Delivered almost an hour after it was said to be - requested a text message update on my order that I never received

Worst parmo I have ever had. Dough on pizza was terrible . Wont be back . Felt like a chew being there for them.

Always order my chicken kebab wrap and curly fries here. Generous portions with meat and sauce, and especially with the chips. Service is quick specially with collection and always smiley staff when I go in! Atmosphere is nice and tidy.

Food was awful, had chicken kebab with chips and salad. Chips were soggy, salad tasted like taken out the bin. We’ve also had calzone which was undercooked. Never had problems before, very disappointed

We order from them a lot but recently food has started to arrive undercooked. Raw, soggy chips. Very disappointed. It's always delivered very, very fast and that shows. The last few times we've ordered from them we've had to airfry the chips again (and chicken nuggets) because they're barely cooked. If anybody from the restaurant actually reads this, try taking your time instead of getting the order out in 10 minutes flat. Stop rushing the order out. We ordered online tonight (24/07/2024) and the food arrived about 20 minutes later. The chips were raw and soggy. The chicken nuggets were soft and barely cooked. The garlic sauce tasted like vinegar (and had no garlic flavour at all). This used to be our go-to takeaway but I think we'll go elsewhere. Plenty of competition in Northallerton.

Not a problem with the food but I never got my freebie, that’s twice now with this shop and all they say is you never chose anything! I wasn’t given an option to pick anything. Won’t fall for this again as I made my order upto £20 for that reason.

As always hot food,good quality will order again.

Pizza wasn’t too warm, assuming this was a fluke as normally have no issues. Just want the owners to be aware (it wasn’t cold, but wasn’t as hot as you’d expect/want it to be )

After a 16 hour day to attend to repair a clients machine, some 200 miles from home at 10.30pm we needed something to eat, before the 3 hour drive back. Something would be better than motorway services, so we drove through Northallerton, and spotted Allerton Pizza. Not having high hopes, we went it, it was nicely presented, great choice, with some unique offerings, & very friendly service. So my colleague & opted for a Kiev chicken & bolognaise pizza respectively. It smelled lovely being cooked, which was then boxed & ready to go in no time & at half the price of a mediocre Dominos! We sat in the car & devoured them. Neither of us can remember ever having a pizza so good! They were perfection. I'm just annoyed that I didn't order another one to take up the road for the following night. I can see any further trips down south, detouring past here, if the timing is right!

I cant fault them they always do it as requested not sure if they have their own app ? Food is always hot and fresh if its the first time from here as a permanent person who orders I highly recommend them .

i normally order the samw thing and the food is always hot and nice. I normally order asap but I did a pre order for 8:45 pm it arrrived at 8:50ish not a negative at all the just eat app I reckon gives you a automatic estimated time. I love the cheese cake . in overall review all good nice,fresh and hot. I recommend ordering food its worth it.

the bun on mu burger was had and cold the kebab meat was hard and cold as well not good

Don’t know what has happened today in f they have changed things but it was awful. Was really looking forward to it as had an amazing one last week but this week chips were hard, pizza was different very doughy

The was on time, though contained different ingredients to what was on the menu. That was disappointing, especially when hungry. Generally (apart from the free garlic bread topping), the food was tasteless; the chicken kebab was overcooked & the pizza dough resembled tasteless cardboard. It's not difficult or expensive to make decent pizza dough; that and some flavour set you apart from the competition.

All I can say is we’re has the owner gone the standers have slipped the kebab meat is black swimming in grease chips under cooked if you like an uncooked warburtons pizza this is the place to go a pizza shop that can not make a pizza

We travel 30 mile round trip from Dalton. Best pizzas in North Yorkshire, great customer service and very generous. Two occasions given us extra pizzas (free of charge) that somebody ordered and never collected. Highly recommend.

Lovely pizza, arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected

Highly disappointed with the customer service. Food hadn't arrived 45 minutes after it was sent out for delivery. When I called the restaurant I was told they'd knocked 5x on the door and tried calling me which hadn't happened. They insisted it had. The manner in which I was spoken to was highly rude and condescending. I was told it would be re sent and when I finally received my order it wasn't that hot.

Honestly the only pizza shop I use. Always hot and fresh,on time Evan if it collection. I always order the same thing its just that good. Highly recommend

Food is superb, three times in a week I went here over other places. Cannot fault them especially ordering online and being ready within the next 15 to 20 minutes. Favourite so far is tied between mixed kebab and London pizza

Undercooked pizza and full of grease

the bolognaise had a awful smell as if it was off rang to tell the shop for them to hang up on me. we used allerton quite a lot over the years but never again

We asked for it asap it an hour's wait at least it arrive in less than half an hour.

Although they have delivered to us many times before I believe they went to the wrong address out of town which made the food late and cold when it eventually turned up

This store should be shut down! Dirty greasy walls, spiders webs behind the door proves how dirty this place really is! The chips were cold and greasy, the pizza was also cold and greasy. Not recommended!

Rubbish!! Bring the food before the time you have ordered it for and in our case over an hour before requested and then it was freezing cold !! Totally unhelpful on the phone so will avoid in future

Pizza looked good, garlic sauce tasted funny. Contacted the takeaway to tell them and they said they'd send another sauce out. 30 minutes later and it's still not here. Pizza is now cold and obviously not of the same quality it would be when it was first delivered. The whole experience has been a let down unfortunately and tea has been ruined.

Just as nice and hot with great on time delivery

I order my normal hot & spicy pizza with extra jalapeño. I enjoy the salad fresh crunchy and the pizza is always hot and made to my order. Overall I shall be re ordering again.

My order was out for delivery for 15 minutes when I live not far from the takeaway shop

We use allerton regularly and not often we are disappointed but today was one of those times, pizza arrived squashed burger was supposed to no salad but had salad and chicken fillet had no salad, chicken fillet even tho it costs more is mot nicer that the original chicken burger and burger bun was hard, sadly the chips were either old an refired or poor quality, a disappointing visit this time but certainly not gonna write you off just yet

Food was OK- when we called to find out where the food was we were told they were very busy - disappointing as the order was placed about 4.45 for a 6.00pm delivery and Co firmed immediately.

Chicken tandoori wrap was plain chicken and no garlic sauce that I asked for.very disappointed
