Falsely advertised hours on both google and the front door my order was diverted to town center and nothing was said

I have made a complaint about the services and also the delivery on top I had cold pizza after an hour

Popped in to order lunchtime personal pizza deal, was told had to be ordered online, unable to get phone signal here so walked away without placing an order and staff just let an order go. Might not be a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, but will make me think twice about ordering again here, especially with a competitor two doors down who fell over themselves to help.....

Service is awful, we ordered pizza paid lots of money , and ee never received the pizza , when we call to ask the staff member said he is noting to do sith him and we have to get the refund from uber eats ,but however we couldn't get refund beacuse in their system they cancelled the orders as we refused the order , but we never did he was their problem as thez said uber eats app never send the order to them . Anyway , dont buy from here . Five people waited for 2h to get the pizza and never received money back or pizza .

Ordered with Uber eats , and waited 30 min after delivery time, and we had to call and the guy in the store couldn't explain why we did not received the pizza , my kids are starving they crying like crazy.

We ordered a pizza and wait for it one and half hour and we had to call and find out from them the uber eats app and we did not get the food. And still didn’t get the refund . Poor service ,I do not recommend this place .

Website clearly says open till 1:45am. I go in before 11pm. Staff mock and embarrass me. When i told them about online, response i got was aggressive and rude. Saying they’re closed. Sort your selfs out and your staff. 12.12.22

Dry pizza, low on ingredients. I always thought pizza had cheese, this outlet obviously believes cheese is premium as it just wasn't there. Took my business 2 doors down for a much better experience

The app wouldn't allow me to book delivery so I went and collected it. 8-10 minutes was suggested, I was probably closer to 15 before I got there and it still took a further 10 minutes once I was in the store. Parking is awful around here which makes collecting a real pain

Food arrived quick but we got food poisoning and were back and forth to the loo all night and next day

I wasn't the one paying but it was very overpriced for the quantity of Pizza.

My last visit wasn't great. Eventually my grandson did enjoy his pizza. They didn't tell me it was 2 for 1 Tuesday every Tuesday. I had no idea. Gad I known I would have had the end pizza and given it to a family member. I asked for a cheese and ham and pineapple pizza with added sweetcorn and meatballs. When I gave the pizza to my grandson he asked wheres the ham snd pineapple? Went straight back in and said what was wrong. The guy looked at me as though I was an alien! Took a second guy to explain. They did make a replacement, it was hot, correct and enjoyed by my grandson. Just felt disappointed that the person taking the order didn't communicate the 2 for 1 and that I had to wait after placing a phone order to speed things up.

After 4 years of delivering to us, they have now refused due to another outlet opening closer (Moulton) but they wouldn't answer the phone and the Internet would only connect to our old outlet! So a change to P J's from now on...

90 minutes from ordering to delivery, and apparently this does not qualify for free pizza next time!!!

3 hours, yes 3 hours to get a pizza delivered Phoned them after an hour , they just said they haven't got enough drivers

When ordering the App said it would be 45 minutes delivery. One hour went past and we rang them. I was told sorry, very busy and a lack of drivers. Should get it within 30-40 minutes, if not ring back. We rang back after 30 minutes and said we wanted a refund. He said he would expedite the order after we said we'd lodge a complaint having to wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered! The order was expedited and arrived 2 hours after it was ordered but with no extra mozzarella or pineapple which we paid extra for. I will never order from them again. Disgusting 😒

Walked in to order, waited 10/15 minutes. Pizza was fine but the base on my pizza was on the very thin side.

Service slow, thats when somebody could be bothered to answer phone, to take our order! pizza arrived cold, garlic bread had no cheeseas ordered, and took over a hour to arrive... started using pappa johns instead...it was poor value for money!

My kids love dominos so it’s our go to for special occasions or movie nights. However over the recent months you’ll order via the app and no food will arrive you’d call and get no answer and when you eventually do they tell you your in a 3hr que! When you dispute this they tell you it’s your own fault for ordering via the app and not calling the store to check! Ended up collecting and it was done in 10mins, offered me money off my next order but trying to call to order and again the line just rings out… Now having to order via town centre and collect

Drive to town and collect and avoid this place. Used this branch for 7 years and over the last few months you would have a better experience with a £1 frozen pizza. Tonight's attempt took nearly 90 minutes and had clearly been sitting there a while as it has welded itself to the box. Would be able to suffer the odd missing topping but you guys don't do things by half; missing toppings is an expected standard now, the new question is will it look like a pizza?

Rude. Never answer the phone, like trying to get hold of your doctors, been waiting hour for a pizza thats still in prep.

Delivery is always ages, just called as ordered over half an hour ago and app still says prepping !!!!! Guy says delivery is an hour and a half 😳 it needs to state on the app that it's a long delivery time as most places are an hour max, not happy , hungry and wishing I had just cooked a pizza !!!

Staff friendly. Pizzas great as always although black olives are no longer an option which is disappointing. Always busy but efficient and waiting times as expected. We always order the large family deal which is excellent value.

Great find many eating outlets,pizza's fish and chips etc ,eat in ,or order through the hatch at the back for a take away service,service very good,and your order comes up on an outside screen.

Fast and efficient service and pizza was good

Friendly and patient staff, got the order correct and also went out to call us in the car park when the order was ready, rather than relying on us to show up 15min later and risk the pizza getting cold.

Very disappointing service, got our order wrong, staff argued that they didnt get it completely wrong and then refused to offer us coke as compensation. Waited in dominoes for 50 minutes whilst they sorted our order out

How can you not rate dominoes 5 stars. Never anything to complain about. Staff friendly and pizza great

Turned up at collection time to find pizzas had not yet been started. Told they would be 5-10 mins; had to wait 20. One pizza was so undercooked that large parts of the dough we're still raw. Was given some free garlic bread to compensate.

Ordered two family deals, pizza took over an hour to arrive, and when they did they were lukewarm and two were missing one of the toppings (and the rest had barley any toppings). And when it arrived both lots of wedges were missing so had to wait another twenty minutes for those to arrive, and when they did they were freezing cold. The Domino's in Northampton town is infinitely better than this one. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here at all.

Bought some pizzas and garlic bread from westen favell in Northampton .. normally they are good but this time they ve messed few things.. too much tomato source on both pizza and garlic bread ... It kind messed the whole pizza experience... May be better one next time.

Absolute joke! Ordered online and then called 1 1/2 hours as it still didn’t arrive, called multiple times and kept being told 5 minutes, called store again and was told the order wasn’t processed, could of said the first time we called. No mangers on site to process a refund. Poor service!

You can't really go wrong with Domino's. It's not particularly cheap but you just can't get the same experience with a shop bought pizza.

So, a little confused to what this is supposed to be, did your driver drive over the box for asthenic reasons? I attempted to contact you but got transferred through to town centre who advised me you had closed and that there was nothing they could do to help, my complaint would be passed on in the morning. This is not acceptable and I have no idea how this got through quality check. I will be calling up tomorrow to complain and I’ll expect my tip to the driver back. It’s frustrating, never had any problems before with delivery times or the quality of the pizza

Order has taken nearly 1/12 hours to arrive. Numerous phone calls to chase and when it does eventually arrive it’s stone cold. Staff we spoke to couldn’t give a toss wont be using again.

Almost 2 hours before we got our order and had to go and collect even though ordered a delivery.

Ordered the large family deal and it was awful! I asked for extra mushrooms on my pizza and got about 5 on the whole pizza, the garlic pizza bread with cheese had literally no cheese on it and the wedges tasted like cardboard!! Never really been happy with the Weston Favell store anyway, town is deffo the best store to order from but we have to use that one now due to where we live. This is deffo the worst it’s been since ordering from here which is why I felt the need to leave a review because I don’t usually!

Ordered a set deal and they got it wrong. How hard is it to follow their own menu? No I didint call and complain as we were all hungry but come on a set deal can't be hard to follow.

Ordered two portions of cookies and a tub of magnum ice cream! I was told on the phone that it would be 30 minutes... it has now been 2 hours with no sign of my order! Tried to ring through to the store (WESTON FAVELL) and they had blocked my number which I think is disgraceful customer service!!!! I live a couple miles outside of Weston favell which I believe is within the delivery area. Trust me if I could put ZERO star for this store it would be getting one

I ordered a veggie pizza got it home and found ham on it for a veggerterian that's not good.

I am absolutely appalled by the quality of phone customer service! He sounded extremely unenthusiastic and bored, I know it's a saturday night and you don't want to be working but at least try to sound like you deserve your pay cheque.

Just got our pizza delivered and the box was obviously stored side ways , the pizza just folded in on its self , funny photo though!

Rocked up just before 11:30pm to be told it was closed despite opening times clearly stating 1:45am closing time. Excuse given by staff is that you can still ring and it will transfer to town. Pile of absolute tosh. I had to give it one star as zero isn't allowed.

Good Domino's. Loses a point for the delivery drivers parking in the disabled bays. Parking can be an issue after 6pm and at the weekends.

Rang for pizza at 12am was told my food would be here in 1 hour now at 2am I am still waiting for my food! Now ringing them and they're not answering! Why take an order if youre not going to deliver it!! My friend who's pregnant is craving her pineapple pizza and has been waiting 2 hours and its still not here! Absolutely ridiculous! Also the woman on the phone was rude as hell!!!
