Great food , used the app to order and food arrived on time , vegan pizza was very tasty.

Food was good and staff was polite. but lose 2 stars for not taking cash and having to faff about setting up googlepay. Cash is king.

Dreadful. I don't order from Dominos very often because they have always been consistently poor. Ordered on a Thursday night. Food arrived very quickly. Pizza was barely cooked, it was warm and sloppy. It always feels like Domino's just need to keep their pizzas in the oven for another 5 mins. Barely any cheese on top. Pepperoni was barely cooked. The whole thing just fell apart as soon as you picked it up because nothing on it had been cooked for more than 30 seconds. I asked for an additional topping of "Peppers" which had been thrown on by what appears to be a disgruntled employee, angry and the very notion that they had to do more than 5 seconds work preparing my pizza The "fries" were an abomination, seriously they were the worst chips I've ever seen. Domino's, if you're reading this: get a fryer, you can't be selling oven chips as a feature. The chips were barely cooked, soggy and blatantly done in an oven for about 30 seconds. Terrible. Don't order their chips, just don't do it. You remember how bad their potato wedges are? (soggy, barely warm and clearly thrown through an oven for 8 seconds), yeah the "Fries" are way worse. I didn't bother ringing to complain. What's the point? All in all, massively overpriced and very poor. Exactly the Domino's experience I've come to expect. So they are consistent, I'll give them that.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered on the app, clear as crystal instructions yet they still missed the Chicken off a Chicken pizza! I contacted customer service as soon as we got home and noticed the mistake but apparently because I didn't call the store and travel a further 40 minutes I'm not entitled to compensation for my incorrect order, haha. The food is very expensive for what you get but it's a nice treat once in a while but after this I'll take my custom elsewhere! I've never heard anything so ludicrous. Money grabbers. Will not be going back!

I frequently order from dominos and this time I was very disappointed. I saw the delivery driver was outside my house so I went outside like I usually do and he sat in his car for atleast 20 minutes on his phone. To say you have to pay delivery and the food is high on price anyway the service is absolutely terrible. My food was also very cold, I rang and complained.

Not good last time I'm using this. one half the order was wrong and when it was sorted the other half was cold got home and realised I only had three children wings and not seven .

Very disappointing! My family had a pizza each but there was hardly any cheese on atall! but lots of tomato purée. Main ingredient of pizza is cheese. Won’t order again

Has gone downhill lately - change of staff maybe? Take out arrived nearly an hour late and barely warm. Gave them another chance and ordered again, hardly any cheese on a cheese and tomato pizza. Hope they go back to their usual standards soon

wrong item, missing item and cold food. Driver turned up 25 minutes later with the correct item and missing item-bit late by then. Expected to come straight back-3 /4minute drive. Was offered for food to be cooked again (very polite in phone) but would then have to wait again.This is the 3rd time this has happened hence the poor review. Will not be trying again

Horrendous experience. The store manager Jake needs some training, I can’t blame him as clearly he has not received the correct training. Avoid. Order from the local pizza shops or restaurants for a much better experience

90 minutes wait for delivery, cold food and poor customer service- hope that sums it up! I would reward less than a star if I was able to!

I use to rate this as the best place to get a take away in Northallerton but following a dispute with them and their App. I no longer use them. Staff in the shop are brilliant but their online customer service is shocking. After over a month of trying to get them refund £20 I gave up. Told them they had two days to respond or they can stuff their account. Two days later the account got deleted as they couldn’t be bothered. Go to Uno Momento

Absolutely disgusting. Freezing cold pizza cost me over £15 with delivery!! Better off getting a £1.99 pizza from Tesco. Manager just not bothered.

Efficient, friendly service, great pizza, good price!

We ordered pizza here the evening after our daughter was born at the hospital. Needless to say we weren't planning on cooking that night. The pizza was fine and tasted good. Although extra water was needed we enjoyed the pizza and it helped with the sheer exhaustion.

I've ordered a couple of times over the past few weeks, quality just seems to be getting worse. Used to order frequently last year as it was always spot on, but seems to have gone down hill. Such a shame.

Second time here and yet again food took over an hour to cook. It was collection as well so had sit and wait as a plethora of other customers came in and out. Asked where my pizza was and they couldn't find. Turns out it was took by the delivery driver so had to wait an extra half hour to remake it!!

Shocking !! Waited nearly 3 hours never arrived !! Fobbed off on the phone saying it’s on its way never arrived , refund requested !! Will never order again terrible customer service they are lucky to get 1 ⭐️

Pizzas were lovely when we got them. I just wish the app wouldn't tell you they will be ready to collect in 12 minutes when it's more like 45 minutes.

Ordered online to collect, with a 10-15 min prep time. On arrival was told home deliveries take priority and to expect a 20-30 minute delay. Told a refund would take 3-5 days to process! Left with no real option but to wait. Over an hour after ordering pizzas ready but one on wrong base. At least 4 other customers in the same situation and 3 of us with young children sat in cars Dominoes online ordering system needs to take account of their home delivery commitments and not mislead customers choosing to collect with completely inaccurate information.

Great service, and always great food

Very, very slow service here. Stockton or York is around 12 mns for 2 medium pizzas - here is at least 25 mins but last time I was here it was neary 40 mins

I drove past saw and then went in. I was told it would be 15 to 20 mins. I paid and waited in my car. When I came back in I was told to wait another 20 mins. It had not been prepared but was in computer. I ended up getting refund and went home.

Pizzas are great and there is usually a deal which is affordable! The only reason not 5 star's is they have messed up are order a few times, so make sure you double check!

'Blows Hot and Cold' - quite often service is OK, but quite often issues occur when they could easily be avoided - running out of ingredients (especially when popular promotions are running), not enough change in tills, incorrect sides given. Recently my wife and I bought a half and half pizza. I returned home, took a bite out of a slice, just as my wife realised they'd ignored all her topping amendments. Rang to explain, they queried if pizza was whole and, if not, they couldnt replace. I explained and, after speaking to the manager, they agreed to exchange. Returned to the store and exchanged. Not sure what use someone's used pizza is, until I'd barely pulled out of the car park, to see two of the staff's head's buried in the pizza box. Disgusting! I've overseen unprofessional staff on a few occasions, in the day - loud inappropriate music and staff acting like children. Needs someone to crack the whip in there..

The food was great but the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. We were stood waiting for our order whilst it was sat under the heat lamps after already speaking to 2 members of staff!

Took an hour to collect 2 pizzas. An angry mob of about 15 people all waiting to be served. Don't do deals if you cannot cope with the demand.

I ordered food from here at 8:01pm, I requested for the food to be delivered ASAP it was ordered and I waited. 2 hours later the food hasn’t arrived so I called up to ask what was happening I was told the driver was out on delivery & would be back and have our pizza to us in the next 5 minutes so I said Thankyou & the man hung up on me. 11 o’clock rolls by and I still hasn’t receive the pizza ( they top delivering at 11 o’clock ) so in the end I didn’t get the food I ordered! And I then ended up going the night hungry! Thankyou dominos!

Furious I ordered online it came around 1 hour later COLD so I’ve tried ringing and still trying to get through they’ve actually picked up the phone and hung up straight away !!! Still haven’t spoke to anyone absolutely disgusting customer service if that’s how they behave think I’ll have to contact above them

Training must have been given recently cos their pizzas were great last night!

This was the second time in a week I had visited Domino's at Northallerton. The first time I went in and was told there was over an hour's wait so I decided to decline and left. The next visit it was completely different. I placed an order at 1900 hrs and was told by the staff it would be 10-15 mins. Upon being told this I went with my heavily pregnant wife with twins to Tesco to get some medication and returned to the store about 12 mins later. I asked for my order and was told that there was some kind of mix up as nothing was printed off and nothing was on the screen. The person behind the desk said sorry and told me it would be 5 mins. 20 mins later my pizzas were ready. I never wanted to make a scene as we were already waiting 30 mins for something thatI was told would be 10-15 mins max. If they had given me the £1 pot of garlic dip I asked for before I left for free for messing me about I would of probably left it go, but sorry I was mugged off again. The place looks tatty and there was food debris all over the place in the prep area. If it was busy I could understand, however it wasnt. Sorry Domino's Northallerton I think I'll get Regency next time, plus they deliver the 12 mins down the road.

I've had Pizza from here on a few occasions, most of the time it's been OK. I do have a couple of gripes about this takeaway though, one occasion we had ordered a couple of pizzas , one was supposed to come with rocket salad, but they didn't have any in store so lost out there. Yesterday we ordered a couple of pizzas from one of their deal offers & paid online just after 6pm to pick up at 7-30 pm. I arrived on time to pick up to find the pizzas not even prepared due to lack of ingredients No Chicken apparently. So I had to pick another pizza on the spot then both pizza were prepared and cooked. When my order was shouted out I was presented with 4 boxes of pizza. I only ordered 2 large pizza and was given 4 medium boxes with 2/3rd of a medium pizza in each box. SO a lack of more ingredients as no large pizza Base. Got home opened up boxes to find a serious lack of topping on all of them. I Wouldn't recommend this pizza shop. I'm sticking to Northallerton Pizza down Ashlands.

By far the worst run Dominos branch I've ever been to. The staff are woefully incompetent. Having worked at another branch in the past I know the pizza's should take 12 mins (max) from ordering to be ready for collection. This store? Better bring a book as you'll wait a minimum of 30 minutes. The one and only time I ordered for delivery it took THREE HOURS.

Staff are very friendly and always proffesional even when it is busy. Waiting times are as expected from the time of day you order and always fresh piping hot.

Horrendous! Pizza was stone cold, attitude on staff was disgusting and delivery took over 90 mins. Would not recommend this store.

TERRIBLE!!!! We had ordered from the spot the week before and they had missed placed our order!! We rang back and they said they would sort it but they didn't. We rang back and they promised use that the next time we order they would sort it out. We re ordered next week to find out that they never brought our order correct again or what we asked for the last time they said they would put it right . We rang numerous times asking them to bring use what we wanted. We asked to speak to the manager but the manger was more bothered about flipping his pizza bases than speaking to use on the phone. I'm absolutely disgusted with the poor costumer service. The Manger and the person on the phone are totally disrespectful and rude. What should of been a simple problem to sort out we now won't be ordering from them again!!!!

Me and my friends ordered here last night and the pizza was extremely undercooked. We have all suffered from sickness and dehydration in the night and the next day. We got a half and half and it was more like 3\4 1/4. Really disappointed because I really like dominos and was looking forward to it coming to Northallerton.

Just opened so still getting used to I suppose, outside was a tip tho and needed cleaning rubbish every were! Great food!
