Pizzas are lovely and ordered some yesterday on delivery

Pizza is pizza but the prices are way to high

Pizza is was like eating cardboard and was cold took ages for delivery and was shocked by the rudeness of the delivery man this was appalling I don’t recommend This I would not even feed this to my dog shocking 🤦‍♂️

Very disappointed, not had a dominos since they started discriminating by not taking cash, but went tonight because was always the best , what a mistake 2 large pizzas stuffed crust but only about 3mm thick with sparse toppings with chicken wings about 16 pounds dearer than pizza hut sorry for losing the faith pizza hut be back soon I promise.

A seamless and easy dealing with Dominoes Kingsthorpe. Their team are excellent, very good communication considering we had such a big order for New Year's Day to put through. We were also able to do this in advance. I didn't get the name of the main guy we were in contact with, but he was excellent. Dips were forgotten in the order and so he came to personally drop them off to us. Thank you!

The food was bland no taste and disappointing,I will not use them anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

The pizza itself is VERY expensive compared to their rivals but it is slightly better tasing. The main guy in here is very unwelcoming and always looks angry

I ordered online and collected, the lack of cheese on both of the pizza's was a joke. Very disappointing and won't be having a dominos again

It's okay, I would probably recomend when working with food some beard covering and hair is tied back better.

Pizza and chicken wings arrived cold!!! Was offered only ,£5 coupon off for next order not happy and I probably will never use them again.

Decent enough shop, very quick and easy to get your food, but watch where you park, no everyone is so keen to give space 😉

Brought pizza from here on Tuesday and they were disgusting, they looked unappetizing and they were nearly cold. Certainly not worth the money they are charging. Will not be returning to this store or any other Domino's store if that is all they can produce. Terrible.

Terrible!! Will never eat dominos again! Pizza came cold, not cut up at all and the base looked like a 5 year old made it and was even torn on the edge! Sent us replacement but by this time was put off completely!! Very poor!

Seem to be very short staffed and unable to cope. Delivery time was stated to be 45 minutes an hour later it still hadn't been made. We went down to pick it up as asked by the staff member we spoke to and was told 10 minutes. Got there and it still hadn't been made. Staff very apologetic but I my opinion if they are that overwhelmed they shouldn't be accepting orders.

2 hours and 20 minutes wait for a pizza. It is meant to be a fast food but this was beyond ridiculous

This dominos used to be good but now they have gone downhill. Delivery took over an hour and when it arrived it was cold. They did give a refund though which was good. We tried again a few weeks later and it was just a bad.

This branch of Domino's is an absolute joke, bought 40 quids worth of pizzas for the family, turned up to collect it to find out the muppet over the counter gave our order to someone else, no need for ID or a confirmation or anything, meaning we had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the store for our food, and the guy just didn't care, we overheard him saying that he didn't care if he got sacked over the incident and just didn't seem to give 2 shakes about it. It's not the first time something bad has happened with this branch either.

Worst experience with any food delivered!!! Food ordered came 40 minutes late, no email or call to explain, the delivery driver didn't even give us our drink, and he went to leave, we asked about our drink, he looked very puzzled and after a few seconds fumbled his words and said Dominoes ran out of all drinks, and that tomorrow we might get a credit!! we ordered 2 pizzas and a large drink, my pregnant girlfriend opened pizza to find it cold!!! Absolutely discusting!!! All you had to do was let us know!!! I would never recommend this store or their driver!!!

Onions on my pizza when I only asked for ground beef. Asked driver to leave food on the doorstep as family is sleeping but the driver knocked pretty loud and woke people up. The pizza was falling apart and had sauce spilled all over the crust. Disappointing. 👍

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. I made an order at 9.51pm on a Friday, received messages on the tracker to say it was baking then out for delivery. Called the store at 11.20pm after not receiving my order and the call was transferred to town centre branch because Kingsthorpe was shut. Called Kingsthorpe the next day and requested a refund and a call from the store manager. One week on, NO refund and NO call back. Disgusting customer service and complete thieves.

I understand is a bit busy in weekdays but pizza completely uncooked 😡 never again pizza from them. We paying with money wasn't for free bloody he'll. If you not available to make pizza better change the job.

I suggest Domino's either give an option if you want tomato base or barbecue base on your meaty pizzas because I do tend to find there is too much barbecue sauce that completely outweighs the taste of the meat toppings.. Suggest they also so make the large pizzas larger the amount of thick crust that is leftover from the pizza that I end up not eating because I don't want to eat it Overall it was decent the driver called me because he was uncertain where he was which is a good thing because most people would go to the wrong place and deliver it .. he didn't he was polite in uniform I do wish if you order a large pizza that Domino's manufacture was make the side dip bigger or smaller depending on what size pizzas you choose I ordered the buy one get one free Tuesday pizzas I chose large now that comes with a very small standard size dip which obviously isn't going to be enough for two slices have to pay extra for a bigger dip The pizzas where 5/10 . I haven't tried any other pizza from them yet nothing catches my eye I'd like to see other deals including for 2 with a pudding would be really nice to have Make the pizzas a little thicker please !

Ordered for delivery last night, the pizza had practically no cheese on it at all and the other toppings were very scarce as well. Chicken wings were more like sparrow wings - and when it eventually arrived well over an hour after ordering it was stone cold. Have never had worse service. Papa Johns next door are far better - don't waste your money here. Even the smaller take away / kebab shops do better than this for half the price. Really bad.

Gave us the wrong time for when the pizza would be ready, causing us to show up at the wrong time, and then made us wait outside in -1°C for around 10 minutes before giving us our cold pizza, and a cold garlic bread without any cheese instwad of the garlic dippers we ordered.

Pizza arrived over cooked and cold! It was poorly sliced and I paid extra for more mushrooms and I got two mushrooms .... in total ! I ordered the same from here before, it was bad then but I didn’t think it would happen again!

Awful experience. We ordered two pizzas and sides , one of the pizzas was not ours and clearly labelled as much. We tried calling the store several times but no one answered. Both pizzas were deliver cold and over cooked. Dominos seem to be skimping with toppings as there was hardly any. Disgusting food total waste of money.

Winderful in every way. Recommend totally and the girl on the til was so lovely and kind to me.

Literally just eating the pizza that was delivered. Very quick. Much faster than I expected. Unfortunately there was loads of what can only be described as air bubbles over the pizza. Although not an expert the air bubbles are where this is very little topping. I've never had a pizza with such small amounts of toppings. Disappointed. Last time we ordered from this branch it was very good which is why I have averaged things out with three stars. If this was my only experience it would be 1 star.

Everytime I edit my review to make it look worst for this brunch. their pizzas are awful and you should expect it late and cood. It is better for Dominos to close it

Absoluty disgusted in domino's service I pre ordered my pizza at 5 o clock to be delivered at 7.30 the reason I did this was because whenever I order a takeaway it takes longer to come than they say on the phone it still wasn't here on time why bother to order early

Overpriced. Quality no where near as good as it used to be

One star is too much for ths store. We've ordered 3 times fron this branch since we've moved in and it was horrible. Last order we get half and half, we could not tell which half is which, on texas bbq side (I think it was tex bbq) we had 2 stips of chicken. I am not joking but the cheapest pizza from asda or tesco or any other shops looks and taste better that this. PLease exchange or train the staff as this one does not know how to make a pizza

Dude on the phone was rude. Spoke to a manager and the guy and they both apologised and gave me a discount. Great pizza ensued...

Consistently poor experience! Frustrating I can change my delivery store. Never had an order delivered that isn’t at least half an hour longer than expected time!

as a driver I had amazing experience with pizza team from Northampton and the customers really gave me the best satisfaction in my life and thank you for that. Happy New Year . Kind Regards.

Went in when it was quiet, soon got busy but people were still given their pizzas before us. Waited about 45 minutes for food. The screen showing progress was completely inaccurate throughout each process. Saying it was being made when it wasn't or in the oven when we could see the guy making it! Our order was then placed on the side for 10 minutes before it was handed to us so therefore not hot when we got it. The staff taking orders were miserable/looked like they didn't want to be there or were looking around aimlessly like they had no idea what was happening. One short dark haired girl when taking phone orders, we noticed pulling an irritated face while on the phone to a customer. Also, could not help but notice the two lads making the pizza bases; one in particular was very loud and messing around, laughing and joking. This really didnt show a good impression at all. Won't be back after this. Never waited so long before it's ridiculous. Utterly disappointing overall.
