Poor food ordered from local ended picking up from the one in the town 2 miles away.

Would be nice if the pizza had turned up and the chap on the phone hadn't lied it was out for delivery before slamming the phone down following a 2 minute conversation with his colleague to work out where the pizza was...

10 stars if I could! The best experience so far when visiting a dominos. Ordered online via the app, ready in 15 mins, immediately greeted by a member of staff, who was extremely polite. Served super quick and my order was 100% right. The food was hot fresh and tasty. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

Staff were nice, but the quality of the pizza's are getting worse. Looked a proper rushed job with hardly any sauce or toppings on and ot felt like I was just eating doe. And for nearly £20 for a pizza now I'm going else where unfortunately 😒

Giving you a real time review. Absolute worst delivery service I have ever experienced. If you are reading to decide where to order, pick another store. Ordered from the app at 1:51am and this was recommended as the closest store, it is 3:13am now and the app still says that they’re preparing the order. I don’t think I’ll get my pizza before the store close, even though I ordered with more than enough time. If I do get it, it’s probably going to be stone cold. Can’t even reach the number they put for the place. Edit: 4am - Yep. Didn’t get it. Worst delivery service ever.

I have ordered from this dominos multiple times. Unfortunately, not one of these orders I have made has been correct. With every order there has been an issue, and when promised compensation of a free pizza on my next order, the next time I tried to order I was told I would not be able to receive it without paying the full price. The customer service from this restaurant has been incredibly sub-par and absolutely abysmal.

Worst pizza place ever. Tried to order online but wouldn't go through, so I went in store. Ordered our pizza, but not asked to pay. After 20 mins, we asked what was going on to be told our order was not done because we didn't pay. Rubbish service by rubbish staff, who clearly don't give a monkeys about the person. Avoid at all cost, go local instead of corporate!!!

Took 12 children there for lunch. Food was quick. Staff were brilliant

Delivery drivers don't understand what a one way system is and nearly collided with us as we passed... Then parked facing the wrong way to leave, so another accident waiting to happen, blue Toyota..

I have hankies that are thicker than the bases on these pizzas. Clearly something is going badly wrong in their hunt for profit. Prices up, toppings down and virtually no tomato sauce. After years of going to Dominos I have no issue ditching them as they are giving customers a two finger salute. What a rip off.

Arrogant rude staff that laugh and joke about ripping people off and the fact you can't give refunds over the counter what a joke this is the 1st and last time I'm using this dump

Order online and collect. Always ready in time and soon always devours the pizza so assuming no complaints.

I personally love this Domino's. Before it opened, there wasn't really much choice in my area if you didn't have a car - McDonald's, Tesco, or a few other smaller family-owned restaurants. The pizza here is great but if you order on the app and collect yourself you see real savings. My advice is to walk there and collect it yourself for this reason, and to not order in store because the deals are often better in the app if you activate the "DealBot".

Good pizza very fresh and tasty was a little pricey but excellent service

App wasn't working, I called up and the lady on the phone explained it was a deal on the website only, but she went ahead and did the deal on their own phone for me! She was friendly and lovely, really good due customer service! 10/10

Update: If you're ordering for the 1st or 2nd time, great - certainly with my experience. After this, they consistently deliver poor quality food. Pizza you could buy from a local supermarket and make better at home. Dry, warm and inedible. Better still, when you try to resolve any issues or get a replacement, they arrive the same and have to contend with shocking customer service over the phone. "We've not enjoyed Domino's until this branch opened. Double Decadence pizza is what's up. Order from here if you know what's good. 🍕🔥🔥" 👎👎 Stay clear, order from Dough & Crust in Loughborough.

This is not the domino's that first opened up. Everything is dry, like 4 day old dry, then there's the odd smell of fish on packaging... This Domino's is the bomb! Fantastic pizza's every time! Staff are super friendly too and always happy to help.

This is a very fancy domino's also the app was a good touch.

We all love a pizza and Domino's are the best, you pay for the name when it comes to price.

Diabolical service. My order took 2 hours 3 minutes to arrive!! Despite calling the store three times I was reassured it was "on its way", yet still had to wait 2 hours. Eventually my food arrived, and was stone cold!! Incredibly unimpressed.

Quick service, if you are ordering pizza in store, they can have it ready in less than 10mins (if they are not in the middle of a evening rush). Good location with plenty of parking. Very polite and helpful staff. Will be visiting again.

Very nice and friendly staff and the pizza was great, didn't take long for our pizzas at all :)
