantly went to the wrong address. Absolutely shambolic from top to bottom, 100% don't recommend. Went there once I said my name and they got it completely wrong on the box, same for my friend. Don't even bother!

Tried to order for delivery to our hotel. The customer service was appalling. They kept hanging up on me and when I tried to tell the member of staff my mobile number he accused me of giving someone else's number and said that the number belonged to someone called Barbara. Then they proceeded to phone my boyfriend's phone back with a different number. Shady af. Never trying to order from there again.

Loved it. Rating it 5 stars because of the delivery guy (Kunal) who was very generous. He couldn't find the house initially as it was dark I'm guessing he couldn't see the numbers on the doors in the darkness so had to direct him. He rang up about it and was polite about it. Will order from there again.

Wow yesterday I ordered beef and pineapple toppings but got red onions and pineapple instead. I was really mad but still ate it. Today ... is even more interesting . I ordered two pizza with peppers and chicken toppings. First they didn’t give me the right type of pepper I ordered .... Then they served me two pizzas. One is with peppers and another is with chicken. Every pizza should come with two free toppings and you just gave me two pizzas with one topping each. I will never ever come back to this store again. Love a Dominos best Pizza place about and pretty good value for money. Especially the £2 Pizza in daytime! 6" personall pizza with 2 toppings! I like Ham n Pineapple as Hams decent and Pineapple is fresh and not frozen. Love Dominos pizza

Good food , delivery times average and competitive pricing

Same as most, unfortunately my most recent had been tilted while it was still very hot so all topping on half of the pizza. Historically been fine however.
