Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Belgrave Boulevard in Leicester

UPDATE - Pizza has been top level great quality and consistent every time I order from here for a while now. Staff are great and pizza is great. Nothing else to say just consistent brilliant service and brilliant food.

Great pizza and delivery is fast

Ordered 6 pizzas, a large dip and 1 portion of £4 chips which I could tell there was something wrong with as soon as it was handed to me. I opened it straight away and it looked like someone's left overs so I let the delivery guy know before he left and he said to let the store know. I rang the store and spoke to a guy called Mohammed and asked for a refund as we didn't want the chips delivered later on and he said that what we got was the normal portion size as it's only meant to be 250g. I explained I'd had the chips before from other stores and they were never like this, with the box half empty, but he insisted they were measured out correctly and he couldn't do a refund but could have them resent or a note added to the system so we get a portion free next time. I still said I wanted the refund and if he couldn't do it then I'd like to speak to the manager but he then advised he was the manager and it was store policy not to provide refunds as the chips are measured out correctly, which I said was was not my case, as the box was more empty than full, so they had not fulfilled my order so should provide a refund which he still denied. I said for now to add the note to say we'd get a free portion next time, while I looked at taking the complaint above him, and after putting me on hold he came back to say he could only offer to have the chips resent. At this point I got fed up and told him he was clearly lying as up until then he'd been offering to put a note on the system for the free portion so I asked him for his full name if he was a manager and he refused to provide it but then said he would add the note for the free chips next time. I then weighed the chips to make sure it wasn't in my mind and they came to 119g so I rang him back to let him know so they didn't continue to rip customers off but he didn't care and just said to complain to Domino's which I'll be doing next.

Delivered pizza a lot earlier than ordered. No point.setting time if your not going to stick to it

This store is one of the better ones, parking can be challenging only sometimes but it's in a nice location easy enough to get to. The staff are competent and friendly enough served me very quickly. The food was very nice well made, what I asked for and hot so overall it was brilliant. Thank you

Seems to be a very well-ran location. I always order online and collect as I seem to get the best deals there. Never had an incorrect order, and the staff are on the ball from the moment I walk in the door, ready to check if my order is ready to be collected.

The pizza was very dry and tough, missing was the chicken. Yes it had the BBQ sauce , but the rest of it was lacking.

Ordered online and they telling me they do not have my order what a joke

They don’t pick up the phone so I don’t even know what the pizza tastes like. Thanks for not fulfilling my needs Domino’s :(

Had this delivered today, disgusting burnt pizza - straight into the bin… I keep giving this place a try and it keeps failing me…the quality control person definitely needs to book a visit at spec-savers because I cant see them eating this vile rubish. Dominos don’t like people who wants half half pizza they want you to buy 2 even if it’s going to waste they said dominos is for wealthy people not for working class.

Normally every is excellent but my last order was delivered to the wrong flat and left there, it was brought to me cold and went in the bin, I did get a full refund though

I must say,I've never been to Domino's pizza,I was next door in the chemist lol,but Domino's does look very clean,a little expensive for my taste.

Dominos have really raised their game since 2008 and this store is a good one.

The manage here insisted he wouldn't deliver today, because he didn't want to, no other reason... What happened to Domino's pizza, they lost the ability to deliver half decent customer service, that's a sad thing to experience, after years of loyalty and choosing dominos as me preferred, they couldn't care about the customer :-((( What a massive disappointment, over something that could have been easily avoided by the manage, with a decision to delivery to a street his driver has to go past anyway. I will speak to global and discuss if this is their policy, to disappoint loyal customers

Fire pizza was made fast even tho I stood at counter for nearly 5 mins before someone came over to me as the place was dead but they were too busy doing online orders but still should at least acknowledge the customer and say give me a minute didn't tell me I couldn't pay cash until my pizza was done so had to go back to my van to get my card so beware of there no cash policy ither they haven't got past covid restrictions or the staff can't be trusted with the cash

Plucking prices out of thin air! At the restaurant no menu available. Prices quoted were steep! Lucky I had the mobile phone app!

With this virus going around and as a NHS worker I rang up for a delivery and to see if I could still get my discount! Instead I got an extremely rude woman on the phone who was very unhelpful! Thank you for your service!!

Good pizza but depends on the day.Sometimes delivery time is long and few times they forgot to deliver my full order(i.g missing seperate sauces)or pizza was on the cold side

Horrible. My daughter had a pizza from here. She was sick after eating it.

This pizza shop gets worse every week. Shoddy attempt at a pizza that a child of 10 would do better. In fact a 5 year old could do better. They always blame the oven but other domino's stores have such better quality of products given to customers.

Too many bubbles in my pizza at that price asda is better

Had to wait to be served as the staff were more interested in talking to each other. After ordering had to wait an extra 10minutes whilst my food just sat there whilst again no one was interested and more interested in talking to each other. Resulted in cold and dry food

2 hour wait for 1 pizza only 3 miles away. Wouldn't answer the phone and when it finally got here it was stone cold. Fuming!

Once rated 5 stars as I used the outlet and particular store often...this one time took over a hour and pizza was cold, no apologies from the delivery man also..

Just tried to order pizza for my son who is in hospital at the back of GLENFIELD hospital to have the staff take the piss out of me twice . The person on the phone kept laughing . Last night when I ordered food for my son they took it to wrong hospital . Waste of time and very bad manners
