Terrace Restaurant at Westone Manor Hotel in Northampton

Horrible experience. Ordered food that came exactly in 2 and half hour and we had to go bring it carry it to table and after all this it was not fresh or well cooked. Never been through this in my life

Very basic rooms no storage for clothes if you ate away for a few day. The walls a like paper so you can hear everything going on all around you worst nights sleep ever.

Could be a lot better and pics are not reflective of what greets you on arrival

Garden is beautiful. Great for drinks in summer. Food is average, standard pub grub and not unreasonable pricing. Just wish the decor had a revamp, they put on more entertainment, played music in the garden and advertised a bit more. The place has so much potential, just doesn’t seem the management really want to pull in the custom. Could be wonderful, just seems like not much effort goes into it. Bit of a revamp, maybe get sky sports and some tv’s in the bar area/ garden so the football/sport can be shown, music playing in garden, make use of the bbq area they have outside but never seem to open and the place could be thriving. Could be the perfect local establishment for the residents of the westone/headlands area but just needs a small amount of money investing and a bit of effort putting into the place

Went to ABBA tribute DEC 4TH 2021 What a joke pay different price for tickets for table of 8 to get there to find it a free for all for tables got no right to charge different prices when everyone is getting the same thing and then also apparently 200 people in attendance having to share 2 unclean toilet 🚻 WILL NOT BE DOiNG ANOTHER TRIBUTE NIGHT 🤔

Was looking forward to the roast dinner, which I had, but was not at it was before lockdown. The portion size hadn't changed but the meal has as it was like having an "Aunty Bessie" meal out. Previously the roast dinner was thoroughly enjoyable with the Yorkshire pudding being an individual large size and the roast potatoes crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. The service wasn't great either. I don't think they were staffed up enough for the amount of custom they were receiving. It's a shame as it used to be somewhere we looked forward to going. Hopefully they can turn things around soon.

Quite expensive, use the close by back roads for better prices.

Dinner was OK but dessert of chocolate fudge cake very dry. No cream or ice cream offerred. Didn't like that they scraped the plates at the table! Also same drinks but different prices each time. Entertainment good but the room not suitable. Not enough tables and chairs or lighting.

Excellent food and service can't fault it will definitely be going back again.

Limited choice on the menu but food was good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Outside terrace is nice view and peaceful.

The toilet flash wasn't working and the shower was broken , the water was coming out of the bath.

Modern style restaurant will good food. Prices as to be expected from any 3plus star hotel

Stayed here for a weekend silverstone event and I will be back to stay again here. Easy got to, plenty of parking spaces. Tidy and clean rooms, comfy bed, really hot water and a great breakfast in the morning

amazing hotel this my 3rd visit this year and its been exellent service everytime the staff are all amazing i would reccomend you come and stay here when visiting northampton or a stay over before your fly aboard is close to the motorway for airports

what a lovely place to have a meal in staff very friendly and helpful good food also

Set in a beautiful garden so relaxing.

Different style of food, very pleasant evening , need to have more of an Indian restaurant feel though
