Domino's Pizza - London - East Sheen in Richmond upon Thames

The delivery service of this place is absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered around 17:30 pm and ended up getting my food at 21:00 when I live 10 minutes away from this restaurant. When I tried to contact them they put me on hold and never called back. Absolutely terrible service

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with how an issue from a previous order has been handled. Last week, I received an incorrect order from your store and immediately contacted your team to report the mistake. The representative I spoke with apologized for the error and assured me that the missing items would be credited to my account and added to my next order at no additional charge. However, today, when I called to place my order and mentioned the missing wings, I was placed on hold for an extended period—over 20 minutes—before another representative answered. After explaining the situation again, I was placed on hold for over an hour without any follow-up or resolution. Frustratingly, I then called from a different phone while keeping the original line open, and was immediately assisted on the second call. However, I was told that the issue would not be addressed. When I spoke with the so-called manager, I was asked who I had previously spoken to. I explained that I couldn’t recall the representative’s name but offered to provide the order reference number and the time of my call. I also suggested that they review the CCTV footage from the time I called to identify the representative, but the manager informed me that this was not possible as the cameras do not point to the phones. What is even more concerning is that when I mentioned I would be highlighting this experience in my review, the manager responded with indifference, saying, "Go ahead," without any sense of responsibility or care. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a company with such a well-established reputation. As a university student, I ordered in good faith, paid for my meal, and did not receive the goods. To be told that you cannot fix the issue, refund me, or provide the promised items is deeply disappointing. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Domino’s at this time. Other pizza chains, such as Papa John’s or Pizza Hut, would likely offer a more reliable and customer-focused experience. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve your customer service.

Used this Dominos a couple of times, collected every time but all the staff are very polite and friendly

Pizza was delivered “unconstructed”, as if the box was held vertically at some point. Called the store, was put on hold for 10min. Contacted customer support on the app, and after an hour got a call from the store manager, who said they’ll put my details on their system for me to reorder next time, instead of going through the app. I called the store today to place an order, and surprise - there were no notes in their system. I want my money back, that £30 plus order was inedible since the toppings were all over the place. Disgraceful.

Absolutely the worst customer service in London. They made our pizza wrong and said we could wait another hour to send ours back and get another one correctly made and wouldn’t just refund us as we didn’t want to wait forever for another one to arrive. The woman on the phone was also extremely rude about the entire situation. Disgraceful.

The service I received was disappointing. I ordered a pizza, and it arrived in a poor condition. It seemed as if no care was taken during the delivery process, resulting in a soggy pizza. I contacted the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, but the replacement pizza was even worse. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this establishment again. In comparison, Papa John's offers better quality pizzas at a more affordable price.

This branch is so amazing with customer service always cannot fault them I made a mistake from ordering and they where so kind to change for the manager has helped me before can’t praise them enough such happy good vibes aswell best domino’s service is EAST SHEEN!! 🙂🙂

By Phone, I have ordered pizza over 25 minutes ago. They started preparing once I came to shop after 20 minutes. I think they prioritize delivery order over the collection. Please be aware extra time for the collection.

I have had Domino's pizza all over London and this is by far the worst Domino's pizza in London. It upsets me to say because I would regularly order years ago and it was very good. I ordered yesterday and the pizza was undercooked, and a sickly amount of cheese was on top, and toppings smeared all over. I really hope they improve because that's a waste of £30 for me at a time where this is my 1 takeout a month.

They told me not to go vegan and it helped me a lot mentally. I would ask to go here for my last meal

Order pizzas and 70 mins later. Pizzas and sides arrived cold. Called the store and the manager's excuse was it was down to the previous manager, as his shift just started. He then said he would replace them but could not give us a time, as they were busy. I'm missing something here, this is a fast food service, I could of made a 3 course meal with in this time. Before you send me the standard email to contact you and fill the form. All done. Also asked for a refund, he said within 5 days. Let's see if I can get my money back time.

Most awful customer service . Paid order got taken.bk to shop i couldnt get to door in time or answer phone when arrived as was in bathroom . Also have elderly mother who cant move quickly was told by an awful woman didnt make enough effort to get to door even though food was paid for . Will nevr order from there again have in past ordered quite alot from them. Did contact customer services not so much as part refund for terrible service and woman put phone down on me when i was trying to find out when food would be redelivered. From other reviews im guessing will loose loads of customers.

Collected in person, when got home realised wrong pizza was put in place!

When ordering we were given a pizza which fitted half the box yet we ordered a medium. After calling customer service they did not refund us and were mean.

I am disgusted and revolted, and not because of the cheese. I feel my stomach drop as i stare at the empty space where my pizza should be. It has been two hours. I had to have dessert first, which made me feel as if i had dishonoured every god in existance. Not only has this exhibited a concerning disintrest in their client's wellbeing but also a serious lack of organisation within the company. My driver went awol and his boss did not know where he was. My friends had to sit on the doorstep eating cold soup, waiting for this man to arrive. It was a someone's birthday. But he did not care. At this point i do not even want a refund (however they did not offer to provide one) but a heart felt apology from all those at Domino's East Sheen. At least thirty hard earned pounds from this teenager were wasted tonight. Despite this, there was no hurry in their next step of their delivery. 30 minutes later, as we saw the driver through the window, we screamed with excitement. The driver had the audacity to not acknowledge the pain and suffering we had gone through. I laughed in his face, hysterical with hunger. His compensation for our pain — a big dip.

Usual good pizza, let down by the couldn't care less staff attitude

I ordered a pizza and 2 bottles of 1:5 coke and the guy turned up with 1 bottle of coke and promised me he would drop the one later but didn't came back, so l rang the store and the manager said would get one to me and l still waiting 4 days later. I spend many years ordering from this store and this the they treat a regular customer. I won't using them again.

Second time I have ordered recently - both times the pizza has taken over two hours, when I track the pizza and the location on a map the driver is just sitting stationary in the same place. Rude staff. So disappointed, I will be recommending and telling everyone about our experience and the terrible service we have received. For fast food 2 hours twice in a row is appalling

Due to traffic the food was a little late… I recommend you not to place any orders during traffic peak hours… The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone!

There is always an incredible discount on these delicious pizzas that I can use my favourite struggle meal by far!

Don’t order from here. I placed my order at 18:35 it is now 20:12 and it still has not arrived. When calling to check everything was ok I was immediately placed on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on, no chance to speak. I understand if they are understaffed or extremely busy but they should just communicate this.

Ordered online 1hr and 20 Mins ago, food hasn’t haven’t showed up. Put on hold on the phone at the shop for 8 mins now, straight to to hold. Not even a chance to speak.

Pizza was delivered by an aggressive delivery person who did everything in his power to intimidate my sister (who first made contact) and taunt me whilst doing his “delivery”. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Just had the best customer support experience. Our pizza was accidentally delivered to the neighbours, who kept it. The team were super sweet and just redid the order. The delivery man took some time to have a nice chat when delivering the second round of pizzas. If you are reading this, thanks again! :)

Our deliveries are always delivered quickly. Other interactions with their drivers have not been so good, rude, drive very dangerously generally do not care about anybody else. As for Dominoes Pizza they are incredibly over priced, yes they have deals on but normally they are bending you over a barrel. Why not just offer good honest prices and become part of a community rather than maximising profit all the time. much rather go to Pizza express or especially Franco Manca.

I order so regularly I'm basically a non Dominos employed Dominoid. Super fast and friendly people, amazing food always hot. What more do you want?

Not good putney and East sheen they do not deliver to my address us not good us I am wandering why soon I call one of the branches they say call the other one they do deliver but they don't non of them

My local pizza, ordered 2 days ago, great tasting pizza everytime!

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Terrible service. Ordered 2 pizzas, potato wedges and garlic bread. The order has arrived after an hour and one of the pizzas was missing. After being on hold for couple minutes, was told that the pizza has been sent with different driver 5 minutes prior the call. The pizza arrived about 20-25 minutes after the call. The shop is less than 10 minute walk from our flat and it wasn’t during heavy traffic so doubt the pizza was sent at the time they said on the phone as 30 minute delivery time is too long for that distance. To make it even worse the pizza has arrived cold and most of the potato wedges were raw. Never ordering from this shop again. Terrible experience.

Visit there store to buy pizza , it's cheaper to order online then going to store. It was very unpleasant and disappointed experience to visit the store.

Delivery was pretty good but price for the chips was expensive .

Pizza tasted ok but it was warm. It was so thin for standard base was almost thin and crispy. Also not much cheese.. & garlic bread didn't have hardly any cheese. Wedges came soggy as usual. Cookies were fantastic! Not great for £32 spend though.

Pizza came half cold. Without drink. The delivery guy promised to be back in 10 mins with drink. He came 20minutes later. When I called up the store the MANAGER picked up and did not even let me talk and explain the situation, he was constantly interrupting me , not listening and saying “the driver is coming, the driver is coming”. He started to shout on me and was extremely rude. I was surprised that he had the audacity to hang up the phone !! He did not even know how to handle the situation professionally AT ALL. I do not understand how a person like this can be in a management role and talk to customers the way he did ..who are paying for this service. Side note: We are regular customers who have been buying from East Sheen Domino’s for a year if not more. We will be unlikely to order from there again. Very very upset.

We just took delivery of a cheeseburger pizza and there is no burger sauce on it. This is the third time this has happened and I'm can't even be bothered to call them and complain this time. Also we ordered garlic pizza bread but got cookies instead? Domino's staff in sheen are absolutely useless. I'll never order from there again

The staff was passive, not happy or cheerful, but i do understand that i went during late evening so he might have been super tired. But beside that i was amazed that the pizza was really good, not hard or anything, also the mozzarella was tasty.|

The first delivery was poor customer service and COLD PIZZAS. I am waiting for a new delivery. --- The manager was not gentle, neither polite, instead hang up the phone 4 times and never assumed responsibility. (Manager solve problems). The driver passed by the address 6 times and even the instructions were online they did not read the instructions and ignore them. Apparently the company does not provide them with a phone to find the address and they use their own phone. --- Lets see what happens

Never had a problem with this dominos, the delivery is usually very fast, pizza comes piping hot. Best place for pizza delivery in sheen.

I wish I had the option to give it a zero. Yet again they have delivered a pizza stone cold, despite me informing them to make sure It is hot as they've done this before. When I rang to complain I was.put on hold for 7 mins without being told to hold, then the person I spoke to could not.communicate well in english. I would not recommended east sheen branch. Twickenham are much better.

I went to East Sheen Dominos on Saturday and bought a vegetarian pizza. I enjoyed it a lot. I was served by a friendly and cheerful guy named Karol. Wish them all the best and happy new year I look forward to have my next pizza :)

Two and a half hours I have waited for my order, and it never arrived, the money was accepted and I received a confirmation email from the company, phone after an hour and told it would be within the next 30 minuets, called after waiting 45 and he said the driver had been dispatched waited another 45 mins and still didn't turn up, called the shop over 10 times and they didn't even pick up... Worse experience I have ever had... Should have gone somewhere else.
