Good food just a little bit pricey for a family takeaway meal.

The staff Mr Chandra was really friendly and welcoming.

Very kind staff the young gentleman that served me was very patient and reassuring, me and my family use this domino's in Bulwell all the time never have a issue with anything foods always hot a delicious all staff hard working. Highly recommend this domino's. Thankyou domino's Bulwell.

The food was absoultely discusting wegdes taste and looked like they been cooked from frozen and the chicken nuggets was hard and looked like they wasn't cooked never going there again

Ordered using the pre order service via the app at 10:45 for the food to be ready at 12:15 for a work dinner. Food tasted great, collection was ready for bang on time, staff were extremely pleasant and the place inside looked spotless like they had out a lot of effort in to cleaning the place up! I will be ordering again when needed

After a massive misunderstanding through the ordering system I managed to speak to the manager himself. I finally got my order replaced, in full. I thank them for replacing my order, eventually, and it was delivered by the manager himself, who could not find my address so now he knows how the drivers feel ha ha. Food was hot and tasty even though 48hrs late.

Orderd food from dominos and I can't believe it. It took 3 hours to come!!! By the time it got there it was obviously cold. The staff? Super rude! The pizza was cold and soggy and disgusting. I do not recommend pizza from here. I even saw a few little ants in my kids pizza that they were sharing. The pizza overall tasted vile I'm never ordering from there ever again.

Got my order wrong. One pizza not three. Finally got 3 medium when I ordered large. Then got my name wrong. Not impressed.

Fast at taking order in store and taking money and telling you it will be ready in 15 minutes. But 40 minutes later and only just got my order after waiting and asking multiple times. And I wasn't the only customer with issues while there this evening

If there was a zero star button it would be zero. An hour and half waiting on an order phone up to chase to be told it’s on its way. And yes 30 minutes later not arrived, phoned up again to be told it was delivered to the wrong address and by time it had got back not edible and then told been to busy to let us know. Very appalling customer services.

I was ordering pizza, I had a special request but they was unable to co-operate with me. Unable to tell names so I could report them for the abuse I received, from a manager - female sounds high pitch. I gad not received my order in the end. Never going her to this store.

Its hard to score this dominos, sometimes they do amazing pizzas and other times its absolutely terrible, its luck of the draw on who does the pizzas

I had an offer for a free pizza but when it came they wanted the money and they said you had to order it through online so how can you get a pizza through your computer screen

Clearly had an issue with tills/printers and order took a bit longer than expected. But staff friendly and worked as efficiently as they could to serve all the customers.

Nice service friendly atmosphere warm staff not too long to wait allowed too use the toilets while waiting for my pizza too be made.in joyed very mouthful I will be using this place again maybe try delivery next time.

If it could be anything less than one star it would be. Called ahead about a large order and was told to ring it through 30 mins later trying to order and 2 blocked cards by them as they don't take cash? It was finally ordered online instead. When collected they was not worth the wait and tbh not very good at all, more pizza base than toppings, no wonder they do them for half price. Will not be using again.

Great pizza , always love a deal from dominoes! Shame the BBQ bases have an allergen of cellery though! Love BBQ base! Not a fan of the delivery fee lately, it's already pricey 😔

Ordered online for delivery. Phoned up after an hour to see where the order was (as the app said it was still at the preperation stage) and when the phone was eventually answered I was told that it would be a further 2 hours due to no delivery drivers. Had to drive down and collect the order. Would have eaten even later if I hadnt have phoned up. Wont be ordering again.

The pizza was very dry and disgusting, I'm waiting 36 minutes. Disappointed 😞

They sell pizza, you could probably guess that though to be honest.

They put meat sausage on my wife's vegan pizza... She's vegan due to her religious beliefs. The manager seemed not to care about this. Morally bankrupt store, avoid at all costs.

We are a frequent dominos customer and when we moved near this branch, they've been extremely dodgy and they fake their tracking system by marking the order as delivered before it arrives, then hours later bringing in a cold pizza. When we made a complaint they said they could not take any action. Please go buy elsewhere

Ordered pizza to be delivered ASAP at 7:30. Was never delivered, despite me ringing the shop several times. The pizza tracker told me it had been delivered, the shop told me it was on the road, but there was nothing. When I rang for the third time, I was placed on hold. As soon as I rang from my mobile rather than my landline, I got through. Seems the staff had chosen to ignore my number on purpose. They offered to redo the delivery from scratch, but by this time it was 9:45, I asked for a full refund instead. Terrible, terrible service and the staff need to learn some manners.

Poor service and rude staff. Our order never arrived, despite several phone calls to the shop to check on the status. The online delivery tracker was inaccurate too. The staff then put us on hold for a long time - but as soon as I rang from my mobile instead of my landline, they answered! It was almost as if they had knowingly ignored my phone number...! Never received any food, two hours later, cancelled order and asked for full refund. Will not be ordering domino's pizza again.

Messed up our order. We called and told them that one item was missing and they said they'll have it delivered in a few minutes but it never came.

Tried to order a gluten free pizza, got told, "sorry mate, we don't do them" even though they are advertised on the website. Obviously couldn't be bothered. My first and last attempt to try Domino's!

Need people that can speak English on the phone could not understand a single word she said got the order wrong but nothing I could do because thats what she said on the phone ill go else where until they employ people that can speak English!

Any size pizza for 9.99 on collection. Good value.

Don't go to this Domino's.. they leave your delivered food on the street floor expecting you to come and collect it with no extra box like they supposed to. They ignore all world health organisation guidelines. If they can do that in public eye imagine what they can do behind close doors don't trust them. I will never order from there again... BIG RECOMMENDATION TO GO TO NUTHALL ROAD DOMINO'S advoid advoid hucknall Domino's rotton pizzas.

So disappointed with our pizza! Cold and portion size of the mixed chicken box was a joke. After being at work all day so looking forward to a dominoes but will never order from them again! £22 = joke and we tipped! Cheers

3 pizzas ordered from the store, quick and easy to order. Pleasant staff. Whilst ordering at the counter the young lad helped save me money by offering a better option.

Always came on time or even earlier,piping hot, delivered with a smile on, can't ask for much more though.....and is always tasty

The crust and sauce were the same as you get in America but the toppings were different and that is to be expected. 2 medium pizzas for $40???? Outrageous pricing to say the least. In the US those same 2 pizzas on most days would have cost $12 when using coupons and even without coupons the standard price is $8.99 per pizza. Not sure how this drastic price gouging could be justified.

This review is based solely on the Hucknall branch not Dominos as a whole! Second time I have ordered from this branch, the first time my order came after two hours and today, my four pizzas each came without the dip, contacted the store to be told they're extremely busy, it will go out with a driver and arrive if and when the driver is 'in the area'. I can't deny loving Dominos, but this branch is shocking.

So expensive for what you get. Hardly any toppings on a chicken feast, hardly a feast apart from bread!

SEE Update June 2019 ...Waited nearly an hour for delivery the food had been reheated possibly in a microwave it was absolutely disgusting. Have not ordered since, and we had just started using them on a regular basis. Their excuse was a traffic accident delayed the driver. In that case don’t reheat food phone us and do the meal fresh? June 28 2019 Decided to give them another try had a two large pizza deal between four of us everyone said it was the best pizza they have ever tasted including me. Piping hot, fast delivery they truly redeemed themselves so five star rating thoroughly deserved!

8/3/19.. orded pizza at 8.30pm..wated till 9.10 pm no pizza rang up to ask where it was only to be told that it's been cancelled as driver tried to deliver but no answer. . But no one rang to say that!!! SO they said driver had gone home so they would send nother one out..but did not arrive till 9.50pm and they wanted £26.00 for a large chicken feast and wedges!! But we refused to pay as it was well over late so told driver to call the shop. And that's my experience with domino's absolutely terrible,rubbish to ask £26.00 for such a tasteless bland pizza. AVOID.

Pizza never turned up, lies lies lies from rhe shop on where it is and calls made. Incredibly rude manager if thats what he is.. Won't be using again.

Ordered this at seven of clock Pizza turned up at 8.40 . I called the shop who informed me that the driver had tried to call and would call after his next delivery . Don't know why he didn't knock on . Pizza arrived cold and the driver rude asking why we had called the shop . I live five minutes away .try reading the door numbers ..just a suggestion. Won't use again

Dissapointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. The best part is , they actually don't care !? They promise refunds and don't send them .. they can't find your house when delivering their Communication is poor .. And when you ring back to redeem your free meal youd think some effort would be put in so we would return . Nope delivery took a hour and 15 mins . My box was wet pizza cold . I LOVE dominos but hate this shop it's awful . Don't waste your money

Don't even deserve 1 star, very rude staff called himself a manager, I went there to order he never talk to me I had to knock on the counter to he acknowledged, he came he is on his own that's why he can't serve me, but there were other staff around, I explained that I understand he was busy but he could at least just acknowledge my presence while we were waiting, he then turn say if I don't want I should not order pizza taken of him being rude and will be posting on social media I had to drive to nuthall road to get pizza because they were rude and unprofessional.
